1 Peace is a lie
-Earth's Atmosphere-
*the whistling of air colliding with metal*
A gigantic space pod capable of carrying four Mobile Suits alone descends the earth's atmosphere. Inside the space-pod are Mobile Suits armed to the teeth. Within one of the Mobile Suits is a squad captain that is relaying information to his squadmates about the speed and temperature of the pod as he maneuvers the pod to a specified coordinate.
"The first layer traversed. Decelerating to Mach 4."
"30 seconds until termination of the cooling stage. Commencing aerodynamic control"
"Red-leader here. Confirming... weapons are loaded and ready to fire."
"Red-2"
"Red-3"
"Red-4"
"The second layer traversed."
The squad leader picks up a photo at the side of his cockpit's dashboard, the photo shows a beautiful woman carrying a young baby on her hands, behind her is a middle-aged man who looks to be the squad captain. He shoves the photo inside of one of his suit's pockets and resumes on monitoring the space pod.
Red-1 "We're gonna deal a huge blow to those clinging to the planet's surface"
"Past layer of turbulence."
"Deceleration to Mach 0.8"
"Cooling stage ceased. Altitude good."
"May the heavens protect us. Activating programmed descent coordinates."
A squadron member who looks to be in his teenage years with dark blue hair grabs a pendant inside his chest pocket. The pendant is shaped like a kite shield with a coat of arms at its middle. If any Coalition soldier saw this pendant, they would immediately salute the man holding such an important coat of arms.
**Altitude meter beeping**
"Here we go!"
"For CAIT!"
Feminine voice of the space pod's AI "Opening pod shield. Releasing safety rods... Blast door unlocked. Mobile Suits ready to deploy."
"Mobile Suits. Go!"

Year 02 of the 77th Era.
Due to the Eureka tragedy, tensions between Earth and the Space Colonies quickly developed into a full-fledged armed conflict.
Everyone believed that the larger forces of Earth would be victorious, but these early predictions proved to be wrong... Almost two years passed since the war began, with no end in sight.

-Neutral Colony Helios One-
News Program: "The country Israel has been suffering from a long-term lack of food and medical supplies, putting the lives of 17 million people at risk."
"We'll now bring you images from the Bataan front, where heavy fighting is taking place."

*keyboard tapping noises*
News Program: "According to the information that just came in, the CAIT forces have approached to within 8 kilometers of Bataan"
*intense keyboard tapping noises*
"Garren!"
A Blonde haired teenager looks up from his computer, he sees two people standing side by side in front of him. A black-haired teenage male wearing a sky blue polo partnered with gray slacks and black shoes, beside him is a brown haired teen girl who has her hair cut in a bob and is wearing an orange dress. Upon discovering who they were, he smiled.
"Antoine, Jane!"
Antoine: "So this is where you are. You didn't tell me you'll be hanging out inside the Library... Professor Hubert was looking for you."
Garren: "Again?"
Jane: "He asked us to bring you to him immediately. What is it about? Are you helping him out with something again?"
Garren: *Sigh* "I'm still not done with the work he handed me yesterday."
*NEWS FLASH!*
News Broadcast: "It's begun! Hurry! Hurry! Run! That way is just as dangerous!"
Antoine: "Oh? some breaking news?"
Garren: "Yeah. Bataan apparently."
*sounds of explosion and gunfire from the computer*
News Broadcast: "Here, about 9 kilometers from Bataan, the sound of the severe battle continues to echo."
Antoine: "Uwaah! If these are scenes from last week, they may have already taken over Bataan by now."
Beep~
*sound of the computer being turned off*
Jane: "Bataan isn't that far away is it? Will the homeland be alright?"
Antoine: "Of course. There's no need to worry. Although they are close, we're a neutral entity. It's unthinkable for Helios to become a battlefield."
Jane: "Really? Then I guess we're okay."
Garren turns to the side to where the window is located, he gazes into the distance as he reminisces a certain past...
***Flashback***
*The sound of the wind flowing in the air, the swaying of trees as it defies the force of the wind*
On a paved road inside a park, two boys talk to each other for it may be the last time they would ever meet. The first boy has an unusually dark blue colored hair, he wears a black hat and a white polo under his black vest partnered with khaki pants. The second one is a blonde-haired boy and is also similar to Garren in terms of appearance, the boy wears a green sweater paired with gray pants.
Boy 1: "There's no way war will break out between the Space Colonies and Earth. There's no point in evacuating."
The blue-haired boy thinks for a moment and then smiles at his friend.
"You'll eventually come to the Colonies, too. Right, Garren?"
***Flashback end***
Antoine suddenly pushes his face close to Garren's as Garren reminisces his past.
Antoine: "Garren?"
"Uwaah!"
*thunk*
Garren fells off his chair due to the shock of seeing Antoine's face so close to his.
Antoine: "What are you doing? Let's go."
Garren: "Right."

