6 Chapter 6: Requirements
Morning
Klein was still sleepy, but he still walked and entered the kitchen today he is going to assist Mubai in cooking
When he entered the kitchen there is no one inside looks like Mubai is still sleeping
Klein wore a plain black apron that have his name in the middle and he started to prepare the breakfast
After a few minutes Zhu Qing entered the kitchen but she was surprised when she saw that Klein is the one cooking
"I thought that you are only an assistant?" She said as she wore her apron too and she helped to chop some of the vegetables
"No problem its just a small thing" Klein said as he toss the rice in the wok he is cooking fried rice, after cooking the rice he cooked the food thag Zhuqing was preparing
The clock hit 8 am and Dai Mubai just woke up he quickly dashed towards the kitchen as fast as he can, when he opened the door Xiao Wu is already inside, she is helping to prepare the table Tang San is placed a Glass of hot Milk in the table for Xiao Wu, Then he saw Klein is teaching Zhu Qing how to cook
He just stayed on the front of the door dumbstruck, he was jealous when he saw Zhu Qing and Klein close together like that but he cant do anything at all, he sighed and entered the room and he sat down beside Tang San
"Senior Mubai good morning" Tang San greeted him and smiled
"Good morning Tang San, I overslept luckily Klein is there to cook for us" He said embarassed but Tang San saw that there is sadness and regret painted on his face
After a while Klein placed the fried rice in the center of the table together with a roasted pig and some vegetables too, Then Zhu Qing placed the bread on the table, Mubai looked at her and she saw him
When she saw Mubai her face became cold and she ignored him, then she entered the kitchen again to help Klein get the soup
Rongrong entered the room with Oscar and Hongjun then Fatty sat beside Mubai and Oscar sat beside Hongjun, Klein took out the soup and placed it on the table after that he sat down beside Oscar, Rongrong sat down beside Xiao Wu and the both of them started to talk then Zhu Qing placed a glass of tea on front of Klein and she sat beside him while drinking her glass of milk
Everyone looked at the glass of tea that Zhu Qing gave to Klein, Rongrong whispered something to Xiao Wu and both of them giggled together, Tang San, Hongjun and Oscar was surprised
'This Brother Klein is really something in less than a weak he already tamed the Ice Queen' the three of them thought
Mubai just stared at Klein, he wants to get angry but there is no reason for him to be angry
After that they ate happilly, only Mubai was sad, when he finished eating, he felt lost, in terms of age,power,skills,combat techniques he lost big time and now even in cooking he lost too
'The gap is too large' he said as he drank his soup
"Who cooked this? It definitely not Boss Dai right?" Oscar said while caressing his tummy
"Right this level of cooking is heavenly if Oscar's food taste land smells like this then I will eat his foods everyday" Hongjun said as he placed his soup bowl down
"Brother Klein cooked it together with Zhu Qing, they are the one I saw when I arrived here with Brother San" Xiao Wu said as she ate her vegetables
"Your wife will be lucky in the future, you're a complete package, Handsome, Strong, Kind, Caring, Gentleman, and most of all you can cook, If you dont have a girlfriend right now you can court me" Rongrong said playfully but she got a death stare from Zhuqing
"I'm just joking hehe" She said then she continued eating quietly
Tang San is enjoying his meal but when he looked at Mubai he saw him clenching his fist under the table
'Looks like Boss Dai likes Zhuqing but with his playboy personality getting Zhuqing will be hard after all if Brother Klein decided to make a move on her then Boss Dai wont have a chance at all' Tang San said in his mind as he silently started eating again
After they finsihed eating they all dispersed, all of them decided to rest because tonight will be the night they will register to the spirit colloseum
Night
Sutuo City
Flander escorted them to the front of the colloseum after that he stopped and looked at them
"Remember, you are here because of three things, combat experience, training and winning, if you dont have a silver badge dont even think pf graduating" Flander said then he explained to us the types of battles its either 2v2 or 1v1 only the same rank of spirit masters can join for a 2v2 competition
Everyone applied for the 1v1 competition and Tang San and Xiao Wu applied to the 2v2 competition, while Klein and Mubai applied too in the 2v2 competion
That night all of them won in their fights, fatty got 2 wins, Tang San also got 3 wins, Mubai Got 4 wins, Xiao Wu got 4 wins,Klein got 5 wins and Zhuqing got 3 wins and 1 lose
The match between Tang San and Zhuqing is intense because Klein told Tang San that if he didnt go all out he will loose to Zhuqing
Tang San won because of his advantage, control Type spirit master are the counter for agility type spirit masters like Zhuqing, and Tang San's combat experience is richer than her so she lost
"Your improvement is very big Sister Zhuqing" Tang San said, as he looked at her
'Just what kind of special training is she doing with Brother Klein?' He thought
Zhuqing came to Klein and she said
"Just like you said, I lost he is too sneaky" Zhuqing said while puffing her cheeks she was mad because she cant hit Tang San at all, 60% of her attacks are blocked while the 40% are dodged by Tang San
"As I said to you, you should go for his blind spots, Tang San is the most hard match up for you, he has great control and we are both a team, he knows your set of skills, beside you didnt lose that easily so cheer up" Klein said as he pinched her small nose
Tang San and Xiao Wu are looking at them, then Xiao Wu said
"Looks like Senior Mubai dont have a chance at all, if I was Zhuqing I'll definitely pick Brother Klein over him, he is a playboy after all"
"But I will stilk pick you Brother San over him" Xiao Wu said as she jumped on Tang San's back
"Well the gap between Brother Klein and Boss Dai is too huge, and in the past days Zhuqing changed, she was not affected when Boss Dai goes out to date other girls, looks like she already moved on" Tang San said
"According to Sister Rongrong, the two of them knows each other in the past but senior Mubai abandoned Zhuqing, but now looks like Zhuqing found someone better than him" Xiao Wu said, Tang San just sighed and he turned around it was time for them to go back
