8 Qualification?
After packing and eating a small breakfast that, even though ms. kurenia suggested us not to eat doesn't mean we can't after all empty stomachs are bad as we would lose strength In a fight. After pack lunch and another lunch for hinata' cuz I still love her but...she would listen to our teacher and not eat when suggested. after bathing and changing I walk to the meating spot and realise im early so I wait.
After an hour hinata was the first to arive with a backpack although she is slow so I ask
Zeref "hey let me guess you didn't eat" pointing out the obvious
Hinata "um well ms. kurenai sensei told us to not eat and well I hope it wasn't a trick." saying the last part falling down into frown not eating
Zeref noticing that hinata wasn't feeling good opens his bag, opens the cooler side where you would put fruits and gives hinata a apple a nice juicy, cool, washed apple evident by the water droplets on the side of the apple.
After hinata is done devouring the apple it looks like she wants more so I give her one more apple to which she accepts and after that she looks satisfied, but not full.
waiting half an hour more our other teammate shino arrived after a minute of his arrivel Kurenai appeared in a puff of smoke
Kurenai "well as we are all here there will be a test to see rather you will pass as genin or not"
hinata reacts like first by asking "what happens if we fail"
Kurenai "if you fail you would have to restart the academy"
This time I respond "whats the test" curting to the chase
Kurenai "the test is a tracking test, as this test is for your team, team 8 was designed as a tracking team suited for search and possibly destroy missions, the destroy part only existed in the 3rd shinobi war though"
shino "so this team was designed for recon"
Kurenai "not exactly the destroy part is still possible but seeing as your freash out the academy well start with the part search"
hinata "so what and when is the test sensei"
kurenai "the actual test is for you to come find me in the training ground you have till sun down, and the test starts.... now." after kurenai finished she dissapeared.
Zeref "Is she playing hide and seek" sumerizing this exercise
Hinata "Im sure well find her right zeref" Looking at her lover in the eyes smiling
Zeref "yea who would we be if we couldn't find her although she is a jonin"
shino nodded
1 hour searching through the forest on tree branches zeref seemed to have noticed kurenai behind them
Zere" shino send your bugs behind us I think shes been following us
shino did as such and was able to confirm my senses
zeref "alright on my count we all go our sepreat ways and use a pincer maneuver, shino you take to kurenai sensei from behind I'll face her then hinata goes frome our left, 3...2...1..now" at the end of my count we were separated and I was to face kurenai as a distraction
Now I turn around and after a couple of jumps from tree I was face to face with kurenai as we both lock kunai kurenai looks at me qith interest
Kurenai "how did you find out I was behind you"
Zeref "I would make a pretty lousy member of the search team if I wasn't able to"
Kurenai nodded
Then shino appered from behind her and hinata from her left
Kurenai "A pincer maneuver using you as a bait so I wouldn't notice the other two, I must say I'm impressed"
Hinata "now that we found you what now mis kurenai"
Kurenai "why would you ask most people would have attacked"
Zeref "because this was a search misson and we found you so mission complete"
Kurenai "you lot are gooing to make a good search and destroy squad, not only did you follow orders, but also succeeded the misson at hand"
Kurenai "alright now that we got this exercise done you can take the rest of the day off while I report you as proper genin team 8, so Ill see you all tommarow for training "
with the rest of the day off me and hinata spened the rest of the day together then she went home to go to sleep as she wasnt permited to sleep out yet.