-Helios One Entrance-
Outside Space Colony Helios One. In front of the docking entrance. A small sized space ship is slowly entering the docking gate.
Ship controller: "Axis adjusted, right, 6.21 points. Entering rector satisfactory... Braking jets off. Changing control to the electromagnetic bucket."
Dock Control Room: "Deceleration rate at 2.56. We're stopping the ship, stand by."
*Beep Beep Beep Beep!*
Ship Captain: "This ship has complete its final mission. You've served well as an escort. Thank you, lieutenant Bisset."
A handsome middle-aged man turns around while wearing a pilot suit.
Bisset: "Don't mention it, sir. I'm just glad we arrived without an incident... What's the status of the CAIT vessels in the vicinity?"
Captain: "We tracked two vessels, but don't worry. They can't do a thing once we're docked."
Bisset: *chuckles* "Because it's a neutral nation? What a joke."
Captain: *laughs* "Sure, but thanks to that, we've been able to proceed with our plans to this point. Helios is a nation of Earth, after all."
Crewmen: "Excuse us, Captain."
*Salutes*
*Bridge door slides open*
Bisset: "Are you sure they can handle things on the ground?"
Captain: "They're young, but they're all top guns selected as A-pilots. They'll be fine. On the other hand, someone like you would stick out like a sore thumb out there."
Upon hearing what the Captain said, Bisset chuckled for a bit and thought that the Captain does have a point.

-Space-
Near a giant asteroid that is 3,000km away from Helios One. Two CAIT vessels are hiding near it to avoid being noticed by the military personnel on patrol in the Helios One. Both vessels deployed two small stealth starships carrying a platoon of soldiers.
Inside the first vessel's bridge, a black-haired middle-aged man who is wearing a black military uniform that belongs to the CAIT forces is sitting on the Captain's seat as he gazes into the distance on where the starships are deployed. A blonde long-haired man turns around and approaches him.
"Don't look so disappointed, Abel."
Abel: "Well, I guess it won't be too late if we wait till we hear back from the council!"
The blonde-haired man passes him and approaches on what appears to be a table that projects the ship's surroundings, he picks up a picture on top of the table that looks to be an image of a Mobile Suit.
"It will be too late. My sixth sense is telling me so. If we let things slip now we would eventually have to pay for those actions with our lives."
"The Earth Forces' new model of mobile weapons. We must seize them before they're moved from there."

