3 The Next King

Alduin POV

I slowly start to remove my face mask and hood to reveal my dragon horns, black and blue hair, my azure blue eyes and facial features. I then look up at the two girls in front of me to see Yang's jaw hanging open and Blake as red as a rose.

Yang: "Hello sexy wanna come to my room tonight?"

I chuckled at Yang's flirting and pet her head making her blush. Then look at Blake and ask.

Alduin: "Blake remember when I told you that I was a faunus but wasn't at the same time?"

Blake: "Yes, why do you ask?"

Alduin: "Well to be honest I lied to you. You see I'm not a Faunus at all.

Blake: "Wait you're not a faunus... how could that be you have horns?"

I start to remove my cloak completely to reveal my two-meter-long dragon tail.

Alduin: "I lied about being a Faunus in truth I'm something much more powerful. Take a guess at what kind of being I am."

Blake: "Are you some type of reptile?"

Alduin: "Yes I am."

Blake: "But I have never heard of a reptile with horns or a matter of fact such a thick tail like yours."

Alduin: "That is because I'm not a normal reptile. In this world I'm something the faunus would consider a god like being."

Blake: "That still doesn't make much sense though. Cause there are only two known gods and they are the two gods that created life on Remnant."

I turn around removing my shirt as a pair of two and a half metre wings appear coming out of my back. 'Ahhh that feels so much better'.

Alduin: "So, girls' what type of creature has wings like these?"

Both: "Aren't they dragon wings?"

Yang: "Are you telling us you are dragon?"

Alduin: "Yes I am."

I say turning around, revealing my six pack and toned muscles.

Alduin: "I am a dragon but not any dragon I'm... Yang can you stop drooling please?"

Yang: "Shit I'm drooling? Sorry but how could I not drool when you look... so damn sexy."

Alduin: "Really Yang? Saying that in front of my parents."

Both girls: "Your what!"

Alduin: "Well after master Qrow found me, before you ask Yang, yes your uncle Qrow. Ozpin took me in and trained me. While I see Glynda is my mother figure, so I call them mum and dad. In conclusion I'm the next dragon king from what I've been told, and my name is Alduin Ozpin.

Yang: "I don't care what you are, with that body all you need to be is over me."

Blake and I both just facepalm and sigh. I can tell she likes me though her flirting is a little funny.

Glynda: "Miss Xiao Long that is inappropriate for school."

Yang: "Only when teachers are around."

Alduin: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Mum she got you there, you should see the look on you're face... priceless. Even Blake here is trying not to laugh."

Blake: "What no I'm not. Don't try getting me in trouble."

Ozpin: "Well away girls you must now understand why Alduin is on missions he covers himself up, so people don't figure out that 'Reaper' is a dragon. People would try to use him if they know that someone is a dragon, wouldn't they Blake?"

Blake nods at his statement. Hmm, I wonder if her team knows her past if not I'll wait for Blake to tell them.

Ozpin: "Alduin as of now you don't have to wear your mission clothes, but I must ask you to continue to hide you're wings just in case."

Alduin: *sighs*. "Ok dad but seriously what the point of having them if I must hide them. And it really hurts retracting them, you know that."

Ozpin: "I know Alduin but just for a little longer just until we know the people behind the white fangs recent adventures."

Alduin: "Oh right, I know who is behind that."

Glynda: "WHAT YOU KNOW WHO IT IS AND NEVER TOLD US!"

Alduin: "Umm yes, mum I do, sorry I just kept forgetting to tell you since I was busy training."

Ozpin: "Well who is it then?"

Alduin: "The obvious one is Adam Taurus, Roman Torchwick has also joined him and finally a lady by the name Cinder Fall. Cinder is the one running the show though."

Ozpin: "Would like to tell us how you know this."

Alduin: "Nothing special all I did was find their base."

Everyone: "YOU FOUND WHAT!?"

