Gin smiled and took out a few vials of potions with varying colors. Looking at the vials, Hammer and Astro's expression brightened.
After joining the Skyfire academy, their knowledge and experience about the world improved to a whole new level. So of course, they knew about the potions and Alchemy.
"What kind of potions are they?" Hammer picked a vial from Gin's hand and asked.
"The one you are holding is called Marrow Cleansing Potion. It will help in cleansing your bone marrow and strengthen it further." Gin explained.
"Ohh! But, why I haven't heard about this kind of potion before?" Hammer asked, dubious.
"These potions are my personal products, I'll be damned if you heard about it." Gin joked.
"Dude, when did you learn to make potions, how come I didn't know about it?" Hammer asked. If there's one person who understands Gin completely from top to bottom, then it's Hammer.
Gin answered Hammer's question with a mysterious smile. Heeding Gin's smile, Hammer snorted.
He could easily tell that his friend has changed a lot whether his personality, strength, or temperament. Even so, it didn't change his view of Gin as he will always be the same friend he knows.
"What about the other Potions?" Hammer asked and Gin explained the uses of the other five potions in his hands.
Bone Strengthening Potion: Capable of enhancing one's bone weight and make it harder and stronger.
Beast Blood Potion: A potion created from the lifeblood of countless magical beasts that formed three elemental cores. It helps in increasing one's vitality and cleanses the impure blood in their body.
Physique Strengthening Potion: It's a basic type of potion that improves one's overall physique. If consumed at the right time, the effects will be greater.
Healing Potion: Help in healing a person's internal injury or external wounds. It won't recover one's lost limb, scars, or old injuries and alignments.
Essence Replenishing Potion: As its names suggest, the potion can recover one's lost essence energy. In a life and death moment, it will save a life.
"For better outcome, I would suggest using Marrow Cleansing potion first, followed by Bone strengthening, Beast Blood, and Physique Strengthening potions.
As for Healing and Essence Replenishing Potion, you two should save it for tomorrow's contest. It may save your life at a crucial moment." Gin apprised.
"Luna, is using Potions allowed in the contest?" Gin asked. He should have asked this question first.
"Yes, not only potions even rations, weapons, and combat dresses are allowed," Luna answered.
"What? Miss Luna, if it's as you said then how can we 'normal people' match the people from core regions who all have good weapons and combat outfits?" Hammer winced, clasping his hands tightly.
Even though Hammer hails from the well-off family, compared to the peoples from core regions he's just another pismire.
"A solid background is a form of strength." Gin commented. "You know it better than others."
"Yes...that's why I didn't like this system," Hammer remarked.
"Hammer, Astro, let me tell you something, 'before money even the strongest have to bow'.
My hands are itching for a long time after selling all that potions and making some money. Do you know where we can spend them, extravagantly?" Gin smirked, looking at Luna.
Luna scorned and gave Gin a hateful glare filled with jealousy. Recalling the number of Elemental stones her sister paid him every day raised her resentment towards him.

After a few minutes,
Gin, Luna, Hammer, and Astro stood before the entrance of a five-story building while many people were going in and coming out. The entire place is crowded and looked busy.
"It's a shop owned by one of the largest and influential Merchant organizations of the Human continent — ShadowMoon.
If you have money, you can practically buy anything here. Rare martial skills, high-level breathing techniques, high-class weapons, potions, protective treasures, secret information privy to others, and so on." Luna explained.
"Good! Let's go and take a look."
All of them soon walked past the two peak Seal Opening stage guards and entered the building. Soon, a male assistant wearing a light blue outfit that had the logo of the ShadowMoon organization walked forth and greeted them.
He was very professional and had good etiquettes. He introduced himself as Vulo.
"How may I help you, Sir?" Vulo politely asked.
"Tell me about the shop." Gin asked, looking at all the priceless items showcased in a glass cabinet. So was Hammer, Astro, and Luna.
Most of them are rare weapons, minerals, ancient manuscripts, collectibles, etc. All of them are high-priced items that normal people can only watch and admire from distance.
"Our shop in Acron city is a bit special compared to other places. Since most who come to the city are students who participate in the contest, all the items in here are also aimed at them.
For the contest of Gifted ones, a person needs a few basic things like combat dress, weapons, potions, and protective items.
The First Floor we are currently in, is used to showcase priceless items in our possession. Of course, if the price is right it's negotiable.
On the second floor, we have all types of weapons a person desires from sword to small needles.
On the third floor, we have combat dresses that are made from high-quality materials. We have our own product, as well as products from other quality brands.
On the fourth floor, we have different kinds of potions that are made by the Alchemy Association and other trustable potion-makers.
On the fifth floor, we have other items like Arrays, Protective treasures, and other rare items.
Only after experimenting and testing all the products with our highly-experienced personals, we put them on sale. Everything here is genuine items, without any counterfeits." Vulo patiently and precisely expressed everything.
"Let's visit the weapons' floor first." Gin said. Vulo acknowledged his request and guided them to the second floor.
The second floor isn't as crowded as first, only 100 or so peoples were strolling and scrutinizing the weapons displayed on the stands.
"Hammer, Astro, pick a nice and suitable weapon for yourself. Don't worry about the price, I am the one who's paying." Gin stated.
Hammer didn't say anything, he vigorously walked towards the section where several Hammers are displayed.
While Astro looked at Gin and hesitated a little before speaking, "Brother Gin, I will definitely repay–"
"Shut it, Astro. Instead of wasting time, you should go and pick a weapon, we have other floors to visit." Gin waved his hand.
Astro bit his lips and walked towards the knife section with firm eyes.
Gin and Luna toured the second floor while commenting on the various weapons displayed over the shelves while Vulo followed them quietly behind.
[First class Weapons - All the weapons under the 'Mortal-grade' come under the category of First-class weapons. First-class weapons have three types: Low-class, Mid-class, and High-class weapons.]
Gin looked at all the First-class weapons that are priced between 100 Elemental stones to 300 Elemental stones.
What surprised him is, even after touring the entire second floor Gin didn't spot any Mortal-grade weapons.
Only after hearing the explanation from Vulo and Luna, Gin found how valuable Mortal-grade weapons. The ridiculous thing is, there's only one person on the human continent who can make Mortal-grade weapons.
So ruins are the only places on the continent where one can find Mortal-grade weapons, apart from that person.
ShadowMoon shop isn't for a show, after his request they showed him a few Mortal-grade weapons but they are very expensive. Even a trashy-looking weapon was priced 20000 while good ones cost nearly 50000 - 100,000 Elemental stones.
There's no doubt that he's a rich person now. After selling potions to the Blue Orchid academy for straight three months, the number of Elemental stones in magical space increased.
Per day he sold 120 vials, while Reyna gave him 150 Elemental stones for a vial. His total wealth after selling potions for 90 days is 1,620,000 Elemental stones.
Among the youths of the same generation as Gin, only a few can match his wealth.
Even the pampered Luna who gets 500 Elemental stones from her mother and another 500 from her sister every month can't compare her wealth with Gin. Her entire savings from childhood only amount to 30,000.
Even someone as rich as Gin was speechless hearing the price and shook his head with a bitter smile. As for Luna, she giggled at Gin's sour expression.
After a few minutes, Hammer and Astro came back choosing a weapon suitable for them. Both of their weapons totaled 580 Elemental stones.
Hammer selected a metal Hammer that looked similar to his previous weapon but with excellent craftsmanship and design.
Astro chose a long knife that looked simple and elegant. Both of them were happy with their weapons.
Leaving the second floor, they proceeded to buy a good combat outfit. Just as they reached the third floor, Gin met two of his friends from Silver Dragon Domain.
