Qi refinement-

Five levels, refine the skin,muscles,bones,organs, and meridians with Qi to make them capable of storing and releasing Qi

Martial Warrior-

Gather Qi to open meridians in your body, the more you open the smoother your future path will be twelve levels one for each meridian opened. Most people open 7-8 meridians average geniuses open 9-10 while the blessed children of heaven open 11-12. 6 meridians opened is the minimum requirement to break through to foundation establishment. Only in this stage are you considered a cultivator

Foundation establishment-

Separated into three levels low,middle, and high, opening the dantian and establishing a foundation for the forming of the golden core. Many people spend extra time on this stage for the most solid foundations.

Core formation-

Shatter the dantian and compress the Qi inside to transform it into a golden core. 40% of cultivators fail at this stage due to shaky foundations or lacking willpower. There are three levels low,middle, and high depending oh how much Qi you've cultivated

Acupuncture opening-

Using the Qi in your golden core and fine control, open and wash the acupuncture points in your body 361 in total. Separated into Poor, Normal, Fine, and perfect stages depending on how many you open. It is possible to advance even in the Poor stage but without reaching at least the Normal stage it is impossible to advance any further.

Soul refining-

Refine the soul using Qi, Stages are dependent how much of your soul you've refined. Someone at 25% refinement is stronger that's someone at 20%. At 100% refinement the soul can leave the body for a period of time.
