Some characters, story and what type of novel this'll be.
Here's the characters, their backstory (some) and a small summary of the story and what kind and what it will be.
Reader might be wondering why I didn't just write story and not need to tell every single detail. I want to write novel and interact with the audience so that they can know what I want and so that I know what You want.

Qin Long (Blue Dragon)
The older twin brother
Appearance: Long dark blue hair reaching his waist, golden eyes, has porcelain skin, round yet sharp nose, light grey lips, dark blue eyebrows and eyelashes. When in kid form, has child fat on his cheeks and is about a meter tall. When in teenage form has skinnier face and is between 1.7 to 1.8 meters tall. In adult form, he is 1.99 meters tall with an angular face, warm gold eyes and swallowing blue hair. Qin Long has a muscular yet slim figure like an olympic athlete.
Personality: He is calm and collective, he's quite a soundless guy only saying a few words per minute. He tries to hide his emotions by keeping a stoic face. He has a deep understanding of the world and its dangers so he is always careful, not doing dumb things without justification. Just like his brother, he too likes to fight honourably when needed to. Right now, Qin Long isn't interested in love or sex because he had too many in his previous life that he feel sick, needs a break from the never ending harem and lovemaking.

Bai Hu Hao (White Tiger)
The younger twin brother
Appearance: Has short white hair, short back and side and not spikey mohawk (AN:something like this https://www.google.co.uk/search?safe=strict&hl=en&authuser=0&biw=1280&bih=689&tbm=isch&sa=1&ei=y04RXLbFL6WC1fAPvL8R&q=white+hair+mohawk&oq=white+hair+mohawk&gs_l=img.3..0j0i8i30.2809.14208..14513...5.0..1.170.3211.0j23...3....1..gws-wiz-img.....0..0i67.sjlF_cxsRXk#imgrc=Dm6N5-aiz8qr4M: I do not own the picture, but I have to say her hair looks nice, just like I imagined Hao's hair, thanks)
He also has purple eyes, he has same features like his brother Long but tanned skin and white eyebrows and eyelashes. When in kid form, he has child fat on his face and is meter tall just like his brother. In teenage form he his face is skinnier and is 1.85 meters tall. In adult form, Hao is 2 meters tall and has a sharp angular, handsome face. He has a muscular build like the z-fighters and like a statue of an olympic god.
Personality: Compared to his brother, Hao is more emotional than Long and doesn't hide his emotions, to his friends and colleges only and knows when to control his emotions. Though he can still be a tinny bit hot-headed like in his previous life youth. He enjoys fighting and sleeping most of the times. He only listens to his big brother only and sees him as a father figure all his life since Long took care of him and acted maturely. Although he acts sometimes like a kid, deep down inside Hao is mature as an old fox. Hao, just like his brother is not interested in love or sex, too much a man can handle, not even a break. He is still traumatised from cleaning the babies nappies.

Qin Chen (Great Blue)
Appearance: Long black silk hair, black eyes, peach skin and elegant round nose. She wears a tattered pink robe, although really old doesn't smell like any smelly rags but instead like peaches and blooming flowers.
Background: She was a bastard child of blue lightning tyrant dragon clan (BLTDC) clansman, she was kicked out on the streets, she was taken in by the manager of a brothel who founder her on the streets alone and bullied by some of the people on the street. She became a prostitute, years later married a city guard. One day, she was doing her 'job' but got knocked up by a titled douluo, her husband abandoned her and the brothel kicked her out since she was of no use. Now she lives with a blind old man that has taken her in because he felt pity for her.
Personality: She is kind of caring. She doesn't want to spend a lot of time with the kids for she doesn't want the responsibility, she was a prostitute so she never thought about raising kids ever in her life. Since she was raised by sluts, she was a slut as well, not resisting the temptation of sex . She loves sex and doesn't care if people look down on her unless it was her son (cough Qin cough Long cough). She hates the man that got her pregnant.

Cang (warehouse)
Appearance: looks like stinkmeaner from boondocks but with dirty white robes and a black blindfold.
Background: Cang was a martial artist, a powerful one when he was a kid but a rich young master was jealous of his talent so he had a spirit master cripple cang and blind him. Although his arms and legs were repaired his eyes weren't so he became a farmer, started his little tiny farm in the wilderness next to a city. He lives all his life being humiliated, no wife or kids or money. One day he met a young lady, he took her in because he felt pity for her.
Personality: savage and doesn't give a fudge, used to. He is a massive pervert who only thinks about mating and doesn't give a crap about the kids qin chen has.

