Power levels

Fresh/Baby 1 Stage -> The First stage of a digimon. They're basically new borns and usually don't fight at all...

Ex: Botamon

In Training/Baby 2 Stage -> The first Digi-Evolution. Although they do fight a little, their power is simply too low to be considered a threat. They literally use bubbles to attack!!!

Ex: Koromon

Rookie/Child Stage -> The digimon get bigger and are finally able to put a decent fight (at least in the eyes of weaklings). They learn moves that can actually achieve something while also being the cutest hehehehe...

Ex: Agumon

Champion/Adult Stage -> Finally... Here comes the big guys! They are not only stronger and bigger than rookie level digimon but also their moves obviously get an upgrade. It's also the most used and common form in this world...

Ex: Greymon

Ultimate/Perfect Stage -> Can be considered the matured form of digimon. Normaly their forms can get pretty crazy after this Digi-evolution. Their destructive power is also much superior than Champion Stage digimon...

Ex: Metal Greymon

Mega/Ultimate Stage -> Close to the apex of power. Every digimon in this stage is a powerhouse on their own. Not all digimon can achieve a mega form, only the strongest! And the increase in power is tremendous, surpassing easily the Champion Stage to Ultimate Stage regarding this. There are some digimon that can achieve the mega level by fusing...

Ex: Wargreymon

Ultra Stage -> ???????

These are the power levels, I decided to keep the american version of the last stage "Ultra" since... Well, let's be real, Ultra sounds better than Super Ultimate.
