A human teenager from the 21st century is currently walking to buy a Frieza toy, cause he likes this guy who is the rival of the two and the longest villain between Goku, and Vegeta in the DB franchise

As he walked down the street and enter the store. he picks Frieza's figure and pays for it. Going outside of the store, he sees the bustling people walking around, full of cars on the road and a running robber with a knife.

"Wait? , A knife, and he is running towards me? , I should dodge but what if this guy kills someone at my back, I would be guilty" Said the mc and look at his back but sees no one

He sidesteps and lets the robber gets away as he sighs.

"I'm not ready to die, you know. I still have life going and my life trial of mine is not expired yet" Said the Mc and walk towards his apartment.

He's walking towards his destination while the robber who he let him pass, stop and look at the thing he is holding with a plastic bag.

"That must be a phone...My phone has already cracked and that thing should be a good and big phone... I must get that!" The robber thought and chased the Mc who's oblivious of the running robber

The robber then stabbed his knife to the back of his neck, making our Mc turn around in difficulty. As the robber grabs the bag and ran

"What!?, that's gay bro, why did you hit me at the back unaware, "Mc thought and touch his neck as he kneels down

"*sigh*, why did you target me, you should just ask me if you want my things, oh well this must be my destiny"Mc with the last thought died. While the people crowded near him...Calling the police and ambulance.

'Where's that god, ahh! , I wish there's an internet and phone here so that I can wait for the god to arrive, 'Thought until a screen pop out and tell him to fill it up.

'What, this is new or not, What should be my new name be, hmmm, since I will choose Dragon ball why not Forost, Wishes is A System, Immortality of ban for both body and soul, and hmm... What's the last wish, ahh! , Why don't we use the last wish for Unlimted Potential for both body and soul, that should do... The race would be a Frost Demon cause why not, of course, I like being a Saiyan but meh, I don't like being in near-death to be super strong. the world would be Dragon Ball obviously cause I fell in love with it when the fight of Goku and Frieza and the Cell vs Gohan Fight, 'Mc or now known as Forost thought.

'Background would be.....Whis found me on one of the coldest planets and bring me to become a new God Of Destruction for a new universe. The timeline would be the same age as Goku so around age 736 and my birthday is February 16 736 making me 2 months older than him, 'Forost continue.

"That should do it, Yes," Forost said and pushed the button yes, as a vortex appeared and sucked him in.

Dragon Ball Universe 7.

Age 736, February 16.

Whis is traveling from planet to planet until he arrives at the coldest planet, closest to Beerus planet, and flew towards the planet. Whis looks around for around 20 minutes until he stumbles upon a cave covered with snow.

He walked inside and see a Frost Demon in Ice. Whis walks closer as he senses that the baby is alive but his life force is getting weaker and weaker and looks like he will not make it.

Whis then taps his staff into the ice. As the ice melted and the baby falls toward the floor but Whis makes the baby Frost Demon float.

"What a poor baby Frost Demon, I should bring you and groom you to become a new God of Destruction for a new universe, " Whis said as he looks at the baby he's holding who's unconscious.

His bio-suit being dark grey while the orb is red...His tail is red in color with a sharp tip that is black in color. Whis then makes a dome as they travel to the planet of Beerus.

While traveling, the Frost Demon opens its eyes for the first time and sees a man holding him, he looks around and then looks at his own hands, while Whis just ignores the baby's actions thinking that he's is just curious which is true.

'Haha!, I have Reincarnated successfully..... Thank you whoever you are!, Now Let's see my system' Forost the baby Frost Demon thought and tries to bring the system interface which is a success.

Whis and Forost arrived at the planet. As whis walks inside the tree.

Forost who is in Whis arms looks around curiously...He sees a floating bed and an hourglass floating. He also sees a fish at the top of the bed swimming around.

"Welcome to your new home, Forost, " Whis said and come up with a name Forost even though that's the name he put in.

'That must be the work of the being or beings who reincarnated me here' Forost thought as he waves his hands in excitement and looking like he likes the name.

"You must like your new name, huh, that's good, that flying bed has the God of Destruction in it and we better not wake him up...Oh right! , You don't understand anything since you are a baby...Oh well. That fish is the oracle fish...He can predict the future. You will be living here and become a new God of Destruction for a new universe, " Whis then continued as he kept pointing at the random things around, as Forost listen.

This continued for 30 minutes until Forost started to feel tired and his eyes getting heavy and closed his eyes. Whis who sees him getting tired...Let him float and makes a bed for him.

Whis puts him to bed and flew towards the oracle fish who's swimming around until Whis arrived.

"That should be the future new God of Destruction of the new universe right, " The oracle fish said and look at the floating bed next to Whis

"Yes...This is the guy you told me who would become a new God of Destruction for Universe 13. I hope the things you told me are not a mistake Oracle san, " Whis said with a serious face.

I am not joking...I see that baby becoming so powerful that he can become a new God of Destruction that the Omni King we put in the new Universe 13 I just hope that the kid will not destroy our universe as he grows stronger and learns to control his strength, " Oracle said with a serious tone.

Whis and the Oracle fish continued to talk about the other universes while Forost is oblivious about his future as the new God of Destruction of the Universe 13 and just sleeps.
