1 Chapter 1

In a Village call Holy Spirit Village everyone is gathering in the hall for this years Spirit Awakening. That is where our Alex is right now, he just turned 9 years old last month, he is average height with brown skin with white hair the goes down to his shoulders, with a narrow chin and with sword like eye brows that go with the pale green eyes that shine with intelligence and he is a orphan.

Alex POV

I just turned 9 years old I get to see if I have a spirit, I'm so excited there are only two people in front of me. There goes the one in front of me, poor dude has no spirit and here goes me, breath Alex breath as I work up too the spirit master.

Alex gets called up from the spirit master, he gets told to sit down cross legged and to just relax, as the spirit master powers the array. As the array shines a big scythe bursted from green flames it floats there for all the parents and kids see.

After the array shines everything goes quiet, Alex thinking did something wrong I push's deeper into himself finally a sense of completeness spreads himself from within. What Alex doesn't realise is that when he did that his body started to change, his brown skin turned pitch black and his white hair had green tips. His nails on both his hands and feet start the sharpen to look like claws, two white thick strips go from his forehead and he looks like he grew at least 5 cm.

Spirit Master POV

Looking at the boy in front of him all he could think of was that, how did a shitty back water village get a twin spirit kid and they look pretty strong too. Coughing to hid his embarrassment from realising he wasn't doing anything. You can call you spirits back in now kid, as he hears me and he nods his head and calls back in.

After Alex calls his spirits in, he opens his eyes to look around and sees all the parents and other kids are looking at him with shock. Not realising what happens turns to the Spirit Master to ask what happens which he replied with son you have a twin spirit that's why everyone is in shock because it is rare. Calling Alex over to test his spirit does Alex snap out of the shock and he puts his hand on the spirit ball tester, the spirit tester says for Alex to pour his spirit power in to the ball and he's does it shines brightly. Looking at the ball shines so bright meaning he has a soul power of 10.

Looking at it the ball the Spirit Master eyes shines with excitement, calling Alex to stop the ball starts to dim. Looking over at Alex the Spirit tester asks him if he want to join the the Spirit Hall, after think over it Alex asks how much freedom does he have. Thinking over the question he reply's " you don't get a lot of freedom, you will have to do what I am doing but the more you advance the more status you get. Can think about it over night reply's Alex, yes I will be meet you tomorrow at the front of the gate.

Thanking the Spirit Master Alex walks out of the hall in deep thought, all he could think of was that sacrificing you freedom for status was it worth it. When he reaches the orphanage he syes just think of it gives him a headache, he just relaxes as he will think about it tomorrow morning as he he opens the door.
