8 Beautiful Voice

Glory Apartment, 09:45 o'clock.

Shi Yuan just got out from his study room with fatigue all written over his face. Earlier, as soon as he come back, he immediately held the online meeting with his shareholders, not even get the opportunity to even rest for a little while after his long ride from abroad.

Being an workaholic person he was already used to all of this. Sometimes, he even working till late at midnight. So for him, this was nothing.

The man then proceed to the bathroom, after he had done and changed to his pajamas, he walked to the kitchen and grabbed a plain drink.

He picked his phone on the counter table and opened his phone.

There's was few missed calls and right after that he press the button on the familiar name and calling back.

Once the phone was connected, he heard the over excitement voice of his buddy while laughed, "Oh wow Brother Shi I know you're back for real. Darn bro! Why is always seemed tough to tell us about your arrival huh?! At least tell me so that I can fetch you and clear my schedule. Anyway, where are you hiding now?"

Hearing the blabbering from his friend, Shi Yuan chuckled lightly. He knew too well what this friend of him wanted to do once he tell him where he was so instead of answering his question, he calmly said. "Wang Bin, you guys have fun for tonight! And let's met tomorrow, I have some work."

With that said Shi Yuan hung up the call not giving Wang Bin to react a little.

After he hung up, he immediately remembered Zhu Meiyin, who left with her friend earlier. He glance at the wall clock and found it almost 10 o'clock.

He scrolled the contacts name on his phone and dialed Zhu Meiyin number.

When the person answered him, Shi Yuan froze, he thought he just heard something so soft and beautiful and then he felt silent for a minutes.

But he quickly composed himself and his deep voice echoed. "Where Meiyin?"

On the other side, the voice replied. "She in the bathroom." Mo Xingyi only realized the person on the other end was Zhu Meiyin's cousin brother.

She was engrossed in her work that she didn't look at the name on the screen properly. But since it was ringing she just casually picked them.

After that answer, Shi Yuan fell silent again and finally he could only said. "Alright. If there's was anything just tell her to call me."

Shi Yuan didn't know why but even after he heard the girl response, he still didn't hung up the call instead he was waiting her to speak for unknown reason.

Realizing this odd situation, Shi Yuan quickly ended the call and his heart skipped a beat once he remembered that beautiful voice.

It just only a simple 'hello' from Mo Xingyi but it was already leave a deep impact toward him.

Meanwhile. . . Over there at the Zhang's daughter birthday party, Wang Bin looked at his phone speechlessly.

Actually he was desperately wanted to leave this boring party but he couldn't go away especially under grandma Wang deadly stare.

Initially, he wanted to get an help from calling Shi Yuan but then his buddy was obviously at the same page with his grandma.

Not to mention, even Li Yiwei and Wei Mengyu was busy with their own affairs so that the reason he didn't bother them.

Hence, Wang Bin couldn't help but stayed until the party was ended.

He would going to take a revenge towards his buddy, Shi Yuan. He thought angrily.
