When Ye Lingling found Xu Shuang, she saw her heading in the opposite direction of their residence, she can only hurry her footsteps to catch up to her.

"Xu Shuang, wait! You are heading in the wrong direction again!"

But she leaned in one more time to whisper before being pushed away.

"It's because you've been smelling so nice, that I couldn't help but be intoxicated by you."

After saying that she blew one last time on Ye Lingling's neck sending a shiver down her spine.

Ye Lingling quickly stood up and shouted with a red face.

"Xu Shuang, if you keep messing around and don't cook, then it would be better if we just ate outside."

"Okay, I'm gonna cook now, Do you want to go to the kitchen to watch?" Xu Shuang said with a smile.

Ye Lingling nodded and followed Xu Shuang to the kitchen, and sat down on the tables to watch her cook.

While watching Xu Shuang cook, Ye Lingling would blush from time to time remembering the scene in the living room earlier.

A hot air suddenly blew into her ear, causing her to yelp in surprise.

She focused on the food on the table to see that it was three dishes.

One plate of stir-fried vegetables, One plate of spicy tofu soup, and one plate of braised pork.

Smelling the savory aroma of the food, Ye Lingling's stomach rumbled, causing her face to redden.

She just silently picked up a plate and scooped some rice to eat.

Xu Shuang also took a plate to eat, but most of the time she was staring at Ye Lingling.

Ye Lingling who was stared at ate with stiff movements, but halfway through the meal she can't take it anymore and said.

"Xu Shuang, can you stop staring at me while eating and focus on your own meal?"

Xu Shuang picked up her plate and sat next to Ye Lingling, she then stretched out her hand to pinch her chin and turned it towards her.

"I am focusing on my meal, after all, my dessert is such a cutie." She said while licking her lips as if Ye Lingling was an appetizing dessert.

Ye Lingling blushed and stretched out her hand and put it on Xu Shuang's chest and lean to her ear and whispered.

"If I'm so appetizing, why don't you eat me yet?"

An explosion went off inside Xu Shuang's brain seeing Ye Lingling act like this, She did not expect for Ye Lingling to do this.

It was then her turn to blush, red from the base of her neck to the tip of her ear.

But she wouldn't go down without a counterattack, so she lowered her head to Ye Lingling's neck and whispered.

"Then, don't blame me for taking a bite."

She then felt Ye Lingling soften on her chest, she lifted her up to see that her eyes are already blurry.

Xu Shuang hurriedly sat her on the chair and gave her a glass of water.

After Ye Lingling drank the water, they stayed quiet and ate the food.

After they were done eating, Xu Shuang set the plates at the sink and said.

"I'll send you off."

Ye Lingling nodded and Xu Shuang sent her off at the door of the house and she also went to bed.

But whether they can truly sleep tonight, was a question that no one knows the answer to.
