1 Death and Wishes

Opening his eye, Rios start to look around, trying to figure out where he is. Is he dead, or Is he still alive? Well, the sight shocks him to the core as he realized that he was not standing on the ground but floating instead.

Behind Rios is a line of human soul figures, as the number it's endless, but the most surprising part is that not all of them are human. The elves from the myth, a draconian people, an orc? You name it.

In a place full of darkness, there seems to be only one source of light. The soul is lining up, waiting for their turn to grab that shining light.

The weirdest part is that not all of them are conscious, which mean his soul and others had been lining up without them even knowing. Rules seem to be set, as Rios notice that only three people in the frontest row is awakening at a time.

Rios is second in line as the guy in front of him move slowly, heading to the source of light. Trying to grab the guy attention, Rios try to tap him on the shoulder but, his finger passing right through like the guys in front of him is making out of a pile of smoke.

Not giving up, Rios try to speak but, not a single word is coming out of his mouth. Not long after, the guys in front of him reach the source of light. The light start flickering follows by an earth-shattering phenomenon.

The surrounding space began to fall apart, forming a gateway out of nothing. The gate slowly opens, a suction force appears, absorbing the man soul then disappear like nothing is happen.

Now, it all makes sense. Why the guy in front of him moving so slow while approaching the source of light. It's because he had no leg, not to mention that he was floating, so that's why.

Not long after, Rios arrive in front of the shining light. As the light within his reach, Rios stretch his hand over. The moment his hand come in contact with the light, warm energy starts to flow into his body.

The door started to appear for a second time, as it begins to absorb Rios the moment it's fully open. The moment the door sucks in Rios, another soul start to gain consciousness, the cycle continues as if it'll never end.

Somewhere inside an unknown place, a man with golden frame glasses was sitting with his leg cross comfortably on his chair, looking intently at the air projecting screen while taking note on a small notebook.

A door silently appears behind the man, a soul slowly float and stop in front of the desk behind him. Turning his chair facing the soul, he lifts his golden frame glasses and starts to talk; " Welcome! Rios Gracie. Let me start by introducing myself; My name is Jiang Ziwen, I am a Yama King in charge of Life and Death and Fortune of all human."

Rios silently look at the Yama King, as he never expected a King of hell would be wearing a suit with expensive-looking golden frame glasses. His dark silver hair was comb neatly, which reveal his high ideal. The most surprising thing is that he speaks English.

It does not take long for Rios to notice an air projecting screen behind Jian Ziwen. Rios was shocked to his core as he knows the face on the screen all too well as it's non-other than his parent.
