The tardis flew through the vortex to find a home for the baby angel, the console room shudderd as it landed with a thump.
"we have landed" said the doctor " just a quick hop drop this little fella off then scarper"
"cant we say goodby to it, wish it well" donna was back in caring for it mode at this point
"Donna what part of knightmare givng other knightmares bad dreams weren't very clear" the doctor stated in a frustrated tone
"oh, right id forgotten that" she wasent happy that they were going to abandon sonething that seemed so defenceless on an abandond plannet
the doctor ran down the ramp to the front doors and grasped them in his hands and looked at Donna - this world should be suitable, the population was annihilated by an astoroid several thousend years ago"
the doctor flung open the doors and walked outside with a spring in his step
"see donna" he turned to gloat" oh thats not right"
he was in a market place bustleing with life from food vendors to children running in and out of the crowds
"have i got the right plannet" he wonders while looking perplexed
the doctor turned to a man selling computer componants for 3rd generation AI units
"sorry bit new to the area what plannet and year is this" said the doctor
"Youre not kidding fella,i saw you land in that box, the vender wss amused to see someone come out of a tiny blue box after it hit the ground so hard
"aye aye you had a girl in there too, lucky man"
the doctor was quick to point out that they were not involved "oh no were not errrrm where are we again exactly" in an awkward tone
"well fella you on planet Danny and i honnestly camnot tell you the date as it was never established properly after the astoriod hit, that ball of deatg did a number on this plannet two thousend ish years ago i think" explained the vendor
"thanks for that" the doctor reached into his pocket and flipped the vendor a coin witch he caught in his 3rd hand
"whats this then" the vendor was confused
"thanks for youre help" the doctor turning to donna and walking towards the tardis
"this plannet is not sutable"
thay both went back into the tardis and donna took a long look behind her before clising the door
"Doctor whats wrong ?" she had noticed his mood shift from curious to mournful
"that plannet was hit by a catogory 6 astoriod and all life stopped in an instant as it burned" the doctor explained
"well life finds a way doctor dont feel bad for them they survived all that" said donna
"its not that simple ile show you" sad the doctor walking over to the main console, the doctor started flipping switches and pressing buttons and the tardis was off into orbit
"ive parked the tardis in orbit for now this plannet wont do donna" he ran over to the doots and opend both of them and pulled a telescope out of his jacket pocket
"ah there it is Donna take a look"
she took the telescope off the doctor and peer into the deep black to see a green haze off in the distance
"what is that it looks like a green cloud"
"it is" stated the doctor "and by the looks of it its a year from meeting the plannet below" he said with sorrow in his voice "its the remmenents of the blast that shot the astoriod on its path with Danny and its drifting this way" he explained
the doctor closed the door
donna had a tear in her eye "you could help them" she wisperd
the doctor heard it and said nothing as he reached for the temprol controls
"i will donna, i will' he thought whiling releacing the handbrake
the tardis began to moan oncemore and off they went into the vortex looking for a plannet to drop of the box and its presious cargo
that landed the doctor put his head ouf the doors then closed them again "no" he said in disapointing tone
"im guessing that had life on it aswell, thats the 9th plannet now we visited that was not acceptable" donna stated the obvious and was sitting in the chair doing her nails with a look on her face as if to say just drop it off anywhere
"donna i can see that face youre pulling and im not just droping it of any old place" said the doctor
"wait you can speak faces now" donna said in surprise
the doctor turned to donna "no i read the paragraph above this one'
donna was suprised more "what?"
