12 Refining Spirit Power.

A/N: So here is a new chapter, Enjoy. And I have posted it right after I wrote so there maybe some grammatical mistakes.

At this day Grandmaster can be seen flipping through all his bookshelves.

There are too few records related to Qillin martial spirit, not to say about its mutation. He also have a vague information about this martial spirit that it has only slightly above attack power and mostly can be seen as auxiliary spirit which grants great luck. But the one he saw in Tang Ming's was completely different to what he know. It has an overwhelming oppressing aura of a sovereign which looks at its subjects with no emotion.

As Grandmaster was trying to find the record related to the martial spirit, in the dormitory the concerned person was sleeping without any worries.

He was sleeping soundly when sounds of fighting came from the grounds and at night this silent, it was particularly loud.

As I went to close the window, I heard someone calling me from below, I looked down, they are none other than Xiao Wu and Tang San looking at me and calling me:

"Brother Ming come down to the ground today is our duty to clean the ground square. Come fast otherwise our pay will be cut."Tang San shouted and reminded me of the cleaning that a work-study student have to do.

'I must found a way to earn money and get us out of this working duty. Because of this I can't even sleep properly'

As I went down thinking about how to get myself out of this predicament, I was already in front of them.

"Hmm, I say why didn't you call me when you are going to come down" Tang Ming yawned and said.

"brother Ming I was cultivating at the garden and Xiao Wu was playing. So we forget to call you." Tang San replied to me.

Tang San was also grieved at this moment, tomorrow he had to go find his soul ring and was going to rest early today but Xiao Wu called him.

They all started cleaning and after some thirty-forty minutes of joint effort they all finished their assigned work.

At this time Xiao Wu stood up abruptly and sneaked toward Tang Ming who was currently dozing off and kicked at his neck.

As if by reflex Tang Ming leaned downward and evaded it. Tang San also frowned and looked toward Xiao Wu with a questioning look.

"What!? I want to fight brother Ming once again. I didn't think he would dodge even my sneak attack. Hehehe"

Xiao Wu giggled and put out her tongue in a taunting manner to Tang San.

Tang Ming looked at both of them and remembered that today is the day they both fight and as a third wheel he don't want to interrupt them. So he backed toward the wall and sat down leaning at the wall.

" Fight? who fights at midnight. You can fight Tang San, he lost today earlier because of getting caught off guard. And even after that you want to fight, you both can come at me together."

Tang San was feeling grateful and embarrassed at the same time. If he wasn't careless and underestimated Xiao Wu, he wouldn't have lost.

" Come Tang San, let's fight, and if I win you have to fight brother Ming with me." Xiao Wu rushed after saying that.

As they're fighting I was getting dizzy and I don't know when I slept.

The next time I woke up I found its already dawn and I can see that they both are resting beside me after their spar. I carried both of them to the dormitory and placed them on their bed and covered them with their blanket.

As I've already woke up. I went up to the roof and sat there in lotus position. From the moment I awakened my spirit I didn't do anything other than training my physical strength. My spirit cultivation have thus been left behind. It's not that if I cultivate I can progress further without a spirit ring but I have an idea which I wanted to try fo a while.

As I've already read in many of the cultivation novel, that further refining the Qi or in my case spirit power can help reduce the amount that is used and can be used for prolonged time.

I tried to sense the spirit power in my body, I felt something warm feeling in my stomach. I willed it to move all around my body, both hands and legs and after a few minutes I completed a full circulation throughout my body.

As I practice Qillin Transformation technique and have a partial Qillin physique I have all my meridians opened from the beginning, so I didn't need to open them. After one circulation I feel that my Qillin marks that have stopped to form more has also became of somewhat more condensed.

All of my Qillin marks has a dull gray colour and after spirit power circulation one of them looked more condensed than the others. Seeing this I started to cultivate and refine my marks more rigorously. After completing the circulation of spirit power exactly hundred times that took me more than one hour, I found an amazing thing that my spirit power keeps circulating by itself without even needing my intent to do so, albeit quite slowly. After that I closed my eyes and kept revolving and refining my energy for exactly a thousand times.

Now if you can see all the hundred condensed marks inside, the previous dull gray colour marks is changed to a brilliant platinum coloured marks which radiates it's majesty.

As I opened my eyes and breathed out, I can see some black looking impurities that have pungent smell being expelled out of my body. I ran to the dormitory and quickly took a bath. After coming out of the bath I put my uniform and started going to the cafeteria. I can see it's already late in the morning and Xiao San should have gone to find his spirit ring by now.

Xiao Wu can be seen bossing around the students with Wang Sheng in tow. I ate at the cafeteria second floor and ran to the forest to do something that I have been thinking for a while. I was going to do physical training till my body can't bear it.

I ran somewhat 5 miles deep in the forest and as it is a normal forest not where spirit beast resides there were a few thing that is dangerous to a soul master here.

I found a clean spot near a lake in the forest and changed my clothes so that my uniform didn't get torn and bruised. After that I started doing push ups.

I kept doing it till my hands started to feel numb and then I started doing sit ups till my legs didn't have left feeling in them. After resting for a few moments I started running with my full strength and kept running till evening. I kept running until I started to feel dizzy and blacked out.

As I was unconscious and my body is feeling all the pain from the hard workout that I did, I can feel a clear and very pure stream of energy being released from the heart and spreading to all my body parts and healing them slowly, my inner spirit power that kepts circulating slowly, I unconsciously started to sped up its rotation and kept refining the energy more and more. And every time it gets refined it becames much clear and pure after each time passing throught heart, after some time my body is completely healed and the heart stops to release the clear stream of energy.

After that I slept for don't know how much time, but after I woke up its already late evening. I again have impurities expelled from my body and it is even more than the last time. I hurriedly washed myself up in the lake and changed my clothes to uniform and ran towards the academy.

As I was running towards the academy, I can feel people looking at me, some with curiosity or some with envy. I know that I was handsome, I mean over the top handsome but it's not like they have seen me for the first time.

As I was going to open the door of the dormitory, the door opened suddenly and caught off guard, it hit me in the face.

" Ah, Ouch!! Who dare to open the door at my face. Come forth and recieve my wrath." I said in a fit of anger though fake, towards whoever opened the door.

As I looked to who opened it, I can only smile wryly. Xiao Wu was the one who opened the door and was standing there looking at me with her eyes wide open.

" Hmph!? Who dare to come for trouble, see if I won't beat you black and blue. Eh.. it's you brother Ming what happened to your eyes and hair and what is that mark between the eyes and at the centre of head". As Xiao Wu said that I ran and looked myself in the mirror.

My platinum hair has grown a lot, atleast reaching down my shoulder and my silver eyes which only used to have a golden halon in it has turned into the sign of golden ouroboros and between my head there is a symbol that somehow looks like a silver sun, which has its flame pointed outwardly in a wavy pattern. It definitely looked badass but I don't know what those sign mean.

A/N: So the result of the poll is that more people liked the second ability, so I'm going to make it his first spirit ring ability.

(And can anyone tell me how to fix my problem, that is my work is not supporting power stones so what should i do. I even asked it in the help centre but they didn't replied.)

The next chapter will be released at night, well at my place it's dawn right now and I'm going to sleep. So calculate time yourself.
