37 Wake up!

One of the requirements of meditation and the most crucial one is focus, if one doesn't ignore their wild thoughts and what happens around them , then they can't enter the 'meditation state'

meditation major uses are :

Resonance- It used to affect aura, for example, a pyromancer can use this methode near a volcano to fill their 'Empty' aura to become 'Scorching' aura or the like

Comprehension- After meditating for a long while, one mind becomes clear and for a short period, they attain a type of enlightenment, which allows one to breakthrough

Recovery- It simply used so that one cane recover their energy faster

No matter what is the purpose, all of them require extreme focus,

Alter is currently meditating to recover his mana, after he used the blue flames to heal himself, he ran out of mp, normally, one would lose conscious, but Alter have his mental power, that why he didn't lose conscious and was able to meditate

Alter mp recovery rate is extremely low, the reasons are:

Although he's conscious thanks to his mental power, he used most of his mental power to lock on his enemy location, this allowed him to more or less understand his enemy movement and react to them, it also prevented him from hiding

The second reason is....Alter isn't focusing on meditation, he's currently thinking about the fight and what he experienced
