A heavenly encounter and 3.5 wishes

Leonard suddenly found himself in a strange place surrounded by endless strech of white space or maybe fog of some sort that had no clear boundaries .

There he didnt have a physical body what appeared to exist was just a blob of light perhaps a soul/spirit thingy? In that state he was levitating but seemingly felt no weight attached to him

"It's been xxx time since I have had a visitor"said a ageless voice

Surprised, Scared, Excitement, Horror gushed like flooding water tide into Leonard

"Is this the legendary reincarnation?" said Leonard meekly

"Yes,my child this is what you have once desired" a ethereal voice echoes from every direction..

Leonard:"So how is it going to be?"

Eternal being:"Three wishes nothing too op will be considered"

Leonard:"Ok then give me a system"

Now Leonard knew that he only had one wish was left and it was precious nothing too op could be granted but a wish that could help him would be preferable but what?
