10 Chapter 10: The End & The Beginning

Lu Feng was led into the meeting room by a uniformed server. He handed Lai Jing to Ding Ye and firmly warned him that he'd die if anything happened to Lai Jing.

Ding Ye: QAQ wut about me?! do u not even care?!

The subordinates/guest section was in a different room, so Lu Feng and the other two were separated. At least Meng Wei was still here with him.

The meeting, was truly, truly, boring. The representatives just talked on and on about the police and how to bring them down.

'Stupid. As long as the government exists, there'll be the police force. Just go kill the president, senators, and other important people. What else should be done?' thought Lu Feng.

Lu Feng didn't care about innocents. If he didn't know them, then they could die for all he cared.

[427: Host, you're so vicious!]

'It's not like they'll come back again and haunt me.'

[427: Still...]

Meng Wei was still invisible but could be seen by Lu Feng.

Meng Wei had a weird premonition and whispered to Lu Feng.

All the representatives were surprised when Lu Feng stood up with so much force that his chair fell backward.

Then they cursed in their heads as they tried to find out what part of their plans had gone wrong.

"I'm leaving. This meeting's stupid." was all they heard as the gorgeous man strutted out of the meeting room and slammed the doors with a loud noise.

Outside of the meeting room, Meng Wei appeared once more.

"Darling, what do you think they're up to? I read their minds and they seemed to have planned something."

Lu Feng frowned.

Yea, the meeting was too suspicious. What was it even for? To just be a fancy dance party?

[427: Host, the Overseer wants to talk to you.]

'Huh? What for?' Lu Feng asked. He was angry at the powerful Overseer who did whatever he wanted but was still warry since the mysterious being was too powerful to imagine.

[427: Ok, she will be taking over.]

'She? Is the Overseer a girl?' he asked.

"Hey, Lu Feng! How's life?" asked a young voice.

'Are you the Overseer?' Lu Feng asked in annoyance.

"Yup, but hey, don't be too mad at me. I'm a person with a fragile heart! Oh, and the thing is, I'm very sorry to say, but having Meng Wei remember you after just a touch is a hard thing to program. I'll make it that he remembers at some point but I don't really know when... So, in the world's you have to complete, you'll have to find Meng Wei yourself. Meng Wei won't be having his system around. Your system can do whatever I allow it to, which I still have to think over... Anyways, what's up?"

Lu Feng frowned. The Overseer was too much! Changing her mind about such important things so haphazardly!

But since he had no choice, Lu Feng sighed and responded back.

'Overseer, this world is too complicated. I'm a lazy god and I don't want to deal with all that's happening. Can't you give me a hint about what's going to happen?' he pleaded.

There was silence from the other side as the Overseer seemed to be thinking.

"Ok, here's the plot. In the subordinate/guest room, a fight breaks out. Ding Ye is probably dead by now. What a shame to kill him off, but I had no choice but to make this story go on...* Anyways, Ding Ye died and Lai Jing is alone in the room and hiding behind a barrier he formed with chairs and tables. 999 is helping him calm down, but the poor boy already fainted. A subordinate of another gang kidnaps him and ran away already. And the guy... uh, what's his name again? Wait, let me look back to the table of contents... Oh yes, that dude, Ji Xiang? He's planning to knock you out and capture you to use you to predict the future. Well, by now, don't you want to destroy the world? Don't worry about anything and don't hold back. I'll keep some people alive so that humanity will still live on. And Lai Jing's a god now, so don't worry about him being harmed or anything. 'Kay, bye 4 now~"

(* - muttered while whispering)

Lu Feng froze from the sudden flood of information.

The 1st thought that came to his mind was: "God, the Overseer is really chatty. How annoying."

Then he fully understood what was going to happen and some of what had already happened.

"Fuck! Meng Wei, can you go get Lai Jing? I have to quickly do something. And after you go get him, why don't you show him the moons that orbit this planet? Hm?" Lu Feng started off badly but calmed himself down and asked nicely.

Meng Wei was starting to catch onto what was happening and sped away to find his son.

'427, keep me updated when my husband and child are out of this world.'

[427: Yes, host!]

Soon, Meng Wei had found Lai Jing and kicked the kidnapper's ass. He quickly formed a super cool looking metallic spaceship and went inside. After firmly making sure that Lai Jing wasn't in a crying state anymore and that he had his seatbelt on properly, Meng Wei commandeered the spaceship into outer space.

