69 Training and Improvements.

After making sure that everything is alright, Tang Ming walked up a little away from the tree with his spear in hand.

He took a deep breath and then released his fourth spirit ring. A light purple coloured halo rose up from his feet as it lit up in bright light and then merged with his spear.

The spear silvery blade immediately turned completely black from its tip to bottom and started releasing some kind of black aura, which gave the feeling of imminent death.

Tang Ming looked at his spear deeply. Even he was feeling a little palpitation from the aura that kept pouring out. He then looked at his surrounding and noticed a big tree some distance away.

'The fourth ability can be used as both a long distance attack or a close combat attack. That tree look sturdy enough for testing it's prowess.' After musing for a moment, he got in his usual horse stance as he pulled back his spear and then locked on the tree.

As soon as he locked the tree as a target, he suddenly had a feeling that he can hit it even if threw his spear in a complete opposite direction. He can hit the his target no matter where or whatever obstacles is in his way.

He immediately tested his theory as he launched his spear at the left of the tree, completely different from the direction where the tree is.

As soon as he launched the spear, it pierced through the air in an extremely high speed as it suddenly vanished from the thin air and appeared right in the front of tree, hitting it.

Just as the spear striked the tree, the tree for an extremely short moment looked like it was set ablaze in a dark translucent fire before disappearing in a puff.

'Ting!'

The spear then hit the ground causing a metalic sound. The tree has completely vaporised from its place leaving the place empty, even it's root and the place it occupied was left empty as if the tree had never been there to begin with.

Tang Ming who was looking at this scene was left flabbergasted. Even he didn't think his attack would have some kind of casualty.

"The heck!...." Tang Ming thought to himself.

'Its already so much powerful while still at thousand year old, what kind of absolute skill would it become after evolving to a ten thousand year old or a hundred thousand year old one. What kind of godforsaken beast was that civet. I'm already excited to see how will this ability evolve.'

"It really deserved the name [Fated to Perish]. The one who'll be targeted by this attack will has its fate decided the moment it was launched - The 'fate' to 'PERISH'. With only this single ability, as long as I reach Titled Douluo, I'll be virtually invincible in the Douluo continent."

After some more practicing and experimenting with his new gained ability, he decided to call it a day and went back to his tree to meditate.

While meditating he suddenly remembered that after the civet died it dropped something like a bracelet.

He took out the bracelet from his spirit guidance tool and inspected it carefully.

At first it only looked something like a bracelet made of some kind of black crystal but after carefully inspecting it with his divine sense and spirit power, he found that it is a spirit bone and that too a rare head spirit bone.

He was shocked would be an understatement, he knew that a spirit bone of the spirit beast of whom he had absorbed the spirit ring would be perfectly in sync and will complement each other greatly, increasing the effect and attack power.

He didn't waste any more time and immediately started assimilating it. The internal spirit bone absorbing process is more painful than assimilating with the external bone.

The external spirit bone simply attaches with the person, while providing an extra bone to the said person without altering anything else in the body. It also assimilates with the person during the absorption of the spirit ring making the process relatively less painful.

But assimilating an internal spirit bone is an excruciating painful experience as it forcibly make changes and modifications to the existing bone of your body.

"Arrgh..!!" Even though Tang Ming has a very high pain resistance, he can't help but grunt in pain as the head bone assimilate into his skull. He was feeling a headache like never before.

'Damn, it's too painful. My head feels like it will explode any second. If I had known I would have prepared something to reduce the pain. Argh!'

After somewhat about an hour the bone was finally absorbed in his head.

But as soon as the process was over, Tang Ming immediately felt extremely clear headed like never before. It's as if the surrounding in the area become more clear, more defined.

He can even see every detail in the surrounding like the a drop of dew on a leaf about hundred metres away or the dust particles present in the air with his naked eyes and too without using spirit power to amplify his vision. He can see everything extremely clearly. He felt like he had just switched his vision from a half-HD display to a 4K one.

After adjusting to his new vision he closed his eyes and opened after a few moments as he breathed out.

