[Congratulations Host for reactivating the Aqua subroutine. Host has unlocked the Spatial water pagoda.]

A notification rang out as Zanir and his family were transported into the world space. It looked similar to the way he had left it but there were also a few new things that Zanir didn't recognize. Luckily there was no mess, much to Zanir's relief.

Kevin and Sarah were both amazed as they looked around the world space. It was still a small area of dirt but Zanir noticed off to the side that some of the blank white space had been replaced with a small pagoda. It was a very simple design that looked rather plain and unassuming. There was a sozu style bamboo fountain in the center of it.

An occasional 'tok' sound could be heard every so often. It brought a certain charm and serene feeling to the otherwise quiet and lifeless space. Zanir saw that the fountain poured into a small stone basin that collected the water. The overflow ran off into a beautiful small pond that had appeared next to the pagoda in the reclaimed space.

Looking into the pond Zanir noticed that it wasn't completely lifeless as he had previously thought just a moment ago. He saw the small red herring happily swimming around the pond. He wondered if the other smaller things were in the pond as well.

As the thought crossed his mind he saw that other smaller creatures were highlighted and became much more visible. Zanir felt that the system could help him keep track of every single speck of dust if he wanted to.

It didn't take long for Zanir and his family to tour the world as it was still heavily under construction. Zanir told his parents what had happened in the field earlier and he also told them about all his experiments and experiences with the system so far.

Zanir noticed that Kevin perked up when he heard about the Ground subroutine.

"This could really be the saving grace for our family, Zanir my boy!" he heartily exclaimed.

"Let's get some of the best farmland over here to try it out."

Zanir was stunned by what his father had said.

As a farmer he knew how valuable the land was. Not to mention the very best farmland! There wasn't a large amount of it to begin with so he was surprised to see that his father so willing to part with it.

"You never even used to let me play around the best plot areas back when I was a kid. I know how much that land means to you. You're really willing to let me have some?" Zanir wanted to confirm his father's decision.

"Of course my boy, this concerns the fate of the entire clan! What's a little piece of land compared to that?" Kevin put a hand on Zanir's shoulder and brought him in for a hug. He loved his son and would give him anything he needed if it was within his power.

Sarah had been inspecting the pond while the father son duo were bonding. Being a water mage she was naturally attracted to the fountain and pond right away. How could a water mage not love beautiful water features like these?

She lifted her finger out casually and small bubble of water rose out of the fountain. Being a level three water mage she could easily manipulate it over so she could take a drink.

The water looked clear and cool. Unlike the men she could detect that it had faint levels of water mana running through it. The bubble finally reached Sarah and she was able to taste the water.

'Mmmmm' Sarah exclaimed as she sampled the water. It has a crisp and odorless taste. It wasn't as soft as the best waters she had ever tasted but she recalled Zanir saying it was made from lake water.

Sarah confirmed her earlier suspicions as she felt a faint trickle of mana after drinking the water. It had to be known that even the most basic potion to restore mana cost an entire gold coin. Sarah knew that, although the water currently paled in comparison to the amount of mana in a potion, there were many adventurers who couldn't afford potions.

Those adventurers would go crazy if a cheaper alternative like this showed up on the market. Sarah knew that the family couldn't currently protect themselves if they were to try and release it at this point.

This had to be kept to themselves to avoid any trouble that it might bring about. It could help Sarah with her training and research. She explained what she had discovered to Zanir and Kevin about the water.

Zanir was intrigued and went to analyze the spatial water. He focused on it to bring up the description.

[Material analyzed:

Name: Spatial water

Type: Water (Special)

Rating: Level 1 (Variable)

Notable Sources: Current water was generated using the only material sample available, common lake water.

Notable Functions: None.

Description: The water currently contains trace amounts of dimensional energy. This is due to the Aqua subroutine running it through the fountain which naturally condenses the water elements generated by Host's world.]

Zanir and his family decided to go back into their house after he reviewed the information about the spatial water. They wanted to sit down and talk about the world space so they decided to have some tea.

Of course Zanir used the spatial water for the tea. As he filled the teapot he saw a small semi-translucent icon appear appear in the corner of his vision. It was the same display area where he had previously seen the mini-map.

Zanir was happy to find that the status icons disappeared when not in use. He didn't want to his vision filled up with too many icons as that would be very distracting to his daily life. Zanir turned his attention back to the mysterious blue bar.

His attention brought the icon into focus as the system fed him information about it through a prompt. Zanir saw that the spatial water gauge capacity was currently listed at around ten gallons or thirty seven liters depending on how you measured it. The system told him it would refresh daily and the amount of water he could take out would increase as his world got stronger.

Sarah asked Zanir if he could give her some of the water for testing. She wanted to run some experiments on it and also wanted to keep some on hand to drink as it would help to restore some mana. Zanir happily agreed and filled a few smaller containers and beakers. He then filled one of the smaller barrels they had used to collect rainwater which was empty at the time. That way the family could also have some spatial water to drink if Zanir wasn't around.

Kevin was the first to sip the tea and was delighted to find that the spatial water also had a similar restorative effect on battle Qi. As he announced his discovery to the others they started to drink their tea as well. Brewing it with the spatial water really enhanced the experience and the family easily slipped into a casual conversation regarding what to do next.

Being a mage Sarah had several things she wanted to gather and bring into the space to test. She was going to go get the items together so that they could bring them into Zanir's world. Sarah was especially interested to see how the space would react to a potion. She had a basic potion with a few drops left that she had kept hidden for emergencies.

Kevin was going to head out and dig up some farmland. He had seen the size of Zanir's world and knew how much was needed now. With his third level battle Qi it wouldn't take him very long to dig out that much earth and bring it back.

Kevin knew the system needed variety so he was going to try and locate all different kinds of soil and earth to help out. He was going to make good on his promise to provide his son with the best farmland but he would also bring along some dirt, mud, and soil from other nearby regions.

Everything from the consistency to the nutrients could vary widely from location to location. From what Kevin had heard the system could adapt those variations as needed according to what they were trying to grow. Kevin smiled just thinking about it. It was a farmers dream not having to worry about any of that.

With both his parents working on something Zanir decided to try and tackle the last remaining subroutine which was the Environment subroutine. Checking with the system he found out that he actually needed to absorb a few different things to reactivate it. It seemed to be the most complicated of the three subroutines needed to activate his world.

He would need to absorb a large enough amount of sunlight or moonlight to calibrate the lighting system. Zanir would also need to absorb enough air to reactivate the atmosphere system. He would also have to reactivate both the Ground and Aqua subroutines since they were listed in the requirements as well.

Zanir was glad that he had his parents help and support. He knew he had made the right decision to tell his parents.
