4 CHAPTER 3

Since it's just morning, Candace decides to take me shopping for school stuff. I dress up and leave the room with miss frowny in there. I have decided that I won't give a butt about anything she says to me. That's gonna pretty hard to do since she's my roommate kinda thing. When I go downstairs I see Tyler grinning up at me.

"What?" I ask

He giggles before he says, "you're pretty." Then he runs off.

"Okay... that was weird." I say. Wait...did I forget to say that Tyler is just a ten year old? Ah well! Well y'all that was thinking something else I'm sorry to burst your bubble.

I make my way to the kitchen to be greeted by the smell of bacon and eggs. As I enter the kitchen I see Aaron behind Candace and both of them are cuddling.

Oh dear, I think I'm gonna puke. Ewwwww... I wasn't supposed to see that!

"Erhem...cough cough"I say

Aaron and Candace turn to me and and I smile awkwardly.

"Hey Ana,breakfast is ready. Janice! Tyler! breakfast!" yells Candace

We all sit down and have breakfast. When we were done Janice did the dishes whiles Candace and I head out to shop.

"So Ana where were you living before?"

"Uhhh... actually I was born in LA before my parents died so ever since then I move to different places." I lied.

"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry! That must have been so hard for you."

"Yeah, but I'm okay now."

"That's good dear. Okay I hope really like your time here. We are all happy that you are here with us."

Yeah all but miss frowny face

As though she read my mind she says, "I know Janice seems really bad and annoying(you can say that again)but deep inside she really is a good kid. She's just been through a lot at school. Being teased and bullied and all. Just give her a chance and you'll get to like her, okay?"

"Okay, sure I'll try."I say

After that there was no more conversation in the car till we reached our destination. We bought a lot of stuff for school, and I used that opportunity to look around the city. When we were done, she took me sightseeing. I am really impressed with the sights in Oklahoma. The place has a lot of historical places like The Survivor Tree, and Oklahoma City National Memorial etc. I'm impressed! What can I say?!

We stop at a drive through to pick up the food we ordered from Mc. Donalds and we ate it in the car. When we got home, I used the opportunity to set up cameras in my room since Janice wasn't there and delved down to work. I look through the file I was given for my mission.

As I look through the file I don't understand one thing. What does Mentor mean by NAME: Not stated. If the name is not stated then who am I supposed to be looking out for? I scratched my head at this thought. I stop my work and put away the file when I hear footsteps coming towards the room. Janice comes in, slamming the door on her way. I grit my teeth in annoyance but don't say anything. I lay on my bed and plan my strategy to catch these people and send them to jail. The earlier I catch them, the earlier I get away from this family without putting them in danger. As sleep engulfs me I can't help but think about tomorrow's activity.
