As if hearing her worst nightmare, all her earlier hopes were crushed without any mercy.

"W-why? I mean don't you want Immortality? We could provide you something that the Sorcerer Supreme can't provide." She then heard her voice again but this time with a threatening glare.

"Do not talk about master as if you know him." Akeno glared at her.

Rias was shocked by her display of rage. So she didn't pursue the matter anymore and decided to change the topic.

"W-well, not only immortality, we'll also be able to provide you anything since our family has a high influence in the underworld, and don't worry we don't treat our peerage members as a servant, we treat them as our family." Rias was now nervous, this is actually her first time convincing someone, her brother was the one who convinced Kiba to join her peerage.

"I'm sorry, but I'll have to refuse you. Lunch is almost over so please excuse me." Akeno said her farewells before leaving.

Leaving Rias who was in a state of shock. She can't believe it, she refused her, as far as she knows a human can't resist immortality, It's all human's wet dreams.

(A/N: She doesn't know that Akeno is half fallen, all she knows is she's a human sorcerer.)

Meanwhile, Xyrus was reminiscing his days back when his old friend was still alive.

That old man is really smart, even he cannot fully comprehend the Heaven system.

He's been trying to study the heaven system because of It's ability to create life and souls like angels and the Sacred Gear System where you can view all of It's current user and what their status is.

He's planning on creating a system similar to it but he wants to attach it directly to his soul, giving him the ability to create life and soul.

The closest living being he could create is a Homunculus. It's just an artificial human but no soul inside them, they're programmed to do what they're programmed to.

He's trying to create life that is loyal to him only but could also feel emotions, this is the reason why his faction has the least members compared to the other factions. It's really hard to make a person loyal to you without any question.

He's not a manipulative person who will destroy a kids family and when he's despaired he'll go and save him so he could be loyal to him, No he don't do that.

His mother taught him well. Even if he's million years old he'll never forget his mother's words and advices.

That's why he's creating life using the heaven system. He's paranoid to traitors especially a hundred thousand years ago when a group of sorcerers under his wing banded and tried to kill him and steal all his treasures and artifacts.

This also started the Infamous 'Check-up', hundreds to thousands of sorcerers died when he discovered the traitors among his faction.

It took 100 whole years to kill and burn all the knowledge about eldritch magic they sold around the supernatural world.

During these 100 years, Chaos and turmoil spread throughout the world both Mortal and Supernatural.

Some faction decided to take advantage of this and attacked his faction but they all failed and the result of it is none other than their faction becoming poor in both resources and members.

This is why he's very strict when it comes to recruitment. And it is why his faction has the least members.

Let's go back to the present. Currently our dear mc, Xyrus is walking around the Kuoh city.

This is one of his hobbies, whenever he's bored he'll walk around and see if something interests him.

While he's walking, he came upon a boy that he passed by.

He's just supposed to ignore the boy if it wasn't for the familiar draconic aura inside his soul.

'Ddraig?' Xyrus thought and then continued to think, 'That boy must be his new host.'

Xyrus then closed his eyes and he appeared inside a volcanic island, in the middle of it is a red dragon staring at him with a bit of excitement on his eyes.

"Are you finally going to free me here?" Ddraig talked first.

"Hmm? Why should I?" Xyrus asks.

Meanwhile, Ddraig was confused, "Didn't you said that you'll make me a body the next time to return here. Now you're here." He said.

"How about your rival, was it albing? Albong?" Xyrus said purposely misnaming his rival while trying to change the topic.

"It's Albion. And beside I don't care about him anymore, after I've tasted our fight! I can't get enough of it!" If you look at his back you can see his huge tail wagging like a dog and it seems like he fell to his trick.

Xyrus just sighed and said, "You only have your soul for now and besides I can't create a body suitable for you or else It might get destroyed."

Meanwhile, the wagging tail on his back stopped, Ddraig was sad.

"But we could fight here, We just had to be careful to not damage your soul to the point that It will kill your soul." Xyrus brought the dragon's mood up.

"Yes! Let's go." Without saying anything else, Ddraig dashed and appeared in front of Xyrus and swung his sharp claw that could cut even the sturdiest metal in the Supernatural world.

Xyrus casts <Seven Rings of Riggadorr> 7 blue rings surrounded Xyrus from head to toe. And Ddraigs claw slammed the rings stopping his claw.

Ddraig just smiled and Ddraigs voice was heard, "BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! TRANSFER!" A red beam of light shoned through Ddraigs mouth and headed towards the Ring.

When suddenly a portal appeared to intercept the beam and another portal appeared at Ddraigs back and the previous beam came out of it and slammed through Ddraig's back.

Ddraig just grunted in pain before slamming his tail at the rings.

Xyrus immediately flashed away from his position before the rings was broken by Ddraig and his tail was slammed in Xyrus's previous position.

Xyrus then cast <Crimson Bands Of Cyttorak> and used it to bind Ddraig's tail and a Blue spinning disk appeared in the palm of his hand and threw it at Ddraigs tail attempting to cut it.

"BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST!BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! x20... TRANSFER!" Ddraig tranfered it to his tail's defence making it sturdy enough to withstand Xyrus's <Dancing Disc>.

Xyrus just smiled at this and blueish aura covered his right arm and punch the air in front of him.

Ddraig who saw this smiled lightly and used his wings to free himself from the binding and flew very high in the air.

Meanwhile, Ice covered the direction of Xyrus's punch and immediately the Ice exploded freezing everything in the vicinity.

Ddraig just sweated at this and decided to get serious.

He dashed again and decided to use one of his skill <Penetrate>.

He imbued Penetrate on his claws and slashed towards Xyrus, ready to penetrate him.

Xyrus who saw this, blue light shoned in his hand and the space around Ddraig bended and transferred him far away from him.

Meanwhile, Ddraig was just a little shock that when he thought he finally managed to hit Xyrus, he felt the space bend around and he was met with a deep hole on the ground surrounded by a huge crater.

Ddraig watched the arrival of Xyrus who smiled at him while he also smiles.

"That was a good fight." Ddraig said before slumping down on the ground.

"But you didn't use your strongest move did you?" Xyrus said.

"As much as I want to use it, I'm still in my soul form so I don't know if I use a fire that can burn anything even a soul in my soul form." Ddraig reasoned.

Meanwhile, Xyrus just nodded before saying his farewell to Ddraig and left but now before promising Ddraig to create his own body.

After opening his eyes again, he walked away, although he spent an hour fighting Ddraig, only a second has passed in the real world. This is one of the benefits of being in your soul or Astral Form.

He then decided to have a cup of coffee in a coffee shop, as much as he like tea, he's not obsessed with it. He just drank tea whenever he remember his mother waiting for him on the other side along with a man who's coming for her to kill her.

'Either I'll have to fully master the space and time stone or I'll just wait for Rizevim to have the Gate to another world.' Xyrus thought before a voice broke him off his trail in throughts.

Turning around he was slightly shock, he didn't expect that he'll see their group around here.
