77 Chapter 76

" Damn things really got out of hand. " Elden said as he teleported himself and Julius to the scene where Yuno, Asta, Licht, Nero, and the first wizard king were fighting the devil in front of them.

" Elden?!! " Asta yelled as he looked at him and looked at Julius.

" The wizard king is here too. " Asta said.

Yuno looked at them as well.

" Wait, wizard king? " The first wizard king asked.

" Yes. I'm the wizard king Julius Novachrono. Who are you? " Julius asked.

" Wait really? I'm the first wizard king. " He said.

" Seriously?!! How is that possible?! " Julius asked with stars in his eyes.

" It because Nero used her sealing magic to allow me to be here. " He said as he points to Nero.

" I called it. " Elden said.

" Yep. Also what else can you do? " Julius asked Nero.

Nero backed away because she wasn't used to this kind of treatment.

" I see. But who are you? " Licht asked as he points this sword at Elden.

" Names Elden. I'm the king of the Diamond Kingdom and we have an alliance with the clover kingdom. " Elden said.

" So what's the deal with him? " Elden asked pointing at the devil.

The devil was just watching as he drank his smoothie.

" You seem to be enjoying this way too much. A smoothie really. " Elden asked.

" Of course. You are just talking. It's entertaining. Besides, you can't win either way so I'm going to indulge myself. " The devil said.

" So what's his magic? " Elden asked.

" Word magic. Anything he says becomes reality. " Asta said.

Elden looked at Julius who nodded his head as they walked to the front.

" Wait what are you doing? " Asta asked. Elden place this hand on Asta's head.

" You can stop and just enjoy the show. " Elden said.

" He's right. Both of you have done well. " Julius said.

" But we can help you! " Asta said.

" True. " Julius said.

" But the thing is you'll only get in the way. " Elden said.

" So take a break. Both of you earned it. " Julius said.

" You really think that both of you can defeat me. " The devil asked.

" Yep. " Elden said as he raised his hands.

* snap *

Snapping his fingers the spell used by the devil that was affecting the entire place was gone.

Everyone looked in shock. They were having so much trouble with that spell and tried to remove it but nothing worked.

Elden and Julius stood at the front as they looked at the Devil.

" You ready? " Julius asked.

" That's my line. " Elden said.

Before the devil could speak, Elden appeared next to him and kicked him in the face.

The devil rocketed out of the floating rock and into the air above.

Stabilizing himself he true to see the position of both of them.

Sensing mana to his left, he glanced in that direction to see Julius there with an orb of mana in his hand.

* boom *

The devil was rocketed towards the ground and slammed into it.

" Heal. " The devil muttered as his wounds healed.

Elden appeared in front of him and Julius behind him.

The devil was going to say something but count as he got blasted in the face by Julius and went through Elden who was standing behind him.

He bounced on the ground before flying into the sky.

" Astroid shower x10. " He yelled.

Above the kingdom, everyone looked at the asteroids that were falling from the sky.

Most of them looked in fear but some just stood there without a hint of worry on their faces.

Elden looked at the asteroids and created multiple purple orbs for each asteroid. He fired each one as they went straight towards each asteroid and swallowed them in themselves and destroyed them.

The devil tried to stop them but got interrupted by Julius each time.

" Sword of light. " The devil said as a sword of light appeared in his hands to stab Julius. Julius was calm as Elden took his place.

The sword of light stabbed Elden The devil looked in shock as it did nothing to him.

It went straight through him. He tried to say something but couldn't as Elden targeted his throat and damaged his vocal cords.

He spat out blood as fear overtook him. He tried speaking but no coherent words were formed.

He immediately flew at top speed away from Elden but was interrupted by Julius who was above him, looking at him with a calm smile.

He blasted the devil with an orb of mana as the devil stabilized himself.

But he couldn't do anything but look on in fear as Elden appeared next to him with a similar orb of purple energy.

He blasted the devil with the orb and the devil could do nothing as he watched his life fade away into nothingness.