Tang San and the others headed back first with Mubai, only Zhuqing remained in the front of the gate of the colloseum,after a while Klein arrived after finishing all of his matches for the day
"How many wins did you get?" Zhuqing said as she looked at him
"I got lucky, currently I have ten wins with 0 loss" Klein said then the two of them walked together in the road
"Where are the others?" He asked
"They already headed back" Zhuqing said then she blushed heavily as she remembered what Xiao Wu said to her
'Sister Qing this is your chance, you should enjoy him he's all yours'
"Thank you for waiting for me, let me treat you for foods on our way back" Klein said
After an hour the two of them returned to the Academy and they saw Rongrong sitting on the ground while crying
Zhuqing tried to approached her but Klein stopped her
"Let her be, this is for her own good" Klein said then he grabbed Zhuqing's hand and the two of them headed to Zhuqing ,Rongrong and Xiao Wu's room
"You should go to sleep,we have early classes tomorrow, goodnight" Klein said then he turned around to leave
"Wait." Zhuqing said then she grabbed the sleeves of Klein's clothes
"Why?" Klein asked
"Uhm Goodnight" Zhuqing said then she quickly entered the room and slammed the door
"Silly girl" Klein said as he started to walk away, After a while Zhuqing opened the door and looked around, she sighed when she saw that Klein already left
Then she heard someone giggled inside the room and she saw Xiao Wu looking at her,Zhuqing's whole head turned red
"I didnt thought that even sister Qing can have that lovely expression and cute voice" Xiao Wu said
Then she copied Zhuqing's voice and said
"Wait" "Goodnight"
When Zhuqing heard that she hurriedly jumped to her bed then she hid under her blanket,Xiao Wu giggled she will definitely tell this to Tang San tomorrow
The next day
Everyone was already in the field, only Oscar was not here yet, Principal Flander told Tang San to wake him up but Oscar arrived before Tang San can move
"I have arrived~~~" he said while wiggling his hands
Mubai and Hongjun got pissed by his face and they quickly rebuked him for being late after that the principal announced the theme of the class
"All of you should ate Oscar's Tofu" he said, then everyone else but Klein is devastated
"So who will be the first one to slurp my tofu?" Oscar said, surprisingly Rongrong stepped forward first, Klein looked at her and he just smiled after Rongrong ate The tofu and garlic she became surprised, the black colors under her eyes vanished and she became full of energy again
Zhuqing and Klein ate their tofu too, after eating one piece Zhuqing looked at Klein who is eating the tofu like there is no tomorrow
"Is it that good?" She said
"I know that it smells bad, but this tofu is really great, and I think this tofu improved" Klein said as he ate one tofu again, Zhuqing took one piece again and ate it, then she felt that something really changed compared last time
Principal Flander heard them so he bit the tofu too and his smalls eyes widens
"This... you surpassed level 30?" Flander said and everyone was surprised, it is widely known that Food type spirit masters took a long time to improve compared to combat type spirit masters but Oscar did it, he is a real genius
Klein smiled then he looked at Oscar
'Overall this kid is good, if he matures and removed his perverted attitude then he will be a good support in the future' He thought
"Brother Klein you said that you will give something special to me when I broke through to level 30 right?" Oscar said while he came to Klein while wiggling his arms
"Ofcourse when you got your 3rd spirit ring I'll give something very special to you" Klein said as he smiles
Oscar celebrated and Hongjun hurriedly came to the side of Klein and said
"Boss Klein, what did you see with that pervert that I didnt have, He is just a genius food type spirit master while I your brother Ma Hongjun is a Phoenix, dragon amd phoenixes are brothers right? You should give something to me when I reach level 30 too or I'll get jealous" Hongjun said while wiggling his fat ass which irritated Xiao Wu and Zhuqing and they quickly kicked him
Every body laughed when they saw fatty tumbling down while holding his butt that have too shoe prints
"Dont worry brother Hongjun, we are brothers after all, I'll give something to you too" Klein said
"If anyone of you guys broke through to level 30 I'll give something special to you,some of them are so precious that if you sell them you can buy a whole kingdom" Klein said then suddenly Flander arrived next to him
"You know that you are the most stellar student here in our school, the most strongest and talented genius in the whole continent, tomorrow I will go to my friend who is a master in sculpting and I will order a 9 feet pure gold statue of you so we can display it in the front of the academy" he said to him
Everyone became silent when they heard it
"Principal, I already gave you an Immortal herb Last time right?" Kleim said and after that Flander coughed and he said
"Ehem...Remember tomorrow I will send you all in a mission" and with that he vanished on the spot
"Did you really gave an Immortal herb to the principal Brother Klein?" Tang San asked
"Yes but I think the principal sold it to someone" Klein said as he scratched his head
After that everyone congratulated Oscar and they began to prepare, Klein was summoned by the principal so he headed to his office, Flander discussed to him about the mission and he said that they will meet an instructor when they arrived at the Hunter Village near Stardou Forest, before Klein exited the room he heard the principal called his name
"I'm assigning you as the team leader of this mission, as the strongest student of shrek and the most matured one, remember to always take care of yourselves when you are insinde the forest" Flander said with worry
"The Stardou forest have 10,000 year old spirit beasts that are living inside it, most of them hate humans, you should retreat immidiately when you meet one" He added
"Dont worry principal I will do my best to protect them all, we will return here completely alive" Klein said
"Good then you can go now" Flander said, after Klein left the room, Flander looked at the window and said
"This batch of monsters are really different, a great change will happen in the world"
