6 Chapter 6 - Hoarding and Using the Skill and Weapon Cards

[ 3rd Person View ]

Zahard took off in different stores and facilities.

His first stop was the Mall, he bought different things, he bought boxes of food, but he only bought those with decent expiration date, those that can last for weeks, months, and even a year. He also bought women clothes as per Scáthach's request. He also stopped by the pet store and looked around to buy a Shiba Inu puppy, he then bought a few months worth of dog food as well as a squeeky toy for it to play with. He didn't forget to buy a couple of light bulbs just for the uranium contained inside it for the bunker upgrade at the hardware area of the mall, and maybe he also bought a new keyboard and mouse for his Computer that is inside his inventory along with his other stuff.

After the mall, he went back to the bunker first to leave the Shiba Inu puppy to Scáthach and some of its dog food. Once Scáthach saw the Shiba Inu, she snatched it away from Zahard like it was the most precious thing in her life and then went inside her room with the Shiba Inu in tow, she also didn't forget to take the dog food from Zahard too.

The tons and tons of food and other items Zahard bought from the mall is being delivered, 3 delivery trucks then stopped by in front of Zahard's house, well that is what the system illusion shows, the delivery guys dropped all the food and other miscalleneous items Zahard bought in front of his house, of course they didn't forget to ask Zahard whether he wanted help on moving the items to his house, Zahard naturally refused the offer as the illusion might get discovered.

Once the delivery guys were out of sight and no other people are in the area, Zahard sucked all of the delivered goods into his inventory and went inside the storage facility of his bunker, the storage facility of his bunker was quite large and there was a temperature controller within it which he used to lower the temperature of the storage facility to a low enough level to reduce the decaying rate of some of the food.

Zahard placed the other miscalleneous items in the living room, his bedroom, and the kitchen. He put his computer and computer desk inside his bedroom along with the keyboard and mouse that he bought at the mall earlier, he placed the PS4 in his inventory on the living room beside the flat screen TV, he placed set of knives that he bought in the kitchen which contains a butcher knife, kitchen knife, bowie knife, etc...

After 3 hours of placing every items in his inventory on his bunker, he rode a taxi to his second stop, the gas station...

Zahard bought a shit ton of gas cans, he also bought of a large gas container from somewhere, he called for a gas truck to fill up the gas container, after the gas container was full and the gas truck left out of sight, he then sucked all the gas cans he bought and the filled large gas container and went back to his bunker and placed them at the bunker's storage facility.

Zahard then went to his last stop which was the place where they sell filled water gallons, he bought at least 30 water gallons and made them deliver it in front of his place. He bought a water dispenser just for the sake of it.

Zahard went back to his bunker along with the water delivery guys, he did the same thing as he did with the delivered goods and gas, he waited till the delivery guys were out of his sight and no humans are around before he sucked the water gallons into the system's inventory, he entered his bunker and went to the storage facility and placed the water gallons there, despite of all the objects he placed inside the storage facility, there's still space for a bit of objects to fit.

Finally the day almost came to an end, and Zahard's shopping/hoarding is finally done.

[MC's POV]

"This was day was too tiring even for me, I'll just take it as an exercise or a work out for my body," I just slumped back into my bed as I slowly closed my eyes and my consciousness slowly fading away from exhaustion.

"2 days left huh? 3 days flew by too fast in my opinion, I'm already done with stocking up on important items, i guess i could check up the System for anything new.

I opened the System HUD and opened the Inventory which was now cleared of my personal items and there's only system given items contained within it.

"Now i understand why some people are just too obsessed with gacha games that they are even willing to be broke just to get an SSR drops."

- Unable to turn non-sentient objects into stone

- Can only turn the target into stone if their rank is lower than the user, or 1 rank higher than the user.

"I TOLD YOU MY LUCK ISN'T PATHETIC SCÁTHACH!" I subconsciously screamed out loud.

"STOP SCREAMING BASTARD!" Scáthach screamed back at me, seems like i disturbed her sleep.

"Sorry, hahahahaha" I could only scratch the back of my head in embarrassment.

"Night's Edge??" I don't think i have heard of any sword called Night's Edge in any fictional movies, anime, or games.

- Strengthens the user at Night if used.

[ Vibranium Shield ]

- Deflects any attack that are below its rank.

- Allows the user to make the shield absorb the impact of the enemy attack, and store it in the shield to send it in an Impact Wave which stuns all enemies within 1km from the user.

"Terraria? I think that's a game that I never played..."

(A/N: I play Terraria of course, that's why i know the Sword, only the MC doesn't know)

I took out the Vibranium Shield from the inventory.

"This is definitely Captain America's shield... But i don't use Shields... And I don't think i will ever use one, but I'll hold unto it in my Inventory just in case I need it."

"So far so good i guess, the only question i have is if I should use the ||Random Character Card||..."

I steeled my resolve and said...

'System, use ||Random Character Card||'

'Hah... This is now or never, Yes'

[ Using ||Random Character Card||... ]

A golden card then came out of the System HUD and floated in front of me, shortly after... It shined brightly, I covered my eyes as the shining card was blinding me.

A few seconds later, I hear the System say...

[ Congratulations! Summoning Successful! ]

(A/N: I'm using my Cliffhanger - EX here, bet ya'll can't guess the summoned character, well of course you can't hahahaha.)
