It's been 7 years since I arrived in this world after the Repository of knowledge downloaded advanced technologies I knew what kind of dimension this is.
This dimension called the Stargate universe it derives from an advanced technology that can transport from planet to planet.
A week after that I experienced the side effect of downloading the ancient thankfully I have drunk from SCP 294 to safely assimilate the knowledge of the Ancient.
I conjure a quantum computer that I place in my house, next after that I created an AI unit that I name her Eve.
With the help of Eve, I looked into the Asuran programming within the repository, I could understand it easily. Thinking about the possibilities of having access to Asuran's. Taking my time looking through the code once again I began to make alterations I erase the aggression code and put loyalty code.
First I made it so they would follow my orders to the letter with no one's authority above my own or the ability to alter the coding unless I gave authorization. After that, I gave a slightly altered version of the three robotic laws and added new law.
1.) Asurans may not injure the Citizen or allow a Citizen to come to harm through inaction
2.)Asurans must obey orders given by Citizens except where such orders would conflict with the First Law, Emperor's Commands, or government officials.
3.)Asurans must protect their existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
4.)If Asurans Unit gains sentience then it will be given Citizen status and Laws lessened.
I program the Asurans as soldiers, diplomats, businessmen, doctors, engineers, scientists, and Eve, the Asurans start mining and construction operations. I plan to stick to my pocket dimension, the untouched planet, and possibly the moon for now, most likely the mineral-rich regions.
I have unique discovery in my pocket dimension the minerals that mine will regenerate, and I now know what the green helmet or specifically the metal.
The metal name is SCP 148 or telekill alloy it has properties that hinder extrasensory mind-affecting properties of living organisms in proximity to it.
Now I had a defense against mental attacks.
Next, I learn Einzbern homunculi manufacturing from SCP 294, I combine the manufactures of humanoid terminals and the Ancient DNA Manipulation Device I call it Ark and it produces 5000 homunculi per month.
The life span of the homunculi extended 200 years, and they have advanced magic circuits.
I also program the Ark of the profession for homunculi as a mage, engineers, doctors, economists, artists, poets, writers, historians, scientists, military strategists, educators, and court judges.
With the Homunculi and the Asuran, we have unlocked the secrets of planetary engineering. Already several barren planets were being converted to life-supporting nourishable environments.
In the first year, I immediately created a government using Asurans and Humunci and become the emperor.
My Empire will henceforth call Nascent Empire. The planet where I arrive was named Utopia and the second planet we colonized is Xandar as our planet shipyard. IN 7 years of relative peace we enjoyed we colonized 14 planets we know this peace will come to an end.
I was inspecting the new Battlecruisers created in Xandar when an urgent call came from Utopia.
"Sir, there is a secured line from the Stargate Imperial Command requesting your presence." An Asurans soldier reported to me.
"Have they said what the emergency is a soldier?" I asked
"No my emperor. They said it was classified under secret act 1 of SGC" the soldier reported
"Then I shall immediately depart. The inspection can continue at a later date." I said to the chief of the facility.
As I arrive in Utopia with my imperial guard I immediately meet the chief of Stargate Command Chief Frothal.
"What is the Emergency Frothal?."
"Sire, Approximately 1100 hours in the one of our planet colonized some foreign species trying to access our gate but our defense system prohibited their access. They contacted us once more and this time they sent us a language data packet. Our systems have already learned the language. A message has been sent by them afterward for requesting communication with us. "
As we teleport to the 7th planet we are greeted with members of SGC protecting the stargate and allowing it to open. Just then the stargate flashed blue. We allowed the portal to be opened after some scanning.
One look at their forms and I realized they were the Omeyocan race. They were giants but normal humans were not able to see them but with my enhanced vision, I could see them easily. We initiated the language converter and spoke to them.
"Greetings, this is our first visitor of different species on our empire, on behalf of Nascent Empire." I greeted them.
Then one of Omeyocan came forward.
" Greetings to you as well. We did not know this planet was inhabited. Forgive us if we have caused you any inconvenience. My name is Quetzalcoatl. I had originally dialed the gate to send some refugees from the home planet of Tauri as they are being enslaved by a race called Goauld." Quetzalcoatl said
"That's okay we are peaceful folk and excuse me for asking where are the Tauri that you speak of." I inquired
"They are in our planet and Tauri will still be helpless and enslaved. Our planet is not habitable for the Tauri. Can't you do anything to help them" Quetzalcoatl pleaded
"We are willing to share this planet with the Tauri you bring so long as they follow our rules and honour our laws. But for this to happen we need a formal alliance with your race as well as all the information you have about this Goauld race." I said
"That is acceptable. We will host the talks of alliance in our home. I will leave you with the gate address."Quetzalcoatl said
Then the Omeyocan returned to their home through the gate while I gave the mission of negotiating an alliance to the Nascent Empire.
One other thing was confirmed with this encounter. I am far back in the timeline. This changed things drastically. The Goauld and Asgard wars are about to start a war for the future of the Tauri.
The diplomatic team returned from the Omeyocan homeworld. The treaty agreed to share their technology with us so long as we declare them allies and never join the side of Goauld in any conflict in any manner. There were other treaty obligations of Cooperation in farming, mining, economy and research fields were also agreed. They also agreed to share their star maps with us. All in all a profitable relationship.
After the treaty was signed we established trade through the stargate. The Tauri Mayans came through the Stargate and were quickly transported to the newly named planet Tollana. The planet was not that much rich in resources but several mines were operated there for the Empire.
We began constructing schools, hospitals, military and naval bases. Construction of houses and other essentials were being done. A thousand of humunculus and Asurans have already been sent to help the Tollan population.
But as Tollans flourished under our rule the Omeyocan race was having a fight for their survival. Several Goaulds had banded together and started a total war upon the Omeyocan race to wipe them out.
For the first thirty years, the Omeyocan race was able to match the Goauld in strength but after that their resources began to run low while the Goauld had so many slave armies to throw themselves against them. Generations of Omeyocan race were lost fighting the war. With no other option and facing certain extinction, they sought our help.