Alduin: "Few years back I found their base, there was way too many of them for us to attack so I scared them off. As of now I can't find them though if I did go to find them it shouldn't take long."

Ozpin: "Well I will respect your judgement. Now I guess you can keep your wings out since we know who our main targets are. But if you go on mission wear you're outfit just in case you need stealth. Before you girls leave, tomorrow there will be a surprise during combat class. Have a good afternoon.

Once we leave Ozpin's office we start walking to our dorm rooms. Yang and Blake walking just behind me as we talk.

Blake: "Alduin why haven't you put on shirt yet?"

Alduin: "That's simple Blake the shirt I was wearing doesn't have holes on the back of it, therefore I can't wear it."

Yang: "Well I don't mind if you don't wear a shirt at all, best eye candy in school."

Blake: "Yeah even I have to admit I'm very happy with how you look. But you might make other girls pass out, also miss pervert might try something, so I suggest you put a shirt on."

Yang: "Even with it on I'm still going to try stuff, any girl would."

I chuckle at her statement. Then all the sudden my legs begin to go weak and I fall to the floor in pleasure as they play with my wings.

Alduin: "G-Girls please s-stop touching my w-wings they are very s-sensitive."

Both: "Ah, sorry Alduin we didn't know."

I sigh in relief as they let go. I stand up and turn to look at them. They are blushing heavy.

Alduin: "Just please don't do that again and don't tell a soul... if you do I will get you back. Come on let's go... before I forget don't mention me to the others just yet, that's half of the surprise for tomorrow ok girls."

They both nod as we start to walk. 'Well combat class tomorrow is going to be fun'.

Combat class Alduin POV

Alduin: "Wow still my point of view can't think of anything else can you Azuredemon?"

Azure: "Fuck off stop breaking the forth wall and get back to the story."

Alduin: "No promises."

Anyway, I was hanging on the ceiling from my scythe chains, dressed in my normal reaper attire. Watching the students enter class while texting the other girl in my harem Neo. Once they all enter mum starts talking.

Glynda: "Hello class I'm Professor Goodwitch I'll be your instructor while you are here at school. Today I would like to introduce someone as of now he will be you're main sparring partner, as Ozpin believes that it will help you in the long run. He will also give you an idea of how strong our enemies are.

'Well I guess it's time for a super hero landing just as planned.'

Glynda: "Introducing the youngest huntsmen in history Reaper."

As I super hero land I stand up and look around the classroom I see people staring in amazement from what they just saw.

Glynda: "I know you are all aware of who this individual is but there is something that you are not aware of and that is his name or his appearance. Go ahead and remove your outfit Alduin Ozpin.

As I remove my cloak I can hear the sudden gasps from everyone as my wings spread out as I flap them a bit to stretch them. And stare at me in my blue and black hoodie and black combat jeans with blue high tops.

Glynda: "As you can see he isn't a normal faunus in fact he is the only one of his kind. A dragon faunus, this is one of the reasons why the headmaster has chosen him to be you're sparring partner as no one can tell you how to fight against such an unknown opponent. Now any questions? Yes Mr Winchester.

Cardin: "Why is a freak like him our sparring partner."

Alduin: "Ah for you see Cardin the headmaster would rather have a freak like me that has actual combat experience then an someone that's mind is on vacation while his mouth is working overtime, while your mouth continues to talk would you mind shocking me by saying something intelligent."

I smile when class laughs, while Cardin looks at me with hatred in his eyes.

Alduin: "You're not going to say anything? Well I can't blame you after all you look like you were born on a highway because that's where most accidents happen."

Class laughs harder while I stand there with a smirk on my face, Cardin looks like he is about to lose it.

Cardin: Wanna act so tough, then my team will be the first to challenge you freak."

Alduin: "Are you sure you want to do that? I don't want to ruin your street cred.

Cardin: "Is the freak scared."

Alduin: "Hahahahahahahaha Nah. Glynda it's okay if I teach the class a lesson while I kick his ass?"

