Year 75 of the United Dimensions Agreement.

By the council suggestion, was approved a dimensional census to learn the average of supers with respect to the population of the different intelligent species through the dimensions.

The following is the average number of humans necessary to produce a super.

100 Humans - 1 Lvl.2

1000 Humans - 10 Lvl.2 - 1 Lvl.3

100000 Humans - 1000 Lvl.2 - 100 Lvl.3 - 1 Lvl.4

100 Million Humans - 1 Million Lvl.2 - 100000 Lvl.3 - 1000 Lvl.4 - 1 Lvl.5

70 Billion Human - 700 Million Lvl. 2 - 70 Million Lvl.3 - 700000 Lvl.4 - 700 Lvl.5 - 1 Lvl.6

In average, one Level Six appears every 70 Billion humans.

Note: This numbers can vary depending on the level of magic, technology, and development of a world.

Note 2: A world with low population can produce one Level Six, only that it's less probable.

Note 3: A population big enough doesn't guarantee the birth of one Level Six.

Note 4: External factors can contribute to the apparition of one Level Six.
