Chapter 58 — Lunarios (Fly Me To The Moon).

"Argh..." Bai Chenxiang groaned deeply, slowly waking up from her unconscious state. She felt her temples throbbing painfully, as if it was being hammered continuesly.

Fortunately, the pain slowly subsided and she started looking around, noticing she was on her bed and inside her messy room.

She quickly sat on her bed, noticing a comfortable coat covering her naked body. It definitely didn't belonged to her.

Bai Chenxiang then realized the coat belonged toward Ning Chen and surge of memories soon flooded her mind.

Her complexion unknowingly took a subtle rosy shade, as she hugged Ning Chen's coat in embarrassment.

She knew that Ning Chen had completely seen her being naked, making her feel extremely embarrassed and also felt she was no longer pure.

Those thoughts soon vanished, however, as she calmed down after a sweet and pleasant smell filled her nose, which came from coat she was hugging.

Bai Chenxiang placed the coat away carefully and then noticed her skin visibly appearing more smoother and lighter in shade, as if it was made from snow.

She stood up from her bed, feeling she had also grew slightly taller and her body overflowing with vigorous energy, her not knowing how to release the excess amount of energy.

Bai Chenxiang took out his usual blue suit from her closet and quickly wore it. However, she soon realized it was very tight, especially around her chest and buttocks. It had grown significantly bigger, making it not even possible for her to continue disguising herself as a boy.

She quickly went to a mirror and stared at herself, seeing that she was now a complete, different person, but still showed some familiarity.

Her body developed greatly in just a single night, appearing more captivating and delicate to her eyes.

The previous familiar short blond hair was also now gone, replaced by a flowing long snow-white hair that gave her an elegant and mystical feel.

Her brown eyes also lightened, glowing uniquely like a pair of caramel stars.

Bai Chenxiang examined her body more thoroughly.

She was then overjoyed to see her rank surpassing rank 38 that felt like it was impossible to overcome. She was finally rank 40, even her body and mind showed signs of significant growth!

And this miraculous transformation also signified that she had shedded her old shell, experiencing a rebirth and a step closer to defying fate.

It wasn't just those that changes, her spirit itself was the one to experience a complete transformation...

Bai Chenxiang was extremely happy to see herself finally reaching rank 40. She then looked at her door, her gaze clearly expressing Ning Chen, the person responsible for her changes!

She quickly went out of her room and was suddenly startled to see Ning Chen sleeping in front of her door, seemingly trying to guard it.

A smile quickly grew on her face, realizing Ning Chen was truly someone who was thoughtful.

She sat next to Ning Chen and looked toward his face with a somewhat red face.

"Ning Chen, thank you so much... really..." Bai Chenxiang whispered softly with her face nearing Ning Chen.

Her heart was rapidly beating, to the point she felt it was about to explode, but she couldn't contain it. Her feelings and her gratitude toward him.

However, Ning Chen opened his eyes slowly, causing her to stop. Looking at his face, she decided against it. She felt it wasn't right, like she was just taking advantage over him.

Ning Chen blankly stared at Bai Chenxiang, but his head soon cleared up and he was immediately flooded with happiness.

"Bai Chenxiang, you're awake now!" He flashed a large, bright smile and quickly embraced her in relieved.

He was glad that nothing had happened toward her.

Bai Chenxiang also embraced him tightly, but it wasn't in a romantic sense. The two of them were just extremely overjoyed.

"Ning Chen, thank you very much! Because of you, I finally reached rank 40 without discarding anything..." Bai Chenxiang said gratefully.

A small amount of tears, which resembled crystals, were trickling down her eyes, as she wore a large smile.

She was extremely happy, to the point it made her cry.

"It's fine, don't cry anymore. Didn't I told you once in the past to not discard the good things?" Ning Chen said while gently patting her back.

"Um," Bai Chenxiang simply nodded, wiping her tears with her sleeves.

"Good, but you must promise that you won't ever think of running away and fall to despair, okay?"

"Okay, I promise! I'll do anything for you, to repay for what you've given me!" Bai Chenxiang said determinedly.

The two of them decided to do a childish thing and It was them doing a pinky promise, causing them to laugh lightly.

However, It was clear that it made their spiritual connection slightly stronger and firm.

After promising some things with each other, Ning Chen remembered that Bai Chenxiang had successfully experienced evolution just like his sister.

"What happened to you after your spirit evolved?" Ning Chen curiously asked.

