13 Ch. 13

(Flashback to Xyrus's past)

It's been 10 years since he and his group of Hominids went out of their caves.

Let's skim through those years. The moment they left the cave, Xyrus ordered everyone to gather wood sticks.

And the result dissapointed him slightly. Some brought fresh meat thinking their leader wants to eat while some brought rocks. Only 5 out of 40 Hominids manage to bring wood sticks.

After 5 days of teaching them the difference about sticks, rocks, and meats, they finally gathered enough sticks to build a fence around their self declared territory.

Meanwhile during these 5 days he managed to shape eldritch energy to stick, whip, sword and axe.

So he used his magic to shape an eldritch axe and cut some trees.

He then shaped a normal knife and hammer to build their first ever house.

So it took them a month just to build a very small house. It could have taken half a month if it wasn't for some useless monkeys fighting and destroying their almost finished house.

That was the first time he got mad in this world. So they restarted but not before 'scolding' the naughty hominids.

After building their first house, It's time to teach the monkeys the way of the life.

So he first told them to gather sticks again. This time 20 out of 40 managed to bring the sticks. He's very proud on that time.

After that, he polished the end of the stick by an eldritch dagger making a very first ever D.I.Y spear.

After carving 20 spears he gave 20 of them the spear, of course he gave it to those who managed to find a stick.

After that, he taught them how to hunt animals while also training them on how to use the spear.

At first, It was very hard, maybe because of their small brain.

But some of them managed to learn especially the Hominid who was also the second one to stand properly with the help of a wall.

So he divided the 20 of them to 2 groups, one will hunt in the north, while the other group will stay and guard their small village.

While, he will continue getting stronger by mastering the basic spells.

It continued like this until 10 years has passed, the previous small village grew and grew until it was already big enough to have a population of a thousand.

During these years, many of their kind either tried to attack them while some wanted to take shelter.

10 monkeys died due to either ambushing him so they could take over while some tried to challenge him, lose and then dies.

He also discovered that the animals along with his kind are much more smarter and more horny compared to earth.

Maybe because they're exposed to mana? Since mana is in the air. Yes, that must be it.

Back to the story, after those monkeys died, it only solidified his position as their leader.

So during these years, many Hominids have managed to stand in their two legs evolving them to homo bilis.

(I don't know how their evolution work, is it through birth? Or some of them just managed to stand on their legs?)

It's very hard to discipline them, much to my disappointment some of them are still fighting with one another.

But that's good, I don't expect them to become disciline especially since they're not yet evolved to have a big brain.

Then there's that Saber-Toothed Tiger who's watching our tribe like a predator, so today I decided to confront him.

This isn't the first time I faced a Saber-Toothed Tiger but the problem with this tiger was, this tiger is more bigger and his tooth is more longer and more sharper.

This tiger must have been exposed to a place where mana is much denser.

A few years back I discovered some places where the mana is much more denser compared to other places.

I tried to find the reason but I can't find anything so I leave it be.

Now let's go back to our fight. I've been dodging the Tiger's attacks with a few scratch on my body.

'This tiger is much more fierce, faster, and stronger than the rest of his kind.' I mentally thought before using telekinesis on a nearby boulder and threw it the the Tiger who was just about to slash his claws at me.

The boulder hit the Tiger's side while the boulder was broken into pieces.

"Damn! He's tough." I was a bit shock by It's durability, It even managed to stand despite being hit by a boulder.

So I decided to end this as fast as I can, first I manipulated the dirt around the Tiger by locking his four feets before dashing towards him and slamming my fist imbued in mana directly at his head.

Meanwhile, the tiger just felt very dizzy and his vision darkening.

Xyrus just smiled at this before turning his back and went back to the village.

But before he could step further he heard an old and wise voice.

"Ohohoho, you are very strong little fella." Turning around he saw an old man wearing a white robe while looking at him.

"Who are you?" Xyrus asks.

Hearing that Xyrus could speak, the old man was quite shock.

"I didn't expect you to be able to speak to me. You're very intelligent."

"Thanks for compliment but could you please state your purpose here now?" Xyrus was getting a bit annoyed.

"Well, I kept sensing mana being used around this place and now I know why." The old man said.

"Well now you know it was me."

"Yes, yes, It was you, I just thought it was one of those foolish titans." The old man spoke.

"Titans? What are they?" Xyrus asked.

"Yes, those titans, they're quite strong actually and big as mountains." The ood man.

Meanwhile, Xyrus who finally found someone who could give him information about this world, he invited him to his village for further chats.

The old man didn't refuse and followed Xyrus back to the village.

After a few seconds of walking they've reach the village fence, while the old man has a surprised expression.

After entering they directly went to his home, a home that has been improved many times making it more modern like.

"Quite a humble abode you've got here." The old man spoke.

"Thanks. By the way I don't know what your name is?" Xyrus asked the old man.

Meanwhile, the old man just smiled kindly and replied, "Yahweh, my name is Yahweh."
