18 Chapter 18: Meeting the little monkey

"Hey Genshi are you done?" Bulma asked Genshi whom was in a meditative position and sweating profusely.

Breathing out Genshi opened his eyes which shined a golden hue "almost" He answered as a golden aura encased his entire body. Closing his eyes again, he went back to full concentration.

"What the..." Bulma muttered as she saw the golden outline on Genshi's body.

'Control..." Genshi thought in-between breaths making the golden aura to blink in and out of existence.

'Maintain' thinking this the golden aura blinked off and on for a few more seconds before turning off for good.

'Damn it' Genshi thought as sweat covered his face. ' I still can't take control' He inwardly thought as he opened his eyes that now lacked the previous golden shine from before.

"Now am done" Genshi said to the shocked Bulma whom was looking at him with a complicated expression.

"Well because of whatever you were doing we are an hour late from our schedule" Bulma told the physically frustrated Genshi.

"We had a schedule?" Genshi asked with a confused face.

"No we didn't, I just made it up" Bulma said with a smile while puffing up her chest.

"And how does that help?" Asked the genuinely confused Genshi.

"In many ways that you don't need to know right now" Bulma said with a smile.

"*Sigh*"

Sighing with a fed up face, Genshi stood up from his position and began to stretch.

"Am hungry" Stated Genshi as he walked towards the mini house that Bulma brought with her through the capsules.

"I might as well cook me some dino meat" Genshi said with a smile.

*** 2 hours later***

"It's not my fault we were late" Genshi said as he flew beside Bulma whom was driving the red car with a angry face.

"Yes it was!" Bulma exclaimed with her angry face turning reder by the second.

"Because you insisted that you wanted to finish that whole dinosaur tail, you kept us waiting for another hour!" Bulma yelled as they turned a corner.

"Oh come on, I was really hungry" Genshi refuted trying to sound innocent.

"oh well you are always like this anyway" Bulma said quickly calming herself, this really isn't healthy for beautiful girl like herself.

"Anyway, what about the next dragonball" Genshi asked the calmed down Bulma as they turned two corners.

"It's moving, but with the speed we are moving at, we should be able to get to it in a few hours" Bulma answered the flying Genshi making him nod.

'If am not wrong, that should be the four star dragonball, held by Son Goku' Genshi thought with a smile slowly gracing his lips, it seems it only a matter of time before he met the little monkey.

"Hey Bulma, don't push yourself and just tell me when you are ready to switch" Genshi told his traveling companion.

"Yeah sure" Bulma answered back with a smile.

***3 hours later***

The figure of Genshi could be seen driving the red car while humming a strange song.

"Cut you down~" He hummed as Bulma covered her ears and said with an annoyed tone.

"Where did you learn to sing such a bad song" She asked.

"I didn't learn it... " Genshi answered as a smirk began to form on his lips " I made it up" He finished making Bulma look at him with a dumbfounded face.

***An hour later***

"Are you sure?, you will get elbow pains" Genshi said as he watched Bulma drive the car while he flew outside the car.

"I like driving" She answered the worried Genshi, as they drove past grassy fields.

"Well it's your body not my problem" Genshi said as he put his hands behind his head.

"Anyways the dragonball radar has been-" But before she could visit her sentence, Genshi disappeared from her sight which was by the driver's seat, and appeared Infront of the car.

"Don't mind me" Genshi said as he outstretched one of his hands, before she knew it, the car had stopped and was now floating, with a golden aura encasing it.

"I think you need to focus on the road more" Genshi told her with a smile as she tuned off the cars engine making Genshi place the car back on the ground.

"What was that for!" Bulma exclaimed as she got out of the car.

"Well you were about to hit a little kid" Genshi said as he turned around showing a boy with spiky hair that stood upward, and dressed in a purple gi with a white sash strapped around his waist, but the most shocking thing was the fact that he had a tail!.

"Whoa how did you do that!?" The boy said as he placed the large purple fish he was carrying and walked towards Genshi.

"If you want to know how to do it, then you have to tell me your name and what you are doing around here" Genshi told the little boy.

"Uhm... my name is Son Goku" The boy now recognized as Goku said with a big smile.

"Goku huh?, what a nice name" Genshi praised the boy.

"Yeah... it was given to me by my grandpa" Goku said with a smile.

"Anyway who are you guys and how did you come out of that monster thing" Goku said quickly taking out the pole that was strapped to his back and pointing towards Genshi and Bulma, specifically towards Bulma.

"Hey calm down, we are humans just like you" Genshi quickly answered making Goku lower his staff.

"Really?" He asked before walking towards Bulma who looked at Goku with a confused expression.

"You look more like a human but why do you look so weak and scrawny?" Goku said towards Bulma as he circled around the poor girl.

"That's because she is a girl and not a boy" Genshi said making Goku turn around and look at him.

"A girl?" Goku said with a contemplative face.

"Well my grandpa said whenever I meet a girl, I should be polite and nice" He said making Genshi chuckle a bit.

"Oh, your grandpa must have really been a wise man" Bulma said before Genshi could say a word.

"Well he was, but he died a long time ago" Goku blurted out.

"Hey what are you doing Goku" Genshi asked as Goku used his pole to lift Bulma's skirt, making her yelp in surprise.

"What are you doing kid!" Exclaimed the embarrassed Bulma.

"I was just checking if she was a girl or not" Goku proclaimed with a innocent face.
