2 Chapter 2

The Doctor rushed into the room and looked complicatedly at Yu Xiaogang. The doctor told Yu Xiaogang that he would not live more than a week, and he asked if there is anything he could do for him.

Yu Xiaogang thought for a moment and asked him to keep it a secret from Yan'er. He also requested the doctor that no-one should disturb him for the next few days.

Yu Yan swiftly entered the room after she saw the doctor leaving. She was worried about him and didn't want anything to happen to him.

"Teacher, how are you? "

Yu Yan asked with tears in her eyes.

" Cough! Cough! Yan'er, I will get better soon. Yan'er, be a good child and don't worry that person. Okay? "

Yu Xiaogang smiled and said in a gentle tone.

Yu Xiaogang looked at the little doll walk away and sighed. He had been enduring the pain, and his face paled as soon as she left.

The middle-aged man took Yu Yan to his house and asked his wife to take care of her. Yu Yan was very sensible and obeyed his wife.

The middle-aged man and his wife sighed and looked towards the sleeping little girl. He knew Yu Xiaogang's condition and had informed his wife. The kind couple had determined that they will adopt Yu Yan after his death.

Yu Xiaogang's mind was remembering all his memories. He had many regrets and wishes. Yu Xiaogang sighed and took out the rusty metallic box. He opened the box and found a small black pearl in it.

Yu Xiaogang picked the pearl in his hand and felt a cold sensation in his hand. This was the first time he had seen this pearl, yet it felt oddly familiar to him. Yu Xiaogang remembered the words of the Oldman and thought that the black pearl might be his only chance to save himself.

Yu Xiaogang hesitated for a moment before he swallowed the pearl. Yu Xiaogang fainted the moment he swallowed the pearl.

Bang! Yu Xiaogang felt a black thunder exploding in his soul, and it shattered his soul into pieces. He felt his consciousness fading, and suddenly two bright lights emerged out of thin air and started fusing with the shattered pieces.

Yu Xiaogang thought that these two lights might be other souls entering his body and fusing with him. He did not feel any discomfort after the different souls fused with his soul. It gave him an extreme sense of familiarity.

"After an unknown period of time."

Yu Xiaogang's soul gained consciousness, and before he could feel happy for being alive.

Boom! Boom! A vast amount of memories entered his mind, and again he felt that his soul might shatter again.

Yu Xiaogang dreamt that he was a God Emperor and ruled above billions of people. He also dreamt of being an average human working in a company and had a good family.

None of these dreams made any sense to Yu Xiaogang until he saw the ending.

Yu Xiaogang's body trembled, and he tried to open his heavy eyelids. He heard a sound as soon as he opened his eyes. Yu Xiaogang heard Yu Yan crying and other whispers.

"Yan'er."

Yu Xiaogang spoke weakly.

"Teacher."

Yu Yan rushed towards him while crying.

Yu Xiaogang lifted his hand with very difficulty and patted Yu Yan's head to comfort her.

The doctor saw that Yu Xiaogang had woken up and came forward to check him. He asked everyone to leave the room. The doctor also left the room with everyone else. He wanted to give Yu Xiaogang some time and space.

Yu Xiaogang got up from the bed and smiled bitterly after looking at himself in the mirror. He was 41 but looked old with one leg in the coffin.

Yu Xiaogang was not scared after looking at himself, but his eyes were brimming with confidence.

Yu Xiaogang sat on the bed, and he drank a glass of water. He felt a cool sensation as the water flowed in his body.

" Bibi Dong! Liu Erlong! I will make it up to both of you this time. "

Yu Xiaogang muttered to himself with complex emotions in his eyes.

Yu Xiaogang sorted the memories he had gained from the other two souls. He was surprised after finding out that the other two souls were his different lives, and Yu Xiaogang is the third life.

In his first life, Yu Xiaogang was renowned as the Killing God, and he had stepped on to the God Emperor's position. The Killing God died as he failed to break-through the next cultivation realm. Yu Xiaogang found out that the black pearl was his special storage artifact and that Killing God had stored his divine energy and other treasures within.

Yu Xiaogang was shocked after absorbing his second life's memories. Yu Xiaogang found out that he had the same name in his second life and lived on a planet named earth.

He felt awkward after knowing that the continent where he is currently living was a fiction story on that planet. Yu Xiaogang was especially angry after he found out the true reason behind Bibi Dong's abandonment.

Yu Xiaogang opened both his hands and summoned his martial soul and Luo San Pao had evolved to a mighty black dragon, and a very ancient black spear rested on his right hand.
