4 Wang Shòu, King of Beast
Of course, I don't mean to create a brand new Pokemon move. It's impossible for even a genius; that kind of stuff is something probably only Ash can do.
What I meant is to combine my moves to create an inferior version that is similar but weaker than some of the powerful Pokemon moves.
But emm... what powerful Pokemon moves does Pikachu know?
Thunder? Nope, that would be the same as Thunderbolt, which I can't use.
Iron Tail? Anything less than that won't be very effective.
Hmm, then what can I use? Oh wait, I just remembered!
Volt Tackle, the signature move of Pikachu!
Yeah, that will definitely work!
The principle of Volt Tackle is to electrify yourself, surrounding yourself with powerful electricity, and then charge at the enemy, dealing powerful damage! Though it does deal considerable recoil damage back to the user.
Looking at the enraged Datura Snake, which is madly flailing around, I begin to formulate a plan in my mind.
I have Quick Attack, which can serve as a template for Volt Tackle. But what else can I use?
...This might be dangerous, but I have no choice... I will have to use Thunder Shock.
I need to control Thunder Shock, to direct its electricity towards me, with me containing it. Then I will use Quick Attack, and once I'm about to hit Datura Snake, I will release Thunder Shock to achieve similar but weaker effects as Volt Tackle.
'Since it is an inferior version of Volt Tackle, let's call it Spark Tackle.'
Mentally preparing myself, reviewing my plan if I made any mistake, I immediately start.
'Thunder Shock!'
Then a small amount of lightning bursts forth from my body. Sensing that I can control it to some extent, I try directing it right at me.
Lightning that was originally heading towards Datura Snake begins to turn around and head toward myself.
'Gah! Even though I'm an Electric-type, this still hurts a lot...'
Wincing at the pain I felt when the lightning hit me, I immediately contain the electricity inside my body.

Feeling the massive amount of pain inside me, I quickly run forth with mighty speed, with a small electric trail behind me.

I loudly shout, attracting the attention of the enraged Datura Snake. Hissing as it recognizes me and feeling a dull pain in its stomach, a fire of hatred bursts in its eye, and it coils up horizontally, preparing to attack.
"Hissss!!"
It hisses with hatred loudly and then lunges forward, ready to end my life once and for all!
'NOW! Quick Attack!'
At this critical time, I suddenly disappear right before its mouth and reappear at the stomach of Datura Snake.
Then I release the electricity contained in my body and tore right through the body of Datura Snake, ending its life!
"Pikaaa!" (Dieeee, you bastard!)

Looking at the bloody corpse of Datura Snake, which is split into two pieces, I agree.
