Sercles after thinking for a second and smiled like nothing has happened to make him angry " I would like to be reincarnated as a * Frost Demon * that has the latent talent of both freeza and cooler combined multiplied by '7' in dragon ball word but can you make it so that my name still be ' Sercles ' because I like this name and can you make me frozen for almost 7000 years after I am born and make me wake up 12 years before planet Vegita is destroyed. "
God while smiling " Of course no problem I can do that. It is just a trivial matter to a being such as me. So what are your 3 wishes "
Sercles: " Ya and before that will I be keeping my memory "
God with a huge grin on his face told " well since you are a little smart I guess I will make an exception and give you all your memory when are reincarnated "
Sercles: " Thanks a bunch and can you make me reincarnate in *Universe 7* "
God : " Ok! so what are the 3 wishes you want? I have to sleep soon. I'm a bit tired after all "
God said this with a little annoying look on his face. Since I don't want to piss him off I told him my first wish " My first wish is a skill called // HACK // that can hack any and all thing including me with the need of anything and without a problem and no one should be able to do anything against it. "
God: " hmmm.... oh well ! Ok granted what is your other 2 wishes? "
Sercles: " My 2 wish is a skill called //CREAT // that can Create any and all things without the need of anything without a problem. No one can be able to do anything against it and both the above skills only I should be able to change it no one other than me should be capable of doing anything against them including 'GOD' (You) "
God with a huge smirk " Hahahaha haha you are good kid, hahahhaha..... alright I will grand it. So what is your final wish? "
God with expectation looked at me with a smile present on his lip like telling me to tell my final wish
Sercles: " My final wish is instant mastery and instant comprehension "
I looked at him with a look full of tension since my 3 rd wish consist of 2 wishes. After some time of his thought he smiled at me and said
God: " Alright since I lied about erasing... I mean since I told you about multi - realm. I will grand you this wish.... well goodbye then " with that said he snapped his finger and portal appeared below me just a little bigger than me so that it can transfer me I guess... just as I was thinking this I was sucked into it.

* On Planet COLD on Universe 7 *
It has been 7000 years since that fateful day but for our MC it has only been some minute because he has been frozen till now. It has only been a minute that he has awoken from his frozen slumber.
Sercles P.O.V
When I first tried to open my eyes after awakening it was really hard due to light that is reflected from the wall in front of me. But after some try I was Abel to see things clearly. But that's when I realized that I was in a cave that is made of ice and I was inside a huge ice that has the shape of a Piller with the size of almost covering the whole cave but suddenly that Piller of ice started to crack after realising this as my cue I punched the ice in front of me that has a small crack at the edge.
Sercles :' What the fu*k it's so hard..... well it should be hard if I consider that this was the ice that covered me almost 7000 years if that GOD made my wish true!'
After some kick's and punches I successfully obliterated the ice in front of me. But when I felt like I had done something that deserved an Oscar for destroying this ice I suddenly fell down in the ground due to the sudden change in body. I suddenly jumped up only to headbutt the wall of ice in the ceiling of the cave. Then all of a sudden I started to look around and made sure no one saw me in doing these actions if someone saw this I would have killed him( just mentally). Then after adjusting and controling my body I started to walk out of the cave so that I can see where I am and what should I do first.
After looking around I found that this is a frozen planet ( ya just frozen) and there is no life in this planet currently. After organising my thoughts I began my plans.
Sercles : ' activate skill Create '
suddenly a screen pop up in front of me showing,

Sercles with a huge grin from ear to ear said : ' Creat a System an Anime system which has STATS, INVENTORY, SHOP, etc...
• In STATS it should be abel to show my stats as well as my targeted once.
• In INVENTORY all items should be able to be stored in there which has unlimited space and has a frozen time so that if I place a food in there when I take it back it should be as just as when I placed it inside.
• In SHOP I should be able to buy all Bloodlines, Abilities, Skills, Artifacts, Weapons, Armor's, Techniques, etc... from all animes, manga's, movies and novels. '
