Graduation

[Yoshimura age six]

The classroom spoke with nervous chatter as they awaited for the academy instructor. Yoshimura sat in the back, his gaze mostly focused on the view outside.

Creak… the sound of the door opening was unusually loud in the classroom drawing all attention.

A short stocky green flack man opened the door his expression was carefully maintained as he walked toward the podium…

Putting his hand against the sides of podium he turned his face to the now silent student…

'well no longer students under him' he though with a chuckle.

His gaze roaming around the mostly empty class which usually would be stacked with students, for a moment focusing on the youngest of these new graduates,

Yoshimura uchiha the second youngest to graduate the academy after the Hataki Kid.

A rising prodigy of the village, one he had been continuing raving to with his fellow instructors, and his superiors, which led to the situation of having the now six years old being indicted into the Shinobi war.

Mitashi while proud of his students achievements and academic and martial prowess when recommending him to his superiors hadn't intended for him to be send to the battlefield so early,

He had wanted his student to actually enjoy his childhood while he still had one, but six months ago yoshimura out of his own intuitive requested to be graduated early.

Being an instructor mitashi had certain privileges in holding his students back if he deemed them unfit, something which he had never actually had to used, and it wasn't to be broken this time too,

This didn't mean he s couldn't hold his students back if he really wanted it, but that yoshimura was a bit special case…

As a prodigy the young uchiha was already known around the village, so for him to question his abilities in order to hold him back would bring in too much scrutiny one which he had no confidence in escaping from.

He couldn't help but sigh

If it had been any other time and not in a periods of global war he would have acceded to the request, and would have been joyous at having one of his student graduate early. and would have enjoyed the praise of his colleagues and the prestige in rising such a prodigy would have brought him.

But being a time of war his couldn't help but feel guilt, still he had to do his duties and hardening his face he begin to call out the students and the team they would be assigned to.

[Yoshimura POV]

An emerald sea of vegetation dance at the foot of an azure dome.

Elbow on the desk,

Chin squarely rested on his palm,

his dark orbs half lidded gazed at the open window sill, and down below.

His nose prickling as the Scent of dandelions wafting through the air

His mind drifted back to reason why he had requested an early graduation,

First and foremost he wasn't a mashochist all to eager to prove his worth at the altar of Leaf Village supremacy.

No but he had indirectly been forced to, with the death of his father the inheritance and all his earthly belongings would go to him, his eldest child,

The inheritance wasn't just a small sum, well in term of liquidity it was but in properties it had worth… worth enough for some of his fathers family to covet, which led to inheritance being handed with the clan supervision of course to His father relatives.

This wouldn't usually be allowed so long as one of the spouses was still alive, but this wasn't viable since his mother was a civilian meaning she couldn't inherit any clan inheritance.

Forcing him to actually graduate early, since one of the prerequisite was being a Shinobi, fortunately his gamble early on since his fathers death of showing his prowess had proven some what useful,

forcing the clan to instead hold an internal review of how much actions the relatives could take on the inheritance under duress of facing economic hardship- well in simple terms under the pretense of losing some business on some of the properties his relatives had sold them for cold cash.

Wether this was the truth is completely irrelevant… and to be honest he probably would have done the same, and he probably would have sold more than one antique property, all that matter was that he wasn't the one getting the money.

And that would not stand, at the very least he had hope however slim the chances to have been given some bribes to keep his silence, or even some PR actions, but no his idiotic relatives had simply gone headlong in their greed, and sold the properties without considering the tradition tendencies of the uchiha elders.

Well this would at least make them an easy opponents,

Then again—

the voice of the instructor rang on the know hollow class room, as he called the last team. The instructor wished them all well, saying such thinks as happy future,etc..

Yoshimura finally turned his gaze from the window, towards the instructor, and then toward his new teammates, his detached expression unchanging before he stood up.
