93 Chapter 92: Plan 13

Taking a look over his shoulder, Xiu Ye saw a girl his age with similar features to the woman held by the edge of his blade but with strips of white hair. But a main difference to the girl behind him and the woman is that the former had a pair of black cat on her head and two purple colored soul rings.

'Two purple? This girl's talents ain't bad.' He thought, slightly amazed. He knew how tough it was for someone, in the Soul Grandmaster realm, to have a thousand year old soul ring.

"Who are you? Answer me!" The cat girl snarled. A dark and chilling soul power aura surrounded her body like a cloak of darkness. Her eyes displayed her urge to kill and protect. She looked as if she was about to attack him in any second but was hesitant because her mom was held at edge point.

Xiu Ye glanced back at the woman in front of him and back at the girl, knowing what she was probably thinking about, he said. "My name is Xiu Ye and I come bearing no ill intent. This is a misunderstanding."

The cat girl angrily scowled, her nails seemed to grow longer and sharper. "No ill intent? Misunderstanding? Oh so you pointing a sword to my mother's throat isn't a threat to her life but a form of welcome?"

Xiu Ye shook his head and looked towards the scared woman's eyes in front of him. "I'm sorry for this miss. I'm just kinda high strung at the moment and you surprised me. See, I had used one of my martial soul's soul skills, a space related one, to escape a very powerful evil soul master who wanted to kidnapped me and the portal my soul skill conjured wasn't properly set up so it sent me to a random location–your living room. So I hope you both forgive me for acting like this." He retracted his sword and lowered it to his side.

But he didn't de-traced Yamato yet. Xiu Ye was cautious still about Na Nali: he didn't know if she was capable of tearing through space to go after him. She is a Soul Douluo after all, just one step away from becoming a Titled Douluo, and a evil soul master as well. She could have many tricks up her sleeves that he didn't know about so he didn't lower his guard.

"Ah," The woman gasped, looking a little lost at what the young man in front of her said, before shaking her head and calmed down. She forced a small smile at the strange boy and waved her hands to him, "I-Its okay, I forgive you. If what you say is true, then it is completely understandable. My name is Wu Ling, nice to meet you Xiu Ye."

Xiu Ye smiled apologetically at her, feeling guilty for startling the woman and almost beheading her. "I'm really sorry, as well as for the mess as well." he pointedly glanced down at the broken pieces of plates and cups with what he could tell as apple tea and ham sandwiches splattered around in the floor.

"...I promise to pay for it."

"No, it's okay-"

Wu Ling was about to deny him but was interrupted by the cat-eared girl's sharp cold voice behind Xiu Ye. To the latter, it sounded like a hiss.

"Mom, let him pay for it. He was the main reason why it had shattered in the first place, barging unannounced in our house and pointing a sword to your neck." The girl walked towards her mother and stood besides her with her arms crossed over her chest. She shot a fierce glare at him, still not trusting him. Which is why she was still in her cat girl form as she stand protectively besides her mother, ready to act if the guy in front of her decided to attack them.

Wu Ling opened her mouth to argue but thinking about it for a few seconds, as if remembering something very important, made her decide not to.

"Oh yeah, do you guys have a soul communicator here that I could borrow? I need to call someone. It's urgent." After paying them for the tea set, as well as giving a very extra tip as an apology for almost decapitating Wu Ling, Xiu Ye didn't waste any time and quickly asked them for a soul communicator.

First part of his plan had worked, now came the next and final parts.

He knew that escaping from Na Nali wasn't just going to end that easily. Although his ultimate fire had caused considerable damage to not only her body but her soul as well, even still it wouldn't have been enough to put her down completely. Her soul power cultivation as a Soul Douluo and the many strange abilities a evil soul master of her caliber has would definitely make her recovery quickly.

Xiu Ye is about 80% certain that he could kill her with the help of the numerous weapons in his inner world, especially the ones with the Holy Attribute.

But he couldn't trace any powerful weapons that can one-shot skill her, especially since she could see him. He was hesitant in doing so with the possibility of Na Nali having a life saving technique or artifact that can save her and retreat back to whatever hole she crawled out of from. She would report to her superiors how she was almost got killed by a blood red colored barbed-spear that can reverse cause and effect or how she'd being 'purified' by getting stabbed by several swords with red handles.

Or worse, a powerful expert left a soul imprint to save her life when her life's in enough danger and the former would appear in front of him: witnessing a powerful weapon capable of helping him kill a Soul Douluo despite being a Soul Elder.

Xiu Ye can survive and escaped from an encounter with a evil soul master with the cultivation of a Soul Douluo, but one who is a Titled or Hyper Douluo? Or worse, a Limit Douluo?

Also, the problem with him fighting her is because of civilian casualties. He knew that killing Na Nali wouldn't be easy, especially since she has more control and power of her spiritual power over him that would undeniably hinder him in their battle, with her martial soul, Darkness Bell, and Spiritual Domain that can suppress him. She could use them to cause literal headaches for him and he would be left open to be either captured or killed. But the most dangerous part of her martial soul abilities is that it's wide spread: affecting everyone in her vicinity.

Xiu Ye didn't care much about anyone, except for his friends, but it wasn't to the point of him uncaring of the lives around him.

Would he let some sick fuck die? Yes. Innocents? No.

And that's not including the other evil soul masters scattered around in the area of the tournament.

Which is why he blew up the hotel room instead of just concentrating the control of his ultimate fire on Na Nali only and try to fight her.

