The woman tosses aside another charred carcus of a keonian into a large pile of similar carcuses. Single scarlet tear rolls down her face. Her sunken eyes readjust to a emerald green with a maniacal glint. A sudden thud of an object hitting the floor of a family trying to escape, A man and woman and two children, boy(11) and girl(10) from across the village gets her attention. Almost instantly the woman appears in front of the house. Before she forces her way in the man and woman step out together,"We will not resist, end us quickly." the wife says in a quivering voice,"Please." the husband begs,"just leave our children alone." "I have no need to comply to the wishes of inferior beings" the woman states. She rushes the couple, and in a blink of an eye severe the arms and legs from both victims. Their screams were delightful to her ears, and she mimes like a conductor the screams of the heads on torsos for 30 seconds before draining them with a cackle. " Children huh, I'm sure their pathetic little bodies will be nice and easy to drain, like lambs to the slaughter," she smirks and smashes down the door to the tiny cottage. Almost immediately the woman crashes through the cellar door to find the two young children cowering next to each other,tears streaming out their eyes. "My, my, arent you two sweet, I'm sure your energy will be delictable," the woman laughs. The boy gets up shaking and sniffling, but points a knife at the woman. "Take me, leave my sister alone." he sobs. The woman smiles maniacally," I have an idea. To show what happens when ants try to make demands to those who step on them." With that the woman breezes past the boy,grabbing his hand with the knife, and plunges it into his sister. The girl looks up to her brother in shock more than anything and states simply like nothing happened," Brother." Reality catches up to the moment and the girl dies , with white blood pouring from the wound and onto the boys hand. The boy sits there,stunned and holding his sister. The woman, smiling, leans over to the boy and stares into his eyes." So now you see what happens when you try to defy pure and complete natural strength, like prey trying to attack it's predator. Even with magic most you keonions cannot even displace a hair on my head. " She takes the girl and drains her, the boy as if sucked into the void, doesn't even seem to notice. Suddenly the boy roars to life, wailing in pure anguish and tears pouring from his eyes. Then his body glows and a dark blue energy bursts from him, coarsly enveloping and covering him, the energy fraying at the upper part of torso and head. "Oh. Interesting. You used Presence, how refreshing. I guess you aren't fodder like the rest of your species after-" "Shut up." The boy faces her, his eyes now burning with fury. Before she can retaliate he displays his hand and releases a massive energy wave,destroying half the village. The dust settles and the woman is still standing, a dark grin on her face. "Yes. I've decided. You can live for another day, for I will savour this treat. After all you were strong enough to lay a scratch on me." She states happily and with almost innocent charm." What's your name boy?" The boy is taken aback, almost forgetting what the woman had just done," Dr-Dragio." he responds. "I see, become more than fodder for me, Dragio" she says. And with a dark flicker she is gone. Dragio then falls to his knees, the dark blue energy fading and begins to cry out to all that he has lost.
