Soon the next morning arrived, Gid and the other participants soon got off the ship.

Looking back as if seeing an idiot, Gid tossed the 4 tokens at him and said.

"No need to wait for the others, they are all dead" Gid said nonchalantly and then continued walking towards the group room they had been shown earlier.

Looking at Gid's back stupidly, Celeste soon went to monitor the secret cameras that are scattered around the island, they have the function of sensing the body source of the people, with that it is easy to check if there are survivors on the island.

After a while Celeste left the monitoring room and ordered the ship to take off.

When checking the cameras she found that no living beings were found on the island, that means they were dead, and it was impossible to fool these special cameras even if they are underwater or frozen.

Soon a week passed, after finishing the exam they took him to one of the branches of the hunters' guild, where they gave him his hunter license and explained basic things to know about a Hunter.

Finally getting his license, Gid could go ahead with his plans.

"Then let's go to Meteor City first and then go to the Sky Coliseum!" Scoring his goal Gid soon went to the Airport where he would take him to his beautiful future tools.

After another week, Gid arrived at Meteor City, looking in the distance it looks like a garbage dump, the reason why Gid came to this place is that the people he is looking for all live here.

With a smile, Gid soon entered Meteor City not caring that there was trash everywhere.

The first target Gid looks for is a girl named Pakunoda, considering the year Gid came the Ghost Brigade shouldn't have formed yet, which is perfect for him.

After several days searching the city Meteor could not find Pakunoda but found a cute loli, which was one of Gid's targets, Shizuku Murasaki, walking hand in hand Gid could not help looking at this 5 year old girl.

It was quite easy to convince (trick) her to come with him, after all she is only a 5 year old girl with no family, she just had to give her some sweets and tell her if she wanted to go with the one in this City.

Although Shizuku at first seemed a bit scared and doubtful, when she saw the sweets that Gid had she couldn't help but let her guard down.

If Gid's memory did not fail her, that girl was Machi Komachine, another of Gid's targets, even though she didn't find Pakunoda, she found 2 of her targets successively, Gid had to admire her luck.

Hearing the call, Machi stopped and looked at Gid warily.

Unlike Shizuku, Machi is very careful, she has lived in this City for many years and knows that others cannot be trusted, especially being a woman.

"Machi, Machi Komachine" Machi said with a relieved sigh, even if he has a bad life afterwards at least it will be better than what lives here.

"My name is Gid Lucione Deviluke, she is Shizuku Murasaki your future companion, I hope we get along" Gid said with a smile.

"Hm" Shizuku nodded towards Machi innocently.