Not only would that give him enough time to escape but that enough commotion would certainly attract everyone in the area of the hotel, probably even a powerful expert with a righteous heart to defeat evil, aka Na Nali, which was the next phase of his plan.

But it was all just a gamble, a less than 20% chance of there being a powerful righteous soul master capable of fighting against Na Nali simply waiting around.

He wanted a soul communicator, his being destroyed by Na Nali, to call his friends to not only tell them that he's okay but also asking them for their current situation and the overall situation of the city: informing him if his plan had worked. But he mostly wanted to know about his friends situation, because knowing the luck of a certain Dragon King...

Xiu Ye knew that there was no way in hell that Tang Wulin wouldn't get in trouble.

"Ah, yes we do have one." Wu Ling nodded and was about to go get it but stopped to glance at the mess still on the floor.

Both Xiu Ye and the cat girl noticed her stare at the broken mess.

"I'll clean it up, ma'am/mom." They shared a look at each other, one was glaring while the other was just a raised eyebrow of indifference.

Wu Ling giggled and turned towards her daughter with a soft smile on her face. "Thank you for the help kitten."

The girl's face instantly blushed crimson red and whimpered, surprising Xiu Ye at the sudden change of her emotions.

What he didn't know however, was that she normally wouldn't be so embarrassed by the nickname her mom was calling her but that was only when they were alone. The thought of a stranger standing near her, clearly hearing her embarrassing nickname, just made her uncomfortable and embarrassed beyond belief. "Mom..."

Wu Ling only giggled again and turned away to get her soul communicator.

The girl groaned and shot a glare at a amused looking Xiu Ye.

"Not. One. Word." She gritted out through her teeth.

Xiu Ye shook his head as he de-traced Yamato and crouched down to pick up the broken shards. The girl huffed, deactivated her martial soul, and went to the kitchen to get a rag and trash bag to clean up the mess.

It only took about a couple minutes for the two to finish cleaning up the mess–as it was only a small mess and Wu Ling had already returned with her soul communicator in the middle of their cleaning and she decided to wait by the side for them to finish.

During the whole cleaning time Xiu Ye and the girl had a small conversation between each other's history. He was surprised to find out that he had actually teleported to Star Luo City, the original city of where the Star Luo Empire had stood in the previously known as Douluo Continent before they were forced by the war with the Sun and Moon Empire to immigrate to a undiscovered continent.

The distance between Skysea City to Star Luo City was almost a thousand kilometers. Xiu Ye knew that the Yamato could create a portal to another location but he didn't know that it would take him so far away. But he was even more surprise to hear the girl's name: Wu Siduo.

Xiu Ye could very well remember who she is, after all, Wu Siduo was a very talented soul master with not only twin martial souls but her martial souls are the White Tiger and Hell Civet that had respectively belonged to the first generation Shrek Seven Monsters: Dai Mubai and Zhu Zhuqing. Her martial souls shows that she has relations with the royal family of the Star Luo Empire of the Star Luo Continent and a descendant of two gods.

But the most interesting part about her was her ability to do a self-Spirit Fusion with her twin martial souls; becoming a powerful entity that enables her to fight soul masters above her own cultivation in a short period of time depending on her strength.

Xiu Ye recalled that much information about her was because she was one of his favorite characters in the story. Because she, along with the main characters(Tang Wulin and his friends) in the story, had the potential to becoming a god level soul master or having the strength of one.

With two top tier martial souls, self-Soul Fusion ability, her natural talents, determination and warrior mentality, Wu Siduo is someone that can, and would, reach the peak of this world's power.

The only thing she needed, was proper guidance and training.

Xiu Ye never thought of this before but with how this world's history and the future storyline slowly turning crazy, seriously encountering an evil Soul Douluo out of nowhere? He needed strong allies.

He was just one man, boy, against an army of cultists, demons and soul beasts. Sure he could handle them in the future, at the stupid rate his growing inwardly and outwardly, but he couldn't be at two places at the same time. Could he?

The Shrek Seven Monsters wouldn't be enough, no, he needed more. He needed a lot of people to repel against all the threats the world would spawn.

'Looks like plan 13 is a go.' Xiu Ye thought in determination, and at the same time, projected his voice into his inner world, where a certain partner of his had clearly heard.

A wide pearly teeth-ful grin split the face of Ryūjin Jakka as he was sitting in a crosslegged position in the top center of the sole hill in the world of steel. Laying horizontally on his lap was his sword form, unsheathed, and its blade glowed bright yellow orange as flames covered it.

The ever present eight-ringed sun in the sky began to glow brightly at the same time.

"Old master, looks like your dreams and work would also be seen in another world." Ryūjin Jakka let out a short chuckle, filled with joy, excitement, sadness and longing all in one. This plan of Xiu Ye was one he personally requested that he should keep in mind, not only because it would help him a lot in the future, it was also a personal wish of his.

Lub-dub. Lub-dub.

Somewhere, hidden within the many weapons embedded in the world that Xiu Ye hadn't checked yet, Ryūjin Jakka could hear certain voices calling out to him and also trying to call out to his partner.

He snorted and waved his hand, a heavy pressure descended in the world around him which immediately silenced the voices temporarily. But he knew that he couldn't them at bay for any longer: they were getting impatient.

It was time for Xiu Ye to unlock his ultimate form. But it would be for another time when he isn't busy with evil soul masters.
