1 Chapter One

Your p.o.v

When I was walking through the town as I stumbled upon someone fighting which was the I think the Flash as it was dark out. I saw yellow Lightning but the villain dodged it as the lightning bolt came towards me not knowing what to do. I get thrown back after the lightning hits me as I felt someone catch me before I fell. I was somewhat conscious as I soon passed out feeling wind blow in my hair as I later felt I was placed onto a bed. I could hear people talking, one sounded angry and was female as the other said, "Look I know it's my fault I should have known that somebody would be out late at night." It sounded male as the voices died down as I heard the beeping of a monitor of my own heart rate. I though to myself, "Am I in a hospital? Yeah maybe I am and the doctor's are doing everything to keep me alive." I then felt someone's hand touch mine as I heard the male say, "I'm so sorry I hit you. It's my fault your like this. I hope that when you wake up you'll forgive me for this." I could feel how big his hand was as it felt warm wanting to move so badly but I couldn't.

Barry P.O.V

When I got her back to S.T.A.R labs she was barely breathing, Caitlin got her on life support as she was able to breathe much easier. Caitlin however yelled at me saying, "What were you thinking! You could have killed an innocent civilian! Your so damn lucky she is alive!" As I watched her walk out of the room, I look back at the girl with (Hair color insert) hair that was (long/short) but I felt that this was my fault and I had to make it up to them somehow. I walk up to the bed slipping my hand into theirs as I say, "I'm so sorry I hit you. It's my fault your like this. I hope when you wake up you'll forgive me" I then sat down in a chair as Cisco walks in as he saw the girl laying in the med bay. Cisco looks to me as he says, "Man I didn't know anyone would be out tonight I thought that no one would be around. But at least we saved this girl's life before it was too late." He puts a hand on my shoulder as I sigh, Cisco leaves as I stay at S.T.A.R labs keeping an eye on our new patient. A few hours pass as everyone else was gone Iris called me as I couldn't get myself to tell her what happened so I kept it secret. I hang up the phone as I started to doze off because I was tired, falling asleep in the chair that was close to her bed.

Your P.O.V

I started to wake up as I opened my eyes blinking a few times as I was on life support as a red light hung over me. I started to sit up as I felt pain in my chest as it was morning as a man walks in as he drops his coffee on the floor shocked I was awake. He quickly speeds out coming back with food handing it to me as I look at him confused but nonetheless my stomach growls. I hadn't eaten anything since yesterday as it was a bag marked big belly burger, I took out the contents of the bag starting to eat the burger 🍔 first as I finish. I started eating the fries as I looked at the man that stood before me, I eventually finished them as I say, "Where am I and who are you?" He sits down on the chair as he then thought for a moment as he then spoke as he says, "Your at S.T.A.R labs and my name is Barry Allen." He then takes the empty bag, throwing it away as a female walks in along with another male. He looked at Caitlin telling her I was awake and she said, "I noticed."

Caitlin p.o.v

The next morning I went to S.T.A.R labs with Cisco as well as walked into the cortex as we both see the patient awake. I walk into the med bay as I take out the oxygen support knowing she doesn't need it anymore as I kept the IV in her. I then take a tube of blood from her as I run some tests on her blood making sure everything is ok. When I looked at the blood sample it looked different than when I first took the blood sample. I then figure out that she must be half Kryptonian which explains why the needle broke every time I tried to put the IV in. I turned my chair as I looked at Barry as I grabbed his arm leading him into the halls as he looked at me as if saying what. I look at him seriously saying, "Our friend here is Kryptonian. Which could mean she is related to Kara in a way." Barry looks at me as he then says, "wait she is like Kara?" I sigh as I say, "She is half Kryptonian Barry so it could only mean that maybe someone in her family had a kid." Barry the says, "Oh so your saying she is someones kid in Kara's family?" We walked back into the med bay as the girl looks at us really confused as I nudged Barry to take her out of this place to get some fresh air.