Glynda: "If the class learns from watching idiots get the shit kicked out of them go ahead. You have five minutes to prepare. Now then Team CRDL please step onto the arena. If you're aura reaches the red zone you have been defeated.

Cardin: "Get ready to be beaten freak."

Five-minute Intermission

Glynda: "You guys ready?"

Both Cardin and I nod towards her.

Glynda: "3...2...1...begin."

As soon Glynda gives the all clear I rush then at such a fast speed I could barely be seen, I punch Cardin, Russel, Dove and Sky into the wall and return to where I was standing before they could even lift their weapons. I turn to face the class... their mouths gaped open I smirk as I start to speak.

Alduin: "Okay class can anyone tell me what they did wrong? Weiss what is your answer."

Weiss: "They underestimated their opponent."

Alduin: "Precisely Weiss and the result four guys in a wall... oh, look at that Cardin even peed himself. Looks like he couldn't wait to use the toilet."

The class once again laughs as well as I continue.

Alduin: "Now can anyone else tell me what they did wrong. Yes Pyrrha?"

Pyrrha: "They picked a fight with you by being rude and provoking. A full-fledged Huntsmen."

Alduin: "Yes, that is correct if they didn't they wouldn't have ended up in a wall. Now lastly what was the reason they decided to provoke me for. Yes Blake?"

Blake: "They were being racist to you just because you're a faunus, even though beacon is supposed to be a place where we can be ourselves and make friends."

Alduin: "Excellent answer Blake, now Glynda is it okay if I choose how I will spar with them."

Glynda: "What do you mean by that Alduin? Care to explain to the class and I."

Alduin: "Okay then, I would for a bit like to spar with each one of them individually for only a minute. I want to do this, so I can figure out their fighting style and give them pointers on what they need to work on. Then once they get better I will move onto their pairs, then lastly their teams.

Glynda: "That's a very solid idea. Okay then Jaune Arc please enter the stage."

Alduin: "Actually Glynda I don't need him to come down as I already know what he needs to improve on."

Glynda: "Really, care to share."

Alduin: "Of course. Jaune you are by far the weakest fighter in the year, I watched everyone's initiation and you left the biggest impact. As for the reasons why, it's mainly because you lack the confidence to do well in class. But you care very much for your team members and your friends, that is why you were chosen to be leader of team JNPR. So Jaune what I would like you to do is work of your confidence as a person only then will you become stronger and feel worthy of leading. Once you do this hit me up and I'll help you become a better fighter."

Glynda: "Very good eye Alduin, then can miss Xiao Long come to the arena."

Yang: "Hell yes I get to spar with sexy first, sweet."

I facepalm as I watch my little firecracker enter the arena with her gauntlets locked and loaded.

Glynda: "Okay miss Xiao Long this match will only last a minute, you can go all out. But don't get discouraged it you can't hit him. 3...2...1...begin.

Weiss POV

I was sitting in Professor ports class after Professor Goodwitch's class where Alduin spared against most of us and told us what things we should work on. I was told I need to be more flexible whatever that means. I just can't believe no one could land a hit on him. Something else bothered me, why does he look so familiar to me... it's probably nothing.

'I still don't understand though what the headmaster sees in Ruby she is just so immature, she is even sleeping right now. I guess I'll just listen to Professor Port for now'.

As I was paying attention I notice Ruby doing something, once she was done she showed us, it was a picture of Professor Port then blew a raspberry. I was so frustrated at watching her goofing off, I then start to hear snoring behind me. I look at the noise to see Alduin asleep too. Well he is a huntsman, so I guess it's fine.

I then zone back into whatever Professor Port was saying.

Port: "The moral of the story is, a true huntsman must be honourable. A true huntsman must be dependable."

I'm watching Ruby goof off and I'm about to lose it.

