1 Death by... & Rebirth

My name is Mo LiChen, also known as Immortal of Death. You might be wondering why I'm saying this,but it's simple.

I'm dying.

How?

My closest friend betrayed me when I was about to ascend to the Overlord Realm, the highest peak in cultivation known to this day.

When Mo LiChen was thinking, an object came out of his inter-spacial soul ring, a ring connected to his soul. The object was a clock which he found in tomb of an Immortal at the peak of cultivation. The item was mysterious that no one in the universe knew its uses except for showing the time.

A blinding light came from it. The time suddenly stopped and the clocks time rewinded quickly, so fast that his eyes couldn't keep up. He could see things moving at the speed of light or even faster, but the clock was rewinding so fast, it practically defies logic.

When Mo LiChen was about to die, a voice came and said"Congratulations, you have met the requirements to be the master of the Clock of Time, you have also inherited knowledge of all previous owners. Good luck in your new life! Hehe"

For the first time in so many years, he was surprised. His mind flooded with knowledge and information. The past owners were masters above masters.
