4 On the same Bed
She hesitated for a while and replied "I don't remember anything about me. One month ago, I found myself deep in the south wilderness forest. It felt like I woke up after a long sleep after wandering in the forest for some time I was chased by the wild beast black armored giant wolf. While escaping from it I got these two scratches on my face and I somehow managed to escape from it and got into nearby mountain tribe village. There a granny allowed me to stay in her house and treated my injuries. I just stayed inside the hut for my injuries to recoveries but unfortunately five days ago Red Skull bandit group attacked that tribe. They destroyed the tribe and captured the escaping members and sold me and some other clan members to a shop owner of the slave market in Misty Sky city. Where you bought me". After saying up here she fell silent and looked at the floor thinking about something.
Ye Jian digested the information and thought " I think my idea of getting her as a slave should come to full stop. Xiao Mi looked at him for some time and said in a low tone " I don't have knowledge about this world and I don't know where to go and don't know what to do. You are young master of the Ye family can you arrange for me to stay here in the Ye family until I recover my memories. I will definitely repay this favor of yours in the future". She looked expectantly at Ye Jian.
Ye Jian let go of his depressed feeling and listened to the request of Xiao Mi. after listening, he laughed and said " sorry to say, that I am only young master of Ye family in name only. Due to my poor talent in martial arts, I don't have any power in the family and all the members of the family expect my parents despise me. They definitely won't agree for this as I brought you here as my slave".
After listening to Ye Jian both Ye Jian and Xiao Mi fell silent. After some time Xiao Mi stood up to leave the room. Seeing the depressed and lonely back of Xiao Mi, Ye Jian heart twisted, so he called out for Xiao Mi and said "there is only one option for this situation that you act as my servant outside this room and you can just call me 'Ye Jian' in the room. You just have to act that's all". Xiao Mi thought about Ye Jian proposition for some time and reluctantly agreed.
Xiao Mi walked back and sat on the bed. They two are silent and don't know what else to talk about. Ye Jian saw outside and is already dark so he decided that it is about time for dinner. He looked at Xiao Mi and know that she didn't have eaten anything for the past five days but due to her high self-pride, she did not want to ask Ye Jian for food. At this time her stomach made growling noises which are clearly heard by Ye Jian. Ye Jian smiled at her and went out saying that he would bring some food from the dining table. Xiao Mi face turned red with embarrassment.
Ye Jian went to the dining room thinking how he should get food to his room from the dining table. He approached the dining area and saw his father and grandfather eating there.
He suddenly struck with an idea and with an angry face he went to his father and said: "I don't want to eat food here, send food to my room". Ye Jian turned and want to go out of the dining area as fast as possible. He just acted as if is angry so that they will fulfill his wishes.
"Ye Jian what to do you think about your marriage?" with a sudden question from his father, Ye Jian stopped and he knows he can't escape from his destiny so he answered without turning around "do whatever you wish I know you all will do things which are the best for me". With that said he walked out of the dining room and went to his room. His mood is obviously depressed thinking about his future marriage.
The food is delivered to his room. After returning, he did not seem Cheerful and did not speak with Xiao Mi. he simply sat on the bed gazing into the darkness thinking about his future. Even after the food is delivered to his room, he did not come back to reality. Xiao Mi waited for some time and not able to control her hunger he asked Ye Jian "can we start eating now?" Ye Jian jolted and helplessly smiled and said "yes".
Thinking about all the things he experienced this one day he did not have any appetite but just to accompany Xiao Mi to eat, so that she would not feel awkward he ate without speaking in a depressed mood. Xiao Mi saw he is depressed so she did not speak anything.
After eating they sat silently on the bed for some time. now Ye Jian came to the sudden realization that there is only one bed in the room and if they want to sleep both should sleep on the same bed. The bedroom has no additional blankets as he rarely came to this room and there only two pillows and a single large blanket. Ye Jian with his depressed mood said to Xiao Mi "the bed is large enough for two people to sleep on it. Just divide the bed into two using pillows and sleep on one side and don't worry I won't do anything to you while you are sleeping". He did not give any other explanation and slumped into the bed closing his eyes.
Xiao Mi stared angrily at him for some time and not knowing what to do. She just sat there for some time and pulled the two pillows to the Middle and she got on to the other side of the bed and gently closed her eyes facing the ceiling of the room. Slowly all her nerves are relaxed and due to excessive fatigue from previous days and as her stomach is full she quickly went into a deep sleep.
