Growth!

-Deep within the forest-

It had been a few hours since the group had walked into the path fo the forest and the sun was now setting they've all voted to camp for the night to not only prepare more but to get to know each other further but on the other hand...

*TING!*

"Faster!"

Victor and Raku could be seen fighting in the middle of the forest and in all honesty it was one sided as Victor wasn't even breaking a sweat while Raku was drenched in it.

They were quite a distance form the camp not wanting to ruin it due to their fighting

"Are they still going at it?...." Aizawa had just returned with what seemed to be the corpse of a chicken over his shoulder, he had left to hunt for food as Victor trained Raku to get used with actual hand to hand combat instead of Range Combat as sooner or later he would have to do so

"Tsk!"

With a flick of his wrist 2 miniature scrolls were released from the gauntlet and immediately exploded into a cloud of smoke before showing two shadow clones rushing towards Victor

"That's not gonna work buddy!" Knowing they were shadow clones Victor didn't hold back instantly decapitated both clones which but disappeared but from their clouds of smoke Raku appeared with a Rasengan in hand

"Rasenga-"

*BONK!*

"Stop wasting Jutsu's"

Victor grabbed Rakus wrist before pressing a button that sealed the Rasengan back in it's miniature scroll, it had been the 4th time Victor had reminded Raku to not use the Rasengan or any serious jutsu's.

He was allowed to use quick jutsu's like an instantaneous release of water or fire but not wasted jutsu's like the Rasengan Chidori and Shadow Clones since thet couldn't access the shop during missions so they couldn't restock his Shinobi Gauntlet and they only brought a limited amount of backups

"What do you expect me to do!?" Raku was having a hard time being the weakest even if he obtained the knowledge of his ancestor he was till weak compare to the others, Aizawa was already at the point he could bend fire with his fighting style and Rem had already gotten used to Blut

Nothing was needed to be said about Victor as without Ophis he was trying to find a way to fix the broken Yamato inside his Devil Bringer and if so his skin was tough enough to ignore any attack thrown at him by anything that isn't above his Rank, and even if he was injured his regeneration would instantly heal him

And that's not mentioning the fact that his energy reserves and stamina are already on par with DMC4 Nero so he could run a marathon without getting tired.

Even now without any of his Guns and RedQueen he was still a threat as he had a Nichirin Blade specifically Michikatsu's Blade which is second in durability and sharpness to blade of his Brother Yoriichi

"Look I get it Raku your weak compared to us but you gotta remember we aren't normal people, if your were to fight a Demon in this world you would no doubt win sure you'll get tired but you'll still win"

"But still..." Raku couldn't accept the fact that when it came to the the group chat he was just dead weight.

"Come on don't give me that look!, fine we'll take a break let's go see if Aizawa's back" Victor pulled Raku up from the ground before patting his shoulder before walking away leaving Raku to think alone

Victor a few minutes walking saw Aizawa plucking the Chickens Feathers while Rem was stirring of what seemed to be broth

"Ah Victor could you please chop these vegetables up?"

"Got it"

Victor grabbed the vegetables which were just Carrots and Potatoes that Rem had brought before they left for the mission they all had something to bring along with them

Raku of course brought the only piece of technology they had(Minus the Shinobi Gauntlet) which was a very small hand held camera along with a few senzus beans and a few Mon's(Currency used in Japan at the time) he had traded his allowance for from the system he had enough to be considered a wealthy person

Aizawa mostly brought small bundles of Weapons from Kunai's to Shurikens and a box of black small bead explosives that originated from the Demon Slayer world

Rem on the other hand just brought ingredients such as spices and vegetables and cooking utensils and of course eher morning star which was strapped to the back of her bag

Victor brought various of things from explosives to a sharpening set, but the most peculiar thing he brought was a medium sized scroll specifically a summoning scroll it was originally two but the other one was currently as the bottom of the ocean back in the DxD world.

"Here you go Rem"

After a few minutes Victor had handed the peeled and chopped vegetables to Rem and soon after that they all heard a loud explosion

"Shit Raku!"

Aizawa was the first to rush to the source of the sound only to find of what resulted of a battle with everything in the surroundings being either burnt or destoryed with Raku kneeling on the ground in the middle of it all

"W-What took you so long.."

[A few minutes earlier]

"What do I do.." Raku was resting on a tree and was thinking about what had been happening for the past week, first he apparently had a fiance who was a straight up gorilla and next when they went on a date he had to pretend they were an actual couple and apparently a new student would be arriving in the end of Spring Break

"God what happened to my normal highschool life!!!"

It was safe to say Raku was frustrated not only did he have to juggle his private life but he also had to deal with being a member of the group chat, and honestly everything may be dangerous and wild but with the group he was more open to them than his own best friend and father

"Hello there.." Raku heard a sweet calming Voice and turned to see a woman in a White Kimono with long black hair bangs looking at him sweetly

"E-Eh?" Raku seeing her was quite flustered as she was quite beautiful but in the next second his senses were going haywire like it was telling him that she was dangerous

"What's a young man doing here all alone.."

The woman began walking Closer to Raku who backed away reaching for his Katana specifically a Wakizashi the woman seeing this changed her appearance and vibe from a sweet random lady to a now stone cold aura surrounding her

" I guess theirs no point in pretending anymore is there?"

In the next second Raku had to dodge a spiral of webs that were sent at him, and the ones previous beautiful woman turned into a hideous spider demon that charged at Raku

'Crap!'