Meanwhile, the Overseer was thinking, 'God, why can't I be as OP as Meng Wei? Welp, in my own way, I am all powerful... but in the real world, I'm just a regular school girl who knows how to write, play the piano, play the violin, do some martial arts, know a little bit of cultivation, hack, and do a bunch of other stuff... Sigh, when can I become cool like them?'

(In real life, I'm just a regular girl. Honest.)

[427: Ding! Host, they are in space and at least 300 thousand miles.]

"Perfect."

Lu Feng smiled that smile when an older sister sees a kid bullying her little sibling.

A truly creepy, terrifying, hell-defying smile. Yeah, hell-defying, because it's that scary.

And then, the older sister would beat the pulp of the bully.

The Overseer thought so because her younger sister said she looked truly scary when beating up those boys. That was in the past when she answered with violence and not with eloquent words that were harsh insults if they were inspected carefully.

Even then, she was dreaming of story ideas. It wasn't until she had become a full-fledged fujoshi that she'd dreamed about her BL stories. But that's a story for another time.

Lu Feng closed his eyes and felt everything around the world.

The factories, buildings, cars, humans, animals, insects, dust, and eventually particles.

Lu Feng analyzed the molecules and forced all kinds of atoms to come together and form into multiple different dangerous formulas.

Satisfied, Lu Feng hummed while walking out of the building. The timer was set and the world would be destroyed in 10 seconds.

From space, Lai Jing watched as the world he grew up in became bloated with cracks appearing on the surface very quickly.

The spaceship was very well-made so the sound of the planet's destruction didn't pass through.

The planet suddenly deflated and was dormant for a little while.

Then suddenly - Poof!

Just like fireworks, the planet burst and became colorful.

Amazing figures of bright red flowers bloomed and words appeared in the dark space.

"Fuck you, Overseer! - Lu Feng"

Overseer: '...As expected of my MC! He still uses correct grammar even when he's mad. But my fragile glass heart is breaking... What did I do wrong? QAQ'

Lu Feng waited calmly while lying down on a large piece of diamond. It was the world, but after it had imploded from the huge amount of pressure applied to it, the unnecessary things were used for the fireworks while the rest turned into a very large diamond.

And soon enough, a shiny silver spaceship flew right by and the entrance opened.

"You still like shiny stones. Should I make you a new kind?" Meng Wei lovingly asked.

Lu Feng chuckled, "No need, but make me some after we get back home."

Meng Wei hummed in reply and hugged Lu Feng from the back, breathing in Lu Feng as he smelled like apples.

"Apples?"

"En, you like? The shampoo smelled nice. Make some for me later," Lu Feng ordered his husband like any proper wife would do to her hen-pecked husband.

"Of course, anything you want," replied Meng Wei with a slight smile and kissed Lu Feng's forehead.

Lai Jing who was watching this thought to himself.

'Hm, will I ever get a husband too?'

[999: ΣΣ(ﾟДﾟ;) Host, what you mean is "wife". Right?]

'Huh? Sure, if that's what I should think of them as.'

[999: Whew. Host, I hope you never get preyed on. I've heard from system 428 of all the painful things that the bottom has to go through when they do the deed. Oh, well host might not know this... Host, I hope you stay innocent forever~ ^_^]

'But 999, Mommy already taught me that stuff and told me to watch out for perverts. And why do you think I'm going to be the bottom! I'm definitely a top material!' Lai Jing pouted at his system.

[999: ...Sure. Well, I'm getting tired. *Yawn* See? Good night host!]

'Hey! You told me that systems don't have bodily functions like that!'

Lai Jing pouted cutely wondering why his system ran away from the discussion.

Meanwhile, the Overseer was thinking: 'Huh, but he's definitely a bottom. I already found his soul mate! Well, no need for anyone to know... Oh!'

Lu Feng was interrupted in his fluffy scenes with Meng Wei as his system notified him.

[427: Host, the Overseer wants to talk to you.]

Lu Feng sighed and mentally prepared himself to talk seriously with that girl.

"Hey, Lu Feng! I couldn't save any humans or living creature except those invincible water bears! Such creepy crawlers... *shivers* I felt sad that you cursed at me, but it's forgiven. I guess you already knew what I was planning. Yup, you got it right, and I totally deserve to be cursed at, but the thing was taking so long! I hate writing mystery... Since you destroyed the world that you were allowed to have a vacation, you are now officially starting your journey as a world hopper! Good luck and I'll always be watching you! Heck, that sounds creepy... Anyways, you'll feel a little dizzy but it'll go away in a while. Bye~"

Lu Feng, who was trying to actually converse with the Overseer utterly failed as he lost consciousness and darkness enveloped him.
