15 THIRD WHEEL

"I wish we could stay here for some more time."

Camilla sounded disheart.

"Oh love we can come here whenever you want. You just have to say it."

Ed was typing something on his cell phone while Camilla was packing her stuff.

"Really  ?

But you've to be with me every time. I want to enjoy everything in your company."

She stopped and came closer to him. Grabbing his collar she sounded sultry.

"And I'm always off work for my handsome husband."

"Is that so? I'm with you, always and forever  !"

He pulled her closer from waist and kissed her neck.

As she moaned but didn't struggle to push him.

"Oh just stop me wifey otherwise I'll rip everything off you !"

"Haha you're so naughty dear husband."

She chuckled and turned around to pack the leftovers.

"How can I resist when having such a sexy wife ?

I'm completely innocent milady."

He pouted at the end and shrugged his shoulders in surrender.

"Okey no more sugar coated words, let me pack."

"Yes boss !"

He saluted her with a fake hopeless face.

"Hello dad !"

Camilla greeted her father at the airport exit & hugged him cheerfully.

"Hellooo honey."

He pulled the words & kissed her forehead with beaming eyes.

"Looks like my daughter enjoyed well."

He was happy to see a genuine smile on her face. As if she had left that cold hearted woman behind.

"Yes dad."

She blushed & lowered her head. Which made Mr. Hudson much more than happy. A joy beyond words.

"I kept your bossy daughter very well sir."

Ed barged in and stole the credit. While Camilla kicked him in tummy by elbow.

"I'm not that annoying."

She pouted like a child and batted her lashes towards him.

"Haha you two...I'm happy for you both. Stay blessed."

Mr. Hudson voiced in.

"Now let's see before media arrival. Otherwise they'll create fuss."

And they headed towards the car when Mr. Hudson patted on Eduardo shoulder and whispered.

"Thank you son."

In response he placed his hand on his and nodded.

During the whole drive Camilla was excitedly telling her father about the things she did there.

Starting from her embarrassment before going including Eduardo name & that sudden meeting. How Ed saved & encouraged her.

She was some other person now, someone happy, someone soft n caring. She was herself now !

"I'm happy that you went on a break, love."

Mr. Hudson scooped her face and again placed a kiss on her forehead.

As they all strode inside the house.

DING DING !

"Excuse me."

Ed left for the terrace to attend the call. His cell phone was buzzing continuously.

"What do you want ?"

"I told you I'm not interested."

"Stop bothering now Penelope."

"I said I'm not into you, I haven't gave you any such hint."

"Okey listen you maybe in love with me but I'm not."

"I'm warning you last time now okey. Stay away from me. "

CAMILLA POV:

"Yes wait for me there I'm coming."

I informed my PA about my arrival. Some urgent meeting came up as I returned my home country. Work never leaves you, a pile of work was waiting for me to attend.

I ended the call and waited for Ed to come out of washroom. As I heard the unlocking of the door I rushed in pushing him aside.

"Hey slow down !"

He cried from outside upon my rude act.

"Sorry honey I've an urgent meeting to attend."

I replied him while brushing my teeth.

Wore my attire and was about to pick up my jacket when peeked through the corner & found Ed starring at my doings.

"You look more beautiful like this. Remember be confident in heart."

I nodded in yes and walked down through the staircase.

Attended the meeting which was quite hectic and headed towards home.

"Coming home baby.

I love you."

I texted to Ed and went down towards parking.

I was excited...

UuMm....actually I was panicking to see my husband. Don't know how but I fell in love with him dearly. And was dying to be in his arms again.

"Drive fast."

When I reached and was about to enter the garden I heard "tik" of female sandals !

Yeah male shoes don't sound like that.

"Heels  !"

My mind immediately responded to the voice.

And I hid myself behind the bush to see the clear view.

"Penelope la Cruise !"

I recognized the most famous actress who was beautiful no doubt walking out of my house.

"What she's doing here ?"

I questioned to myself and...

"Ed !"

His name left my lips as he the only person at home as father left early for a vacation with

Mr Miller intentionally leaving us alone.

My blood boiled instantly.

"Calm down Cam it's not the solution. Maybe Ed is innocent you've to listen to both sides. Sometimes visual is not the truth."

I reminded myself, took a deep breath & walked inside.

"Honey I'm home."

My voice echoed loud.

"Cam love !"

And then his lovey-dovey voice greeted me. He was normal as nothing happened. Neither he was felt fearful nor nervous.

Those aren't the ways of sinners.

I remained calm & asked him nothing. Maybe I was being suspicious for nothing. But many questions remained there.

"How Ed knows that bar manager & now this famous actress  ?

Isn't he a needy one, a few months ago he needed money for his friend's operation but never asked again."

I tried to sleep but something was still disturbing me. I couldn't control myself and silently crept out of my room with my cell phone. I needed to search for answers, didn't want to end up like before.

Dialed a number.

"Mr Rhodes I want some information about a guy....and not to forget the details about Penelope La Cruise, whom she's dating now a days."

I didn't want to do this but it was necessary for me now to find out about his identity and not to forget his whereabouts.

But one thing was clear if Ed wasn't cheating on me then Id stand with him by his side no matter what.

"I love you Ed."

My heart confirmed.