Bai Chenxiang stood straightly in front of him, white flames and silver wind appearing around her body.

Three spirit rings slowly rose from her feet and hovered sacredly behind her.

Her spirit rings were still yellow, yellow, and purple, but although it appeared to still be the same, there was a white silver colour covering the spirit rings edges and the patterns also grew complicated.

Bai Chenxiang's forehead then flashed with a golden and silver symbol. It was similar to the conquest symbol.

"Lunarios," She chanted sacredly, a pair of large steel-like silver wings unfolding behind her and spreading widely.

A white silver energy circle, seemingly like a miniature version of a primordial moon, appeared and rotated at her back.

Two halos were also floating above her head, making her somehow looked like a divine and sacred angel.

However, Bai Chenxiang was far from being an angel and was instead related to mythical beast whose name must not be spoken.

Ning Chen was astonished seeing Bai Chenxiang's appearance. He was quickly entranced by her absolute grandness and gracefulness.

"Very beautiful," Ning Chen muttered unconsciously, making Bai Chenxiang to smile largely.

She soon started explaining her new evolved spirit toward Ning Chen.

"My spirit is now called Lunarios, the ruler of stars. It changed greatly after evolving, now seamlessly combining power and speed to the finest. It can also control the star flames of Yin (Moon), that can freeze anything and can't be affected by all flames. It also have the attribute of the space wind, the most mysterious kind of wind that can't be bound and defines true freedom."

"That's amazing! How about your spirit rings?" Ning Chen inquired, his curiousity reaching it's peak.

"My first spirit ring is now called Eternal Blizzard. The second being Swallow Overturn and the third being Moon Descent." Bai Chenxiang said and then started explaining all of her abilities effects.

The Eternal Blizzard allowed her to reinforce her wings to make the feathers extremely sharp and cover it all with Yin flames. She then could unleash a storm of sword-like flaming ice feathers that can weaken and injure her opponents.

Swallow Overturn allowed Bai Chenxiang to control the space wind to create projectiles to physically damage people. She can create three space wind instantly that is like a sword strike.

The space winds are extremely sharp, unpredictable and fast that one can barely react.

Moon Descent made used of the moon circle hovering behind Bai Chenxiang, turning it solid and constantly spinning rapidly, causing her to be able to create a strong gravitational force that can affect her opponents abilities and movements.

It's uses were self-explanatory, capable of many other uses during a battle.

"You're a perfect agility-attack system now and also a powerful one too! I bet majority won't able to compare with you now." Ning Chen exclaimed with awe.

She was now a true monster after defying her fate just like what he had thought in the past. He couldn't help but feel very proud for her.

"It's all thanks to you!" Bai Chenxiang said with a large bright smile, that she even managed to effect Ning Chen again.

'Pretty..." Ning Chen thought inwardly in dazed, but then realized something.

"Bai Chenxiang, you're so different and beautiful now! How will you able to continue hiding your true gender from the others!?" He asked worriedly.

Bai Chenxiang was also struck with realization, but after pondering for a moment, she shook her head.

"It's fine now, Ning Chen!" She said with a resolute eyes. "I don't want to hide my true self anymore! I now want to show the world and to you about my real, true identity without feeling afraid and shame! I am after all Bai Chenxiang, the fastest and strongest daughter of the speed clan and your conquest knight!"

Ning Chen nodded at her words with a smile, knowing that she was indeed correct.

"Then let's first explain this matters to the others. I'm sure they are feeling very worried about us now." Ning Chen suggested.

"Sure, I also want to apologize toward them." Bai Chenxiang said with an apologetic expression.

The two of them soon went to meet with the other Emperor Team.

Just like I said, I'm extremely busy with exams and studying to the point I'm burning out and lacking the proper motivation and energy to write. The reason for the chapters being too short.

I have thought of resting, but I feel if i did, that will be the doom of this FF. Once I stop, the laziness will completely take over me.

Also, you can suggest for Bai Chenxiang's future abilities that can either be self-created or from spirit rings. It's also good for some possible combinations.

Is it also a good idea to make Bai Chenxiang leave the imperial academy and join the Shrek to protect and be friend's with Ning Rongrong? Cause she's already expelled and Ning Chen will take her spot for the main team. (The emperor team also thought of leaving with her, but the academy used their entire power to not forbid it because the tournament is nearing.) Something like that.

Will be explained more elaborately once it come to that point.