Bai Khan (White Lord)
Appearance: A handsome man with sharp features and carrying a domineering aura, and a stoic face. He has long hair, half of the side of his hair is ice blue and the other half of his hair is silver. The blue side has a purple eye and the silver side has a yellow eye. He looks in his early 20s and is 1.95 meters tall.
Background: He was a man that was a member of two families (mom was in that clan and dad was in that clan), BLTDC and the Star Luo Empire Royal Household (SLERH). He was treated as a prodigy for he had a combined spirit of a tiger and a dragon. In actuality, he had three because he had inherited the white tiger spirit beast and the blue lightning dragon spirit, he can combine them making three spirits. He used his immense talent to become a strong titled douluo rivalling rank 99 douluos. After few years he went to a brothel, he had a lot of stress to relieve, Qin Chen seemed pretty so he played with her. He accidentally loaded her. He quickly ran away, not to get into trouble. Few years later he starts feeling as if something is missing, he follows that feeling to find the woman (effing) and two kids that have half his hair colour each.
Personality: Bai Khan is cold and ruthless. He does not show emotions to anyone. He is prideful and arrogant but not too much. Yet he is also kind hearted and humble to his friends and family. He feels guilty for leaving his kids with a slut all these years as they had to see and hear the poor sight, as they were poor and hungry whilst the geezer and slut were having the time of their lives. He despises the slut and doesn't want to mention her to the kids, trying to make all of them forget her. He is actually a good father figure, even when he wasn't ready he tries his best to take care of his kids.

Something:
*Before the boys died, they were brothers in the previous life, one of them had a system and they travelled fictional worlds doing what ever they wanted and plundering whatever they want. They faced the person that granted them the system and had a battle to the death. All of them 'died' but now they somehow reincarnated.
WHAT TYPE OF STORY IS THIS GOING TO BE?: Well it is going to be a story about op mcs, they have strong abilities, skills and artefacts stored in their consciousness but they have to unlock it as they get stronger (why? coz i'd be boring watching people constantly get rekt & characters getting arrogant). The mcs are not cocky so they don't show off but that doesn't mean they will just let trash mess with them. The thing that inspired me to make this novel was 'Lightning Dragon God Douluo' by Evil_Dragon (shout out to Evil_Dragon), the mc in that fanfic had an azure dragon spirit that (I hasn't got good memory of it) makes the user stronger, becoming the azure dragon god or something.
But something came to my head, an idea, the azure dragon represents the wood element, then I remembered Naruto how cool and powerful the wood element was when used by the likes of Hashirama and Yamato, it could take down all the nine tailed beasts together. Imagine if a character from Douluo Dalu-verse could use the wood element/wood bending from the azure dragon spirit to create tree weapons and control nature and take down 100,000 year old spirit beasts easily, that character would be OP. As for the white tiger spirit beast I came up with, the user could also control the metal element, imagine a person sending a razor sharp metal giant tornado at people, yeah OP right:). The tiger is the opposite of the azure dragon, like yin and yang.
Some of you might be wandering, what is the point of OP skills, artefacts and abilities if they already have the OP spirits? Well the thing is, although they do have so many overpowered things they won't use them against anyone,the mcs won't be exposing themselves constantly, it's not that they are scared but that it won't be fun anymore or honourable. They will only use their OP abilities on beings that threaten their actual lives and their friends/family.
The most important thing, the key aspect of this novel is that the characters are learning from their past mistakes, growing as human beings, not being the trash that they loath (e.g. mc kills a cold hearted villian, another [person] asks: why did you kill him? [mc]: because he was a cold-hearted killer trash, killing people without giving mercy [person]: but aren't you doing the same? [mc]:??? [person]: hypocrite.) Trying to be better person and learning forgiveness. They kind of do it like Kratos in god of war, go to another place and learn how to be a good person instead of a killer.
I know that some of you don't like what i'm going to do with this story, you'd want super op mcs that don't give a damn and killer whatever they want and f*** how many girls they want. This story isn't going to be like that but don't be sad for I will give you a prelude, before this story started I actually came up with another one, both of them are linked and the mcs from that story are the mcs of this story. That story has everything some of you'd want, I have a rough sketch in my laptop in a wordpad file, I'll probably be starting it at February, so stay tuned for that.
