3 New Quest

I realized I had gained what looks like experience to level. I will have to find out what I did to get experience tomorrow but for today, my aching body needs to rest.

I arise in the morning and try to find new quests to do. I look around and see a clinic job posting with a reward of 1-5cp per heal on patient. I think this could work with my HP transfer although I have no clue the standard of HP here or really how it works.

I ask Melissa and she was very surprised that I could do any healing as that is a hard spell to learn. She gives directions and off I go.

As I made it to the clinic, I see a building with no walls with the name Williams' clinic. I see an old man that looks like the wizard that helped some people destroy a ring. As I get a headache I stop thinking about it and go in.

Besides the old man I see a bunch of beds, and what looks like fathers/sisters from a church moving around cleaning and assisting what looks like adventurers that have cuts and such.

"Welcome to Williams' Clinic are you or a friend in need of healing today?" Said one of the fatherly looking people.

"No, I am hear about the job posting."

"Come right in. We are severely unstaffed in healing magic with only John Williams being a healer and he has 2 apprentices that still have not got a feel for healing yet. Please wait while I get Dr. Williams for you."

As I go in and hear moans and groans of pain I wish I could help. I wait awhile for him to come.

"Hello , sir."

"Oh, hi doctor"

"Enough of the pleasantries as I do not have time. I have already used a bit of my Qi since early this morning and will need to replenish it soon."

"Um, if I assist with replenishing your Qi will I also get paid?"

"WHAT YOU CAN DO THAT?! Oh sorry about that. I have yet to hear of a spell like that. How useful is it?"

"Well, I can just restore a little and heal a little."

"Let's have you try both of them, on bed 3 is someone that has some flesh wounds. And restore some of my Qi. After I look at it I will pay."

I first go over to the bed to see someone who has scratch and bite wounds all over them that looks about my age. Heard he went out to hunt a rabbit with his friends to bearly win with these wounds. They were still happy due to the reward of 5sp. Wow that is 50cp. I was so jealous that I didn't get a fighting skill instead.

I try to focus on casting it by thinking about it. Nothing happened.

I quietly call out it's name. Nothing happened. I focus on the icon to pull up my sheet.

As I pull that up I focus on the skill I see an incantation show up "My life for yours give unto you my life force. TRANSFER!"

I also look at Qi transfer and get another incantation. "My energy is wasted on me give it to another worthy of it. TRANSFER!"

I cringe at the thought of saying that.