You p.o.v

When this girl pulled Barry away into the hallway I couldn't hear what they were discussing as I when they came back I was rather confused. Later Barry took me outside to get some fresh air as I breathe in the air as I look at the sky. Later I was brought back inside as the guy Cisco wanted to do tests on me to see what powers I have but I refused. Later when I was at home with my apartment room mate Patricia as she was sleeping most likely in her room. I walked to the refrigerator as I grabbed the gallon of milk, pouring a glass as I start drinking it, I soon felt my head hit the ceiling lightly. I started freak as I didn't know what was going on being loud as I heard my friend's door open as she walked into the room, her mouth gaping open in shock. Eventually I floated down as she said, "I had no idea you had powers!" I tried to quiet her down as I said, "Shhh 🤫 someone might hear us. I don't want anyone knowing about this, especially not the superhero the Flash." As a month passed I gained control over my super powers, Patricia was teaching me hand to hand combat as later I also learned that I had speed powers too.

Barry p.o.v

It's been days since I last saw the girl, I never got her name, I never thought I would still be thinking about her. She was just so stunning that it made it difficult to decide on who to go out with as I decided to ask Cisco to help track her down. Once I found out where she lived I wanted to not seem like a creep so I went to Jitters as I saw her there drinking some coffee. I walked in the building as I then walk up to her as she looks at me saying, "Oh it's you Barry." She then allowed me to sit with her as I twittled with my fingers feeling nervous about asking her something. She set her coffee cup on the table as she looks at me in the eyes as I hear her say, "Sorry I didn't tell you my name. It's (Y/n) Josephina Kent." I looked at her as I thought to myself, "there is no way she is related to Superman" I then felt my face heat up as my thoughts were loud in my head, "Oh shit I'm blushing right in front of her! Do I really like her? I mean we just met. There is no way I could develop feelings for her since we just met!" I then felt her hand tap my shoulder as I jumped slightly looking at her, as I was surprised how close she was to me.

Iris p.o.v

As I walk into Jitters I saw Barry with another girl seeing how close she was to him as I got jealous walking in as I say, "Who are you? Why are you with my Barry?" As I started to raise my voice at her as she backed up looking a bit frightened, I then look to Barry as he said, "Iris it's not what it looks like. I wasn't on a date with her I swear. I am just her friend, the Flash saved her life last night and I wanted to make sure she was okay." I calmed down as I sit by Barry as he took my hand as he says, "Iris I'm your friend I wouldn't go out with anyone without telling you." I smile slight as I say, "Okay thank you for being honest with me." The girl Barry was with was really nice as she paid for my coffee as well Barry's, she shared to us about her life growing up saying she want to be a hero when she grew up. She did have dreams, I gave her that, as later I left to get back to my job as I said my goodbyes to Barry and the girl. I wondered who she was but I can say one thing for sure: she was way prettier than me, it made me think that if I am to get Barry's attention I need to work hard. The next day I went to S.T.A.R labs as I see Barry not there as I asked Caitlin where he was. Caitlin looked at me as she says, "I don't know, he should have been her an hour ago."

Barry p.o.v

I stop by Jitters again seeing (y/n), as I saw her I wave at her as she walks over to me saying, "Hey Barry how is it going?" I smiled kindly at her as I say, "It's good just um been thinking. Well um about some stuff." She looks at me in the eyes for a moment as she then says, "Okay so then why are you here and not with your friend?" I stall as I make an excuse as I say, "Um well uh she is um visiting her dad" I lied but I honestly didn't want her to know my secret. She looks at me again as she says, "She isn't visiting her dad he is at work today right?" I thought to myself, "how did she know." Just as I was about to say something a car came crashing through the window as I speed slowing everything down as I grabbed her getting her out of there. Once we were in an alleyway I then look at her as I say, "Are you okay?" She was quick to nod as she was holding me tight not letting go feeling her heart beat fast. I was a bit concerned but then I saw it lightning in her eyes, It was a (favorite color). I was completely shocked as I didn't know what to say or do as I just stood there in the moment. I look at her as I say, "There's no way your like me and Kryptonian."
