3 Baby with an unknown origin

In a highly secured room , a tall fair-skinned man with bright blue-eyes and spiky blond hair; he has jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face, wearing a white cloak with red flame like design and a red and white straw like hat, and a old man with a wrinkled skin with white spiky hair and chin beard wearing a grey kimono holding a Kiseru in his mouth (Kiseru : Japanese smoking pipe)

??? : Minato who's this baby you're holding?

Minato Namizake: Sarutobi-sama i do not know, I was coming back from the Hokage summit at the land of lightning, when I was a huge smoke coming out from within the forest, I went there to look, but when I reached there I was stupefied at the scene in front of me.

Sarutobi Hiruzen: What happened there Minato??

Minato: A big part of the forest was burned down to ashes, and in them I saw a few dead bodies and between those dead bodies I also saw a body of a demon-bear probably of level-1, but what surprised me the most was that this child was unconscious and that he didn't even had a scratch on him.

Sarutobi Hiruzen: "rubbing his chin" did you find the cause of the fire??

Minato: I'm afraid I didn't.. B-but I think there was a battle between the group of people and that demon-bear and that destruction was the after math of that battle.

Sarutobi Hiruzen: Probably you're right, but that doesn't explain the fire and their death.

Minato: You are right, to burn that amount forest you need a jutsu of at-least Jonin level, which is impossible for regular people and what shocked me the most was it's nearly impossible for a regular people to fight off a level 1 Demon-beast.

Sarutobi Hiruzen: I believe there was a hidden expert who did this and escaped just before you arrived but the weird part is that why did he kill every one except for this baby "said as he saw the baby pulling on minato's bang and couldn't help but laugh out" Hahahahah

Minato: ouchhh... damn he's been pulling my hair since he woke up.

Suddenly Sarutobi sensed the flow of chakra thickening around the baby and his eyes sharpened said seriously " Minato I think you should pay attention to the boy's chakra it seem he's trying to absorb the chakra around you.

Sarutobi Hiruzen: I think we need to call the Huuga clan and Tsunade and check on his chakra veins and this boy's body, but I feel like he's doing it unconsciously since the charka flow is not steady. Minato I believe you should take care of this baby, since he seem quite special.

Minato: To be honest I was thinking of giving him to the orphanage but when I look at those sliver-crystal like eyes, something seem to draw me towards him and his naughtyness I'm somewhat grown attach to that ahhahaahha , Plus it seems like he has a special bloodline, so I'm thinking of adopting him, beside after becoming hokage, I wasn't able to give my wife much time, and recently her eccentric and stubborn behaviour are getting out of control, so I think this baby will keep her quite busy.

Sarutobi Hiruzen: Hahahahha, Minato why don't you just tell me the truth that you're scared of your wife and to keep her calm you planning on giving this baby to her.

Minato: Sarutobi-sama, please do not laugh, To be honest you are right, you have no idea, how headstrong and stubborn she can be "said wryly".

Sarutobi Hiruzen: Hahahah Ok.. Let's go I'll accompany you to your house and support you.