Raku seeing her approach charge at him instinctively flicked his wrist and a shadow clone appeared in front of him pushing him back and taking the hit which eventually 'Killed' it

"A clone? Are you perhaps a Shinobi?" The Demon asked Raku who was still worried about an incoming attack and was quite nervous as this was his first time fighting alone

"Hmm no answering? Well it doesn't matter if you're a Shinobi your quite weak." In the next second the demon disappeared from Raku's sight and out of pure instinct he dodge another spiral of webs before slicing a ball of web in half

'I can barely keep up with her!' Raku knew that if this went on any further he wpuld get tired and eventually die, and he couldn't just run away to camp as before he could even get close he would also die so their was only one option left

'Mizu!'

*Click*

Raku launched 3 rapidly spinning disc of water towards the spider demon and 1 out of 3 effectively hit its mark, causing slight damage to the tough exoskeleton of the demon

"Tsk just die already!" This time the spider demon rushed at Raku with her appandages which turned into a volley of dangerous attacks

'Just remember what Victor said if you can't fight head on rely on your jutsu's for cover!'

Raku leaped backwards before flicking his wrist once again catching the scroll before he slammed his palm to the ground causing a waved of water to be sent to the spider demon

"Gak!" Being struck by the wave caused the spider demon to be sent back a few feet giving Raku a second to expect it more

'Its Injured!'

Raku saw deep slashes under it and assumed that the reason it attacked him was to consume him and heal it's wounds

'Now I know where to aim!' Raku without any hesitation took his chance and charged at the spider demon who only looked at him with annoyance before swatting him away like a bug

Raku couldn't believe it just a few seconds ago she looked weak but now she was giving off a different vibe

'She's been toying with me..' The thought of the demon not fighting seriously made Raku worried despite being strengthen and having the shinobi gauntlet he knew that one more hot from the spider demon would injure him even more, he felt his ribs break on impact when her appendages swatted him away so now his chest was in pain.

'I'm not gonna die!'

Raku despite his injuries stood up surprising the demon before a dozen shadow clones appeared with their swords in hand

"Let's do this!

" "YEAH!" "

All of the clones with theirs swords in hand charged at the demon to only look at them with annoyance before sending out multiple webs, some struck the clones and strangely enough began melting them before they disappeared

Chirrppppp!-

The sound of multiple bird like chirps and lighting was heard and the demon saw Raku charging at her with a charged Chidori in hand

"Hoh?"

The spider demon observed the clones and noticed that unlike the real one they couldn't do Jutsu's

"Pathetic"

Puuchi!

Soon enough the sound of flesh tearing apart was heard as Raku was impaled right in the chest but is teas of bleeding or being in pain Raku smiled, and soon enough the sound of the air twisting to a vacuum was heard from above

"RASENGAN!!"

The real Raku was above approaching the spider demon from the air in rapid speeds, as soon as he summoned the clones he made one of them throw him to the air while the clouds of smoke were covering him.

And he Intentionally made it seem his clones couldn't use the Jutsu

'First that crippled human now this brat!' Those were the thoughts of the spider demon before she was struck right on her wound with the Rasengan, Raku with all his might curved his shot to a further flinging the spider demon along with the expanding Rasengan.

Since despite it being a sealed jutsu it was still a very powerful jutsu.

'I won....'

Did you know that despite not being shown that much Boruto, the Shinobi gauntlet is actually durable enough to withstand a Rasengan despite being a prototype of what Ao has

"Hold still Raku"

"Can't I just eat a senzu bean.."

After finding Raku injured and hearing his little 'Experience' they were all proud of him but yet they couldn't find the spider demon while on the hand Victor knew what demon Raku was about and he knew that she would eventually meet the kind poor man that would make her have humanity eventually changing her souls color.

"Raku I suggest we save the Senzu Beans since Rem could jus heal your wounds and she needs practice so this will be good for us"

"It just feels weird..."Raku felt that instead of getting 'healed' by Rem he was just getting his insides rearrange which as exactly the case since unlike Felix or any other healer Rem only knows the basics

" I still can't believe you were abel to defeat something on your own" Aizawa was the proudest of all of them as he had been seeing Raku as not only similar to his old friend but as one of his students, so hearing that he had succeeded on defeating or well at least fending of the spider demon he felt what any teacher would feel when they see their student succeed in something

"Enough of that, go get some sleep I barely need any so I'll keep watch" Victor stood up from his log and grabbed his Nichirin as he walked out of the camp leaving the three of them alone.

"Raku are you sure he's a Varient of Nero?"

"Oh that..."

Ever since Raku had realized Victor was a 'Varient' of Nero from the Devil May Cry series of his world he was always so curiosed about him since despite looking for anything related to Rem or Aizawa he came up empty as any information of them or their world was non-existent in his.

But Victor or well Nero on the hand was in his world as the form of a video game character and after explaining to what a video game is to Rem he eventually told all of them everything he knew about Nero

From the fan theories about the spardas being one of his father's, to what his greatest feats we're in DMC4. He had no idea why his name was Victor or why dyed his hair to black which was slowly fading away and turning back to white but he knew he couldn't just ask

"Aizawa-san if Victor doesn't want to tell us about himself he shouldn't" Rem on the other hand despite not knowing that Victor knew many things about all of them she considered someone's privacy well, private.

Since ever since joining this Group Chat her confidence and self-esteem had been going up lately to the point she could look at her sister with only a little amount of Envy in her eye's(Since remember in her world Ram never lost her horn but they did still got attacked by the cult)

"Fine your right we'll just talk about this next time" Aizawa then leaned on a tree slowly falling asleep while Rem after a bit more of healing for Raku lied down on the pillow and sleeping bag she had brought form her world, while Raku got in his small compact futon

And on the other side of the tree just out of sight of the camp Victor stood their with a complicated look on his face but eventually he slapped himself clear from any thoughts

'No, your not telling anyone your reincarnated never in the 9 realms or layers of hell.' Because even if Victor trusted them he would never tell them about his identity of being a reincarnated soul
