After sending the children back, he went to buy herbs and spices for themselves. Yu Xiaogang knew the importance of a good foundation for the spirit-masters at a young age. As he was thinking of the easiest way to teach the brats, he saw the little girl coming out of her room and walking towards him.

Yu Yan saw her father staring at her and lowered her head as if she had made a mistake.

Yu Xiaogang told Yu Yan to run twenty laps around the field before the other children arrive. The garden had twice the area as their house, and it took her an hour to complete the task.

" Father, I completed it. " Yu Yan said as she walked and sat near him. Yu Xiaogang was a little surprised as he looked at the heavily breathing girl in front of him. He thought that 15 laps were her limit, but she surpassed his expectations and completed it.

Yu Xiaogang heard a few childish voices and opened his eyes to greet them. He saw Old Jack and the excited little brats walking towards him. He slightly nodded at Old Jack's direction and told the children to sit on the ground, and he sat in front of them.

Yu Xiaogang explained this to them and waited for a few moments before continuing.

" There are three types of Martial souls known to us presently; the tool spirits, beast spirits, and body spirits. Tool spirits are the most common awakened spirit, and they have different uses and forms, ranging from farm tools to weaponry to gems.

Beast spirits are more suited for combat and can be any animal. These spirits are rare than the Tool martial souls. When possessed by the beast spirit-masters, will change their physical appearance.

Body Spirits are the rarest of the three; it can be any part of a person's body and enhances the body part after activating it. "

Yu Xiaogang stopped speaking and looked at his students and gave them time to memorize the knowledge he imparted.

" Pay attention I will show you both the tool spirit and the beast spirit. "

Yu Xiaogang told them to run 15 laps around the park and rest for the next half hour after completing the laps and to repeat it twice. The children started running, and little Yan was the first one to complete the task while Li Mei was the last. After the class, he sent them back to their houses.
