6 Lion King 6
Not only the demon beast have the number advantage. There are also strong and powerful beast among the horde.
The strength of a demon beast was based on its age. Among the horde, there were 100-year olds and the strongest was a 500-year old King Lion.
A 100-year old beast is equivalent to a Gold Ranker, and the 500-year old was Diamond Ranker.
The King of Orthon was a Gold Ranker. General Brooke was at the peak of Ruby Rank. Their faces ashen when they saw the 500-year old Lion King.
"This city will be our burial ground."
The King Lion roared that made a ripple on the magic barrier. Soldiers and volunteers that were silver rank and below felt fear. They were shaking their knees.
The horde also started running after the roar. All of a sudden, a light from heaven hailed down at the front of the horde.
Boom!
Nearly 5,000 demon beasts were immediately killed. Outside the barrier, a person covered with a ragged cloak appeared.
King Arthur and General Brooke was surprised. Such strong attack reaped bunches of demon beasts.
OUTSIDE THE BARRIER
After Zeux unleashed the <Divine Judgement>, the <stealth> was cancelled. It would take 5 minutes to cast another <Divine Judgement>.
But he was also surprised when a traffic of notification appeared before him. Potions, monetary stones, and items were obtained. It was so game-like, yet real life.
Zuex waved his hand and his favorite sword appeared.

Zuex started his slaughter. Every kill will give him a drop so he was motivated. After 5 minutes, he unleashed another <Divine Judgement> and harvested nearly another 5,000 demon beasts.
Some of the beasts pounded the magic barrier and cracks appeared. Because of the stampede Zeux could not really stay outside the barrier. He sometimes retreated inside the barrier then start a chain of attack. He repeatedly do it until he could cast another <Divine Judgement>.
20 minutes already passed.
Over 20 thousand demon beast are dead. Zeux was smiling unconsciously while looking at the notifications. The people that were weak cheered him, but others thought that he was a madman.
King Arthur and General Brooke were torn between helping Zeux or just wait. Even them could not do much help.
"King Arthur, please lend me 1 thousand strong men. I will go to the barrier and fight for our city. Also, to give face to the strange person."
General Brooke went to the barrier and started killing some demon beast as more and more cracks appeared.
1 hour already passed.
Less than 40 thousand demon beasts are left.
The Lion King was about to reach the barrier. It was already charging forward.
Zeux told General Brooke to start retreating because the barrier was about to be broken.
Boom!
The real battle started.
Zeux and the Lion King ran towards each other. The size of the Lion King was 4 times larger than a normal lion. It leaped and opened his mouth to bite Zeux. Zeux just casually jump and punch to lion's head.
Boom!
The Lion's head became a bloodmist.
