12 Meeting arranged

John takes the business card that Ding Wei give to him last night and dial the number on that card from his phone.

He must wait for some minutes before he gets connected with his friend.

"Hello? Who is this?"

"Hello brother Wei, it's me, John. We met last night in Tropical bar, remember?"

"Ah yes, sorry I didn't know your number. It's a new number that appears on my phone, so I must be a bit careful to receive it"

"That's okay brother Wei, listen, about our conversation last night…"

"Ah I know, you call me right now means your boss agrees, right?"

"Yes, he agrees and appoints me as the one who makes the deal with you. Can we met?"

"Sure. Tonight at 8, the same place as last night so you will not get trouble to find me. Is that okay?"

"No problem. I will meet you at 8 tonight"

"Don't forget to bring subject specification brother John"

"I won't. See you later brother Wei"

"See you"

Today feels like a long day for John. He can't wait until he can make the deal with his friend Ding Wei. Although he has no family relationship with his boss, their relation is not just as simple as an ordinary employee and employer status. John came from poor family, after graduating from high school he can't continue his study to university and have to work instead to support his family. With only a high school graduate certificate, it's impossible for him to get a job with a high salary and good position. John eventually landed in Long Tian company which still a small company at that time. Start working as running errand workers, John chooses to keep works in that company. Three years working there, experiencing high and down with the company, seeing his colleague one by one leave the company when the company's condition is not good, and new colleagues come when the company in good condition.

It's not because the company gives him a good salary, instead, John is touched with kindness from Mr. Joseph the director of Long Tian company. It starts when his mother sick and John have to borrow some money from the finance section. He's rejected and not gets the loan because the sum he asks is too big compared with his salary but Mr. Joseph that accidentally in the finance section when John asks the loan, hear it and call him to his office after that. He only asks why John need to borrow the money and John tell him his reason to borrow the money. After hearing John's reason to borrow the money, Mr. Joseph gives John the money he needed. Not from company's money but from his own pocket.

"Use this money to get your mother the medication, John, you don't have to think how to return it because it's my own money. Your mother's health is more important"

"But Sir, my mother told me to returned everything I owe"

"Haha…you have good parents. You're not planning to leave the company after your mother recover, right?"

"No, Sir. I like to work here"

"Then…let's talk how you return your debt after your mother healthy again, okay?"

"Thank you very much, Sir. I will work hard to able to return my debt to you"

"Hmm…you can take the day off today. Go and take your mother to the hospital, it's not good to delay her medication right?"

"Yes, sir. Thank you very much again for your kindness"

With Mr. Josep's help, John manages to get some money for his mother medication. And after that incident, John's respect for Mr. Joseph reach the highest level. Mr. Joseph himself also interested with John's good character. He wants to offer John a position, but that position requires University degree to handle. From Mr. Joseph advice, John takes a night class in a university which financed by Mr. Joseph. He takes the business course that needed by Mr. Joseph company. Although it's not a prestigious university, John studies diligently and graduate in a relatively fast time.

With his university degree, John gained a better position in Mr. Joseph's company. His career raises along with company growth into a big company until he reaches the position as Mr. Joseph personal assistant which he currently sits on.