-Helios One-
A red-haired girl standing on top of a highway sidewalk slightly shouts to her two friends as she blushes.
"I'm telling you! It's nothing like that!"
"Really? You're lying. Come on. Why don't you just admit it?"
"But I told you..."
The Red-haired girl giggles for a while at her friend's antics until she glances at her side and sees three people walking in her direction.
"Huh? Jane!"
Jane: "Hi!"
Friend 1: "Hey, I'll bet you know, Jane."
Jane: "Know what?"
Red-haired Girl: "Come on! Stop it!"
Friend 2: "She got a letter from, Conis Brylle! But she says nothing's going on, and won't tell us anything. Right?"
Friend 1: "Right!"
Upon hearing what the friend of the red-haired girl said, Garren glances at the red-haired girl with shock.
Red-haired girl: "Hey! Would you girls put it to rest already!"
Upon witnessing her reaction Garren looks down below, feeling a little bit sad of hearing such a revelation.
*Cough*
Garren looks behind him as he sees a short-haired woman wearing sunglasses and a suit, she is also accompanied by two guys behind her wearing the same type of clothing and spectacles.
"If you're not moving on, mind if I do?"
Garren: "Oh, I'm sorry. Please do"
Garren steps to the side to make way for the strangers wearing odd clothing. The red-haired girl cautiously stares at the strangers as they walk away. She then walks away to the park of the sidewalk where cars can stop.
Red-Haired Girl: "What's the big deal, anyway? Let's go!"
Friends 1&2: "Hey! Wait!"
*vroom!*
A sleek futuristic automated car zooms and stops in front of the Red-haired girl and her two friends. The car doors open up its doors and the girls hop on inside the vehicle.
Friend 1: "They may still have those parfait rolls they're making for a limited time!"
Garren and his friends stare at the car on where the girls hopped on. Antoine has a smug look as he looks at his friend.
Antoine: "Conis wrote her a letter?"
Garren: "Yeah."
Antoine: "To Fiana Yubelluna? That's a surprise."
Antoine faces Garren as he forcefully slaps his hands on his shoulders.
Antoine: "He could prove to be a strong rival for you, Mr. Garren Dubois."
Jane: *chuckles*
Garren: "But! I'm not really..."
...
A car zooms along on one of the highways inside of Helios One, carrying three people inside. A girl with short black hair and sunglasses looks to the side.
"This place is so peaceful."
"Yes?"
The girl removes her glasses, fully displaying her mesmerizing eyes, purple in color, as if you can see a galaxy as you gaze on them.
"Just think about it, there are people that are already fighting on the front line."

-Space-
Outside of Helios One. Two Shuttles modified to work as Stealth Starships deploys a platoon of soldiers wearing maroon-colored Space Suits, with the insignia of the Space Coalition. The soldiers ever draw closer to a small emergency blast door of Helios One. Suddenly, the man leading the platoon draws his left hand and fiddles with what seems to be a wrist pad. Such action brought the blast door to slowly open, as the blast door opened, they are welcomed by tons of red lasers that are used to detect intruders. The leading man fiddles with his wrist pad for the second time, and the red lasers were turned off one by one. After the lasers were gone, the platoon entered inside.

Inside a research facility in Helios One
*psshhh*
A sliding opens, and with it, three people entered a room that seems to be a lab that is used for programming human-sized robot personnel.
Antoine: "Hi!"
On the corner of the room, is a guy with brown hair wearing what seems to be an opened red vest paired with black slacks as he wears a pair of spectacles. He seems to be in front of his computer, tapping the keyboard and focused on his screen which seems to display that he is coding a machine. He suddenly hears the sliding door opening and with it comes the voice of a person. He turns around to see who are the guests and is delighted with who they are.
"Oh, Garren. You finally made it."
Garren looks at Conis and is lost on what to say, due to him realizing that Conis seemingly is in a relationship with the girl that he likes, he looks to the side and sees a mysterious blonde person standing beside the wall, wearing a brown hat, brown leather jacket, and pants.
Antoine approaches the guy that is working in the middle of the room. The guy is of average height, black-haired, narrow eyes, and is wearing casual clothing.
Antoine: "Who is that?"
"Oh, a guest to see the professor. He was told to wait here."
Upon hearing what the man said, Garren approaches the guy and asks
Garren: "And? Where is the professor?"
Conis approaches Garren and hands him a Solid State Drive.
Conis: "He handed me this. What is it? I'm assuming it's work for the College Robots."
Garren: "It's nothing special. It's regarding improving the frame setup module. It's simply a program analysis."
Antoine sneaks behind Garren, apparently to jokingly strangle him.
Antoine: "More importantly, ask about the letter!"
Conis: "Letter?"
Garren: "N-no. it's nothing! It's nothing!"
Conis: "What is it?"
Antoine: "Well, you see..."
Conis: "What is it, Antoine? Just tell me."
Jane: "Would you guys stop it?"
Garren: "Let go! You're choking me!"
Antoine: "Not so fast! Not until you tell him!"

Outside Helios One. Two CAIT vessels await behind a giant asteroid. Inside the bridge of one of the space vessels, a blonde man spoke.
"It's time."
Abel: "Weigh anchor! Pandora, taking off!"
