8 Chapter 8 The Talk and Destination

In the jade realm, Madara could be seen killing a large boar

" It's quite annoying to fight such weak creatures I really need to hurry up and find a new spirit ring".

As Madara was talking out loud a sneaky wolf could be seen slowly creeping up. Right, when it was about to attack its target vanished the wolf then noticed it was slowly losing consciousness it then feel down.

While searching around for a bit Madara found an interesting creature he had felt its energy multiple times but every time he saw it was a different creature he was confused at first because it was same energy as the first creature he thought he was wrong at first and didn't care about it but now it was a bear and it was fighting an eagle for food.

Madara finally decided to check what it was.

Species: Shapeshifter

Description: A small creature with a grey formless face

Ability: Shapeshift

Description: Allows the user to change their shape, size, and appearance of anything they have seen but can not copy spirit abilities only physical abilities.

" hooh no wonder, it keeps changing its appearance every time I ran into it looks like I found my next Susanoo ring with this it will be more versatile ".

Satisfied with the ability Madara pulled out his gunbai and walked towards the two. As the beasts were fighting they felt another approach, they quickly separated and watched Madara approach them they knew who this human was as they have seen him hanging around searching for something. Not knowing why he appeared both creatures went on guard.

" You at least realize I'm an enemy so what will you do escape or fight I only need one "

As he said this his eyes moved from the eagle to the bear. As if understanding him the eagle immediately flew off knowing full well it was no match those red eyes were enough to tell it that this human was dangerous.

" Smart, now onto you as I said I needed one that one was you now show me your greatest form and go out like a warrior ".

Madara knew it understood him as proven by how the beast started to change. After a few seconds, the bear was now gone and was replaced by something that made Madara laugh.

" HAHAHA very good it seems like you knew that I'm the strongest here " the beast now had the appearance of a small child with long black spike hair with red eyes.

Yes, the beast took the appearance of Madara because the beast had seen Madara slay a lot of other spirit beasts easily and could tell that he was the strongest here. Seeing himself Madara decide to use his fist and put his gunbai away.

" begin ".

After that, a fight that could have been finished easily was extended to 2 minutes as Madara had fun with the copy but he was still busy so he properly finished with a very quick thrust to the heart.

After completely absorbing the ring Madara now fully understood how the ability worked he quickly summoned his susanoo which could now form one arm. With a bit of focus, the susanoo's arm slowly started to change and now instead of bone hands there was now a bone claw " hmm since I don't have a full-body susanoo everything will be bones and once I reach spirit grandmaster I could completely change it from a humanoid figure into something else "

30 minutes later

.With the testing done Madara was fully satisfied with his new ability but without warning, he was ejected from the jade realm.

Opening his eyes Madara realized he spent too much time playing with his new ability. But he remembered that he had no reason to rush with that he went to bed with a light smile.

As the next day arrived Madara woke up to Silver cooking breakfast.

Silver " so your awake brat go wash up then come here ".

Madara just nodded he was now used to the way Silver talked to him. With a quick rinse in a bucket filled with water Madara sat down across his teacher waiting for him to talk.

Silver " Since I have accepted Arata as a student you now have a support and an axillary system what do you think is needed now ".

(A/N: don't think that because both the girls can use water and lighting it's for attacking it's mainly for defense they won't focus too much on attacking with it. Their main abilities are supporting and enhancing)

Madara's quickly answered.

" Since I'm an all-rounder I'll mainly stay in the middle of the formation so we need more attackers and if possible at least one defense focused person so when I fight there's someone to safeguard the backline " Silver nodded very satisfied

Silver " Excellent as the team's captain it's your job to make sure the team is balanced so we need at least three attackers and one defender what happens if you don't find a defender ".

Madara " Then the frontline will defend well I attack but that's if I fill that my team either can't win or won't learn anything ".

Understanding what Madara meant Silver just smirked

"cocky brat "

The two continued to chat for a few minutes until Madara decided to train before the girl's woke up.

Madara ' Now that I found a ring for my susanoo next is for my gunbai I'll probably go with hardness since I noticed it's not nearly as durable as my old one and something interesting I noticed is that ever since I got the first spirit ring two tomoes changed from black to green I wonder what happens when all of them light up '.

The best part about the gunbai was its hardness so Madara decided to focus on that. It was Hashirama's branch he was more concerned about he doubted that he would be able to recreate the deep forest bloom jutsu but what made him really concerned was that nothing he found would be able to match the original wood style as they don't work the same way. Madara hoped there was something that came close he didn't want to shame Hashirama's legacy.

1 Hour later

With his training over Madara washed up just in time as the girls came out in sleepy voices, both girls said good morning and after washing up they all ate a hearty breakfast

After t breakfast, Silver decided it was time to properly welcome Arata to the school.

Silver " Hmm with everything we discussed yesterday I would like to properly ask you, Arata, would like to properly join our school The Sages Path know that if you decide to join you will walk a path full of danger and cultivation. But you will also walk a path full of excitement and adventures and the only things I ask for is to never betray the school or the team and to reach the rank of spirit sage ".

Silver put on his principal face as this was a school matter which he always took seriously 🙄.

Arata " Of course I want to join if you'll let me though I don't know if I can reach the rank of sage I will work my hardest ".

Arata steeled her resolve knowing that she would have to work extremely hard to not only catch up to Madara and Sasaki but she would have to become stronger to stay with them.

Silver " good although you started late with the talent you've displayed it shouldn't take too long to catch up now ill give you 10 minutes to pack up then we head out ".

Two weeks later

A group of people could be seen making their way to a forest so big you would think it was infinite. After a few minutes, the group finally reached the border of the forest.

Silver " we're finally here "

Yes, this group was Madara's group after spending another two weeks of traveling they had finally made it to.

Silver "Star Dou Forest"
