- Struggles

Two days flew by and it was now time for Long Yue to go and gain a fourth ring.

Coldin woke up early and quickly got dressed into his iconic shorts before heading out.

Walking through the academy's campus there was not a single person around, this would be unusual if not for the insane time Long Yue planned this trip for. He had planned it so that he could sneak out then come back and surprise En Ci with his new ring this meant waking up before the sun rose.

Quickly meeting up with Long Yue the pair moved quickly out of the academy as into the city which it was roughly an hour away by foot.

"So bro you thought about what kind of spirit your wanting or what type of ability you want?" Said Coldin who couldn't hold back his curiosity.

"Yeah, a dragon or lizard type spirit will obviously be the best option other than that I haven't really thought about it too much" finished Long Yue before letting out a loud yawn.

"Fair enough, sounds like you at least have an idea." Finishing their brief conversation they finally reached the city. Walking in through a gate hey showed a guard their student badge and quickly went on their way.

The spirit pavilion was on the opposite side of the city to where they had just entered, meaning that they had to walk through the city, with which Coldin wasn't looking forward to.

People around them began to stare at Coldin and his titanic size but what made him stand out the most was his pale white skin which with wearing only shorts was in clear view for everyone to see.

A group of lady's happily having tea spotted them walking though the streets and instantly they were stunned. For women being pale white was their dream and now a perfect example of this was in front of them they admired his body.....or at least that what they told people in story's later but in actuality they were sat staring with drool running out from their slightly opened mouths.

"Hey can we move a bit quicker?" Coldin asked with an exasperated expression on his face to which he got a nod. The pair quickly began to spirit leaving a crowd of people in awe.

Reaching the spirit pavilion they slowed down and walked towards the entrance. Long Yue laughed "brother it's not your day" the reason he was laughing was that while the building was gigantic the door wasn't.

Coldin's face now showed a grim expression "son of a..." upon reaching the door Coldin was easily a meter taller than it and he had already shrunk as much as he could. Seeing no other entrance he kneeled down and walked with his knees through the door while Long Yue was laughing from in front of him.

Seeing this giant of a person come through the doors all the receptionist were stunned their eyes going round. They all saw a great amount of spirit masters over their years as the spirit pavilions receptionists but never had they seen someone this big.

Standing up properly Coldin could fit in the room and he had to wonder why they used these 'stupidly small doors' as he described them.

Both Long Yue and Coldin walked over the receptionists, Long Yue taking the lead "hi I'd like to acquire a spirit soul"

So I decided to do a bit of filler chapters to give a better understanding as to just how weird Coldin is.

Stay tuned for more tomorrow and let me know if you have any interesting thoughts on where you think this story should go.