Port: "A true huntsmen must be strategic, well-educated and wise. So, who among you believes themselves to be the embodiment of these traits?"

I put my hand up.

Weiss: "I do sir."

Port: "Well then let's find out. Step forward and face your opponent."

I am standing at the front of the class waiting for the professor to show who my opponent is going to be.

Yang: "Go Weiss."

Blake: "Fight well."

She says while holding a little flag. 'Wait where did she even get that?'

Ruby: "Go Weiss represent team RWBY!"

Weiss: "Ruby I'm trying to focus!"

Ruby: "Oh um… sorry."

I refocus myself looking forward at Professor Port.

Port: "Alright let the match begin."

He cuts the cage lock off and the cage door opens to reveal a Boarbatusk. It then charges at me, once it got close I dodged to the right and sliced as I dodged. It then charges at me again this time I also charge at it but I get a rapier stuck between its tusks.

Ruby: "Come on Weiss show it whose boss."

I look at Ruby but the Boarbatusk throws my weapon away and knocks me back.

Port: "Ha ha now what will you do without your weapon?"

The small Grimm then charges at me again, but I barely dodge it as it runs straight into a desk behind me. I take this opportunity to run to grab my weapon.

Ruby: "Weiss go for its belly there is no armour under- "

Weiss: "Stop telling me what to do!"

As I yell at Ruby the Boarbatusk rushes me in the shape of a wheel. I try to dodge it to just get hit by it, as it made its way back around I tried to stand up, but I couldn't as it got close a figure jumped in front of me killing the Grimm. I look up to see who it was to see Alduin standing in front of me. I stand up ready to thank him, but he turned around and slapped me.

Alduin: "What the Oum is wrong with you?"

Weiss: "Excuse me?"

Alduin: "I said... what the Oum is wrong with you. Your team tries to support you, but you seem to only have ago at Ruby for cheering you on. Then when she gives you some solid advice you throw it in her face and almost get yourself injured or even killed. So, I will ask again what is wrong with you?"

Weiss: "Wrong with me more like what's wrong with her she is meant to be our leader, but she has been nothing more than a- "

As I was about to finish my sentence Alduin slaps me again.

Alduin: "I get it now you're jealous that Ruby is then team leader and not you. I for one think she will be a great leader, during the initiation Ruby was the one that took charge and came up with a plan to take down the Nevermore. That alone shows she is more than qualified to be leader."

As Alduin talks I stand there with my mouth wide open with a hand on my cheek that he slapped twice.

Alduin: "Do you want know what else makes a great leader? Someone that cares not only for their self but also their team. Someone that puts the team's safety ahead of their own and is willing to help them even if the other people they are trying to help don't want it or deserve it. Weiss being a team leader isn't about being the smartest, strongest or even the best fighter, it is about making the members of the team shine their brightest by making them work together to achieve a goal. When I look at team Ruby I see the most balanced team in the first years. Yang the muscle of the team and the best hand to hand fighter in her grade. But Yang is to hot-headed to be the leader if something happened she would rush in without thinking. Blake the stealthiest one of the team great if you need someone that can scout out an area. But she is too shy and quite to be the leader. Ruby the young optimistic girl and long-range shooter just in case you need to keep your distance from your target, she is also a wiz with a scythe. She is also great at coming up with ideas on the fly which is perfect for being the leader. Then lastly you Weiss, the smartest and most skilled dust user of your grade. But you're to stuck up that you believe you are always right; this trait is not someone qualified to be a leader. But is qualified to be a great teammate, Weiss you are part of a team now it's not just about you anymore but your team. So, I suggest you think about it, if you still believe you should be the leader then you are not qualified to even be a huntress, I'll let Ozpin know that you should go home back to Atlas."

He then turns around and leaves the classroom, while I just stand there thinking to myself. 'Is he right? Of course, he is, he is a huntsman, so he would know what he is talking about. I guess I should apologize to Ruby and try harder to be a better teammate.'