In the Middle of the night, Ye Jian felt something wet on his Chest and woke up. He realized that a warm body is pasted on him and after rubbing his eyes he found that it is Xiao Mi. XiaoMi is clung to Ye Jian like an octopus with her both hands tightly wrapped around his neck and with her, both legs clamped around his both legs restricting his movement. Feeling the soft and warm body in his bosom and those two small melons rubbing on his Chest. Ye Jian felt his breath getting faster and his body is getting hotter. he wrapped his both arms around Xiao Mi tightly pressing her into him. He noticed that his brother is fully erect and ready to start the trouble. It is poking Xiao Mi stomach and feeling soft sensation, his brother even got enraged. This type of feeling is the first time for Ye Jian in his life. He did not have any experience with girls before. If this continued any longer he will definitely lose control.
At this moment he noticed that Xiao Mi body is shivering and she is crying muttering inaudible words in her sleep. Ye Jian body shuddered and his breath got stable and he kept his ear near Xiao Mi mouth and found what she is mumbling. Xiao Mi is in some nightmare and constantly mumbling "Mother please don't leave me alone in this world. Mommy, please come back wuuuu… wuuu… I am feeling frightened here wuuuu.. wuuuu… there are so many people who are trying to harm me wuuuu… wuuu… mommy don't leave me alone please come back."
Ye Jian thought she is in some nightmare and gently pressed her head towards his bosom with one hand and another hand on her back he gently tapped on her shoulder and consoled her. She stared angrily and cautiously at Ye Jian and noticed that she was the one who rolled to the Ye Jian's part of the bed and noticing tear stains on Ye Jian's front cloth she guessed what happened and vaguely remembered yesterdays nightmare. Her face got red and she clutched her face out of embarrassment. Noticing that Ye Jian is still in a deep sleep she relaxed and went to the bath
murmuring that she should forget this shameful scene.
Ye Jian woke up later in the morning and saw Xiao Mi sitting at the edge of the bed in a dazed manner thinking about something. He did not mention what she made, the previous night in order to not to embarrass her and just said "good morning".
Xiao Mi saw Ye Jian and without a change in expression, she just nodded her head to Ye Jian. He then went to bath thinking about what he had to do in the remaining four days till his marriage in the Ye family. After some thought, he decided to go to the Ye family library building to know more about this world and to plan his future course of action. He gave up finding details about his future wife because whatever the character of her he can not change the present situation and should be married for the happiness of his father and grandfather.
Yesterday evening it is announced to the whole Misty Sky city that Song family Song Tingyu is being married to Ye family trash Ye Jian in five days. All the people who know Song Tingyu's martial talent are astounded by hearing this news. He thought all will be ok and after Ye Jian is dead, he thought to convince his father to seek for marriage with Song family but all the hopes are dashed now. Ye Jian is still alive and is in the Ye family residence. he learned that Ye Jian is prevented from stepping out of the Ye family till his marriage is over. He cannot meet with Song Tingyu and convince her to cancel the marriage as they are preparing her for the bride and no one is allowed near her quarters. Ye Jian came out of the bath by changing to a fresh set of white clothes. he ate the breakfast which is delivered to his room with Xiao Mi. while eating he thought for a while and then said to Xiao Mi "I am going to the library building, will you stay here or will accompany me to the library?". Xiao Mi fell silent for a while and after some thought, she said " I don't know anything about this world. I will also read some books in the library along with you". Ye Jian saw her face with scar marks and after contemplating for a while, he went to a drawer where his childhood toys are kept and rummaging through it, he found a white mask with golden designs on it. The mask is hard and with a slightly smiling expression and two holes in the place of eyes. He gave it to Xiao Mi and said her to wear it while they are outside so that nobody will be disgusted with her or scorn her by seeing her face. Xiao Mi took the mask and worn on her face. After wearing the mask she looked at the stunned Ye Jian. The sight in front of him even made Ye Jian forget blinking his eyes. After some time shaking his head slightly he said to Xiao Mi " you really got a perfect figure and sexy body. I am sure that all the boys who will see you will go head over heels for you". Xiao Mi angrily glared at him and said in a low tone "vulgar mouth".
After completing their breakfast they set out to the library, with Ye Jian walking in the front and she following him at the back like an obedient servant.