He then looked at the spirit ability the head bone gave him. It was called 'All-Seeing Eye' which let him perceive and think everything at x50. Tang Ming was instantly overjoyed.

It was just the ability he needed. His self created skill [Hyperactive] made his perception of time almost still but its only his vision. He had to use [Godspeed] to be able to move normally while using his [Hyperactive].

But now with the help of [All-Seeing Eye] not only enables him to perceive everything extremely slowly but also made his thinking fifty times faster.

And the best part was that it was still only a thousand year old spirit bone. He can increase its age to ten thousand year old which will also evolve this ability further.

After this event, he again re-started his normal training. Waking up, meditating for one hour, then cultivating and increasing his Qilin marks till noon, hunting and eating , then practicing spear techniques and finding a spirit beast to fight. After that some rest and drinking wine then eating dinner and again mediating for one hour before sleep.

Increasing his Qilin Marks is becoming harder and longer as it requires him to condense 100,000 marks to increase his spirit level by 1, which is exactly how much he required to reach level 40.

Even though his cultivating speed is very fast, he can only condense a few thousands or at maximum ten thousand Qilin marks daily.

For him to advance a single level now will require atleast 10-12 days of cultivation.

Like this he continued to train like a madman.

At level 40, he has condensed 100,000 Qilin Marks which gave him 555,000 kg of strength which is monstrous even for strength oriented spirit beast. And after breaking his physical limit his strength has reached a whooping 600,000 kgs.

He can now beat a Spirit Douluo like a dog, simply just with his physical strength as long as the other party didn't use some tricky or nasty spirit skill and fought upfront.

(A/N : Who were the one saying that I nerfed him and his technique too much by making 1 Qilin Mark = 5 kgs of strength. Look at him, did he look like he was nerfed. Heck! his strength will continue to grow more and more and the difference between him and normal spirit master will continue to widen.)

Soon like this two months passed as he managed to increase his level by six and sacrificed it all to increase his spirit ring and spirit bone to thirty thousand year.

After [Fated to Perish] evolved to a ten thousand year old spirit ring, the ability evolved. Now not only anyone at his level or below can be killed by a single attack no matter what, but it can also stun anyone at any level for three seconds if the person is attacked by this ability.

His [All-Seeing Eye] now can perceive the surrounding and made his ability to think 100x faster. The best part is he can use this ability as long as he wants without any side effects as long as he has spirit power to spare.

For now, he was very satisfied with both the ability. As it was getting increasingly hard to condense spirit marks by simply cultivating, he had made up his mind to add spirit rings to his Monkey Wine Gourd and use the energy of the spirit ring absorbed to increase his cultivation quickly.

A single ten-twenty thousand year old spirit ring can help him condense at least 300-400,000 Qilin Marks, very quickly.

It has already been four months since he had left Shrek Academy.

Tang Ming continued to train for two more months and managed to reach level 47. He also learned that his cultivation speed instead of declining, only increased over time. He even used the Gravity Manipulation on himself to train his body and its toughness to extreme.

He can now bear thirty times gravity without using an ounce of spirit power.

He also found a suitable spirit ring for his Monkey Wine Gourd. It was a ten thousand year old Green Lotus. The ability it gave to the Monkey Wine Gourd is Healing Wine.

Any injury no matter how severe can be cured with just a sip of wine. Even a person at the brink of death can be brought back to life. The wine also contains enormous vitality, that consuming it over time will help to increase ones lifespan.

He also reached level 50, making him so powerful physically that a single stomp from him can shake the whole forest in a hundred metre area. He can now even be called a physical manifestation of strength as not even an extreme Titled Douluo will ever have this much strength.

His physical strength is now at 5,600,000 kgs. His physical body toughness even exceeded those of diamonds and even his extremely sharp Primordial Spear can only leave a white mark after hitting him with all his power.

His control over spirit energy has also reached an unprecedented level as he can now use it without needing a spirit ring as a medium.

After finishing his six months long training in the Star Dou forest, Tang Ming finally made up his mind to leave from here.
