"This deer arrived on a perfect timing! I hadn't test out my new spirit ring ability in action!"
Fatty eyes was filled with fighting intent as a wide smile crawled to his face.
" [ Golden Fort! ] "
On Fatty's body, the jet-black stone covering parts of his body, turned deep-golden in color, shining in the dark forest.
Stomp!
Fatty took a deep stomp on the ground, as he charged right toward the lunar deer.
Baam!
The lunar deer was big and muscular, but after Fatty took it's charged, it took a steps backward and felt pain, but neligible.
"Hu...!"
Fatty gathered his strength and with a swift motion grabbed the deer large horns.
"Yu Long!"
He screamed loudly, hearing Fatty, Yu Long pounced swiftly toward the lunar deer.
Swoosh!
He pounded his glowing, crimson claw toward the lunar deer.
"Grii!"
Yu Long crimson claw reached the lunar deer chest, but he felt, hitting a hard stone as he only leave a deep claw mark on the lunar deer.
"Hiee!"
The lunar deer waved it's head, trying to get away from Fatty's grasp, but can't as Fatty grabbed it hardly.
Not wasting time, Yu Long fiercely and aggressively attack at the lunar deer's chest trying to pierce the lunar deer hard defense.
After Yu Long attack 2 more times, he felt his claw piercing deep into the deer body.
"Graa!"
The deer let out a cry as it rampaged. Yu Long took a step forward as he made his claw reached the deeper parts of the lunar deer.
Thump!
Yu Long felt a beating thing inside the lunar deers chest. He immediately guessed it was the heart.
With a sweating and pale face, he hesitated for few seconds.
'In this.. world I must not hesitate!'
Yu Long closed his eyes, as his crimson claw grasped the lunar deer'sheart and crushed it.
"Graar!"
The lunar deer let out a earth-shattering screamed as it's body staggered.
Thud..!
It silently felled to the cold, grassy ground. It's body was getting colder and colder. It's life was no more and now lifeless.
On the top of the lifeless body of the lunar deer a yellow spirit ring condensed.
"...."
Silently looking at the lunar deer's lifeless body, Yu Long eyes became down as bits of guilt washed through his heart.
Thump!
Yu Long heart beated and told him to absorb the lunar deer spirit ring. It told him it was his first kill and also his first step toward the life of becoming a spirit master so he should absorb it. But he can't as his [ Cosmic Regulus ] was not suitable for the lunar deer, except his [ Cosmic Nature Tree ]
'I can't, it's a plant type! This lunar deer is a beast type!'
Yu Long shook his head and wanted to give up on absorbing the spirit ring, but seeing the lunar deer lifeless body, he clutch his chest.
'Is it worth it? To risk my life, just because of my guilt toward the lunar deer?'
Yu Long bit his red thin lip in bitterness. He know inside he was too soft, feeling pity and guilty toward a spirit beast. But nevertheless his heart wanted to absorb the lunar deer spirit ring. Gritting his teeth, Yu Long took out his [ Cosmic Nature Tree ]
'I will follow my heart!"
Yu Long though, during his entire life he had always believed in his heart and what came after was good thing to him. Just like what happened when Fatty absorb the spirit ring that exceeded the optimal ages of spirit ring, he trusted his heart and in the end Fatty gained a strong ability than others.
Sat cross-legged at the ground, Yu Long opened his palm and let his second spirit float there.
He closed his eyes and willed the floating yellow spirit ring to be absorbed by his spirit.
Slowly, the yellow spirit ring was suck in by the [ Cosmic Nature Tree ]
After the spirit ring was absorbed, a battle soon started.

Concentrating his entire mind, Yu Long battled against the spirit ring as a result intense pain started to boil across his entire body.
Sensing the pain, Yu Long started to circulated his 'Star Qi' inside of him. Helping his mind to endure the extreme pressure brought by the spirit ring and help calming the spirit ring a bit.
The time slowly passed, the sky was already going dark. The most difficult part arrived infront of Yu Long.
The spirit ring nature was rejecting the nature of Yu Long spirit. This rejection brought more pain toward Yu Long.
Drip..!
Sweat started to form on Yu Long's head, as he desperately tried to fuse with the spirit ring, he somehow know he will absorb the spirit ring, but it will take time and whole of his effort.
But as Yu Long was absorbing the spirit ring, the black sky above him started to turn crimson, suprising Fatty who was pacing back and forth, worrying for Yu Long.
The reason the sky turn bright crimson was at the void, the gigantic star that seemed to be in deepd slumber, finally awakened and release a eye-blinding light. The light was crimson interwined with silver.
Roar!!!
A sudden roar abruptly reverbrated acroos Yu Long mind. The roar carried a migthy and powerful force behind it.
This roar caused the rampaging spirit ring to be obedient and became absorbed by Yu Long quickly.
As the spirit ring turn obedient, a boundless amount of 'Star Qi' was suddenly attracted and flowed like river toward Yu Long.
As the 'Star Qi' was absorbed by Yu Long, it travelled through his nose, and pores like a mad beast, clearing his energy pathways and body of impurities, stronger, and tougher. His gas spirit power quality became stronger as well. He also felt a web or secondary inner skin, spreading inside of him.
The 'Star Qi' also flowed through his soul, purifying it, making it more bright and clear.
Unknowingly the boundless 'Star Qi' came into contact with Yu Long, now spirit ring, making it's yellow color more condensed and brighter, until finally, it turn into purple in color! Furthermore the purple was covered with crimson color.
Soon the 'Star Qi' at the surrounding became normal.
"..!"
Yu Long was disbelief and shock at the same time. He did not expect the spirit ring to turn purple after absorbing the 'Star Qi' and also finally reached the 2nd tier of [ Forbidden Inner Star Qi ] and finally have condensed the Inner Veil that will enhanced his inner defense.
As Yu Long was about to relaxed, he furrowed his eye. His eye contained shock and disbelief.
Because behind him... a starry silver spirit ring, covered in crimson, slowly materialising.
Yu Long eye dilated as he suck in a deep, cold breath seeing this unknown silver ring.
He remembered that rings can only be classified into white, yellow, purple, black, and finally red. But he hadn't heard of a silver ring
Before Yu Long know it, the silver ring finished materialising behind him smoothly.
Swish!
"Hot!"
Yu Long shouted in surprised and pain as he felt his chest burning.
He look inside his clothes and saw... his pendant shining with a bright crimson color!
