"What punishment?"

[It's vary depending of the mission rank. If you failed F grade mission then it would only be small punishment such as having bad luck for the whole day or stepping on a goo, as for S grade mission it could lead to death like being hit by thunder strike.]

'If i know it would be like this i wouldn't go out at all'

Just this morning Asher drank tea accompanied by a strawberry tart when his childhood friend called him. Chika, his childood friend speaks in a tone like the world will end.

"Asher, please help me !! You have to help me !!"

Asher wrinkles his eyebrows,

"Chika, please just yesterday I helped you with your assignment and now you call me again? I'm not so free either"

"But only you i can rely on, my friends who have promised to accompany me go buy the equipment suddenly can not come"

"Your other friends?"

"I tried it but they are all busy with their assignment, please help me Asher!!"

"... send me where you are, I'm going there now"

"Thank you very much Asher !!"

They hung up and a few moments later the text arrived.

Asher massaged his temple, it has always been like this. Asher and Chika is childood friend, their mother has been bestfriend since highschool so they often get together bringing their children with them. Asher who is two years older then Chika treated the girl like his sister, always taking care and helping her. Chika also grow to depend on him.

It doesn't matter if it's just that. But the older they are, Chika is also increasingly complacent. She considers Asher like her personal helper. Always ask him to do this and that.

If Chika does it in a rude way maybe Asher can still refuse but Chika knows Asher weaknesses. Chika always asks for help by begging, Asher can't refuse people who beg him.

But nowdays it is been on another level. Just this week alone he has been helping her for five days. Asher actually doesn't mind if it is the usual thing she ask for help with, but it is not.

Chika is a college student, seems like the students from her department has been given quite a troublesome assignment. And of course Chika will ask Asher for help. At first it is only small matter, like bringing her this book or go to this place with her. But somehow it become from helping her look for any mistakes to him doing her assignment. More then half or her assignment is his work.

Years of being led around by her Asher has become fed up. He also has a job, he is a quite famous pastry chef. He is also busy. Beccause of constantly helping her Asher couldn't wholeheartedly defote himself to his job, hindering his career.

'Today is the last time, I will clearly tell her that I also have my life and she is a grown up now, I cant always look for her anymore.'

Going out of his house Asher passed by a construction site, too preoccupied by his thought he didn't hear people shouting at him. He suddenly felt a big impact on his head and a busrt of pain.

The next thing he knows he is standing on a transparant water surface reflecting the boundless sky above. Everywhere he sees there is no end in sight.
